AI Chatbots Revolutionize Student Interaction at NTU and NUS!
NTU and NUS have introduced AI chatbots to boost efficiency and accuracy in student interactions. NTU's Leodar, an AI-powered assistant, has answered over 12,000 queries since its January 2024 launch, significantly reducing the email workload of tutors. NUS plans to launch its own AI-Know chatbot by 2025. Meanwhile, ITE is testing AI for curriculum enhancement.
