            • 19:00 - 24:00: Gaming and TLP Interaction The chapter titled 'Gaming and TLP Interaction' discusses the importance of teamwork and appreciation within a leadership structure. The dialogue between a president and a VP highlights mutual respect and acknowledges each other's contributions to success. It suggests that effective leadership is a collaborative effort, requiring a strong team. The conversation also makes a reference to a previous discussion about the Founders in TLP, although specific details about this are not included in the summary.
            • 24:00 - 34:00: Game Preferences and Achievements The chapter titled 'Game Preferences and Achievements' delves into the evolution of the gaming team's structure and roles over the years. It is indicated that the current acceptance rate is at approximately 100% for the year, suggesting that most applicants are successful. The speaker reflects on how this differs from previous years, where it was more common for people to be denied. The emphasis now is on finding quality individuals as part of the selection process.
            • 96:00 - 100:00: Final Thoughts and Conclusion This chapter discusses the changes in how people are recruited or attracted to a group or organization over time. Initially, there was a high volume of interest with many people eager to join, but currently, recruitment is mostly through word of mouth. People now only introduce others whom they believe are well-suited, leading to a more selective process. This reflects a shift from mass recruitment to a more targeted approach, where quality is prioritized over quantity in attracting new members.

            • 03:30 - 04:00 came to be and if anybody missed that basically the founders were the guys who do these guys' roles many many years ago um and then as things progressed we've moved on to more the business side of things and they are doing it all now uh but you know we've seen a lot of leaders and people com and go over the years and I definitely think you you've done a really good job you're one of the better ones for sure well thank you I appreciate
            • 04:00 - 04:30 that um go ahead I was gonna I was ask um what changes and improvements have you seen in TLP since you've been here well I see a little bit better um coming together on some gaming um I've seen some members really step up and take take control of running some events that have brought a lot of our members
            • 04:30 - 05:00 together um I we've been reaching out trying to uh put together a database so I've got many people helping with that um crosschecking information reaching out getting information so I've seen a lot of a lot of members coming together like they should be being more like a family and not just a disconnected hey I've got three letters in my name now but we're we're a family and we I've noticed that people are stepping up and taking responsibility and they're bringing in members new members that are
            • 05:00 - 05:30 of better quality than what we had before so I I see us coming together more and that's what I like seeing I'd like to see more more involvement um other big changes go ahead Caleb go ahead sorry I cut you off no you you're good um what is it that inspired you to do the work you do for TP because it is a lot so I'm just curious and I know the
            • 05:30 - 06:00 audience would love to know what fuels you to get up every day and do that job for TLP I I love it um I think what TLP stands for is very near and dear to my heart um I tell everybody that don't don't tread on TLP that's just how it is with me we have a community mandate that I live by on a day-to-day basis which is honor respect loyalty and fun
            • 06:00 - 06:30 and I uphold every single one of those and when I'm talking about TLP you know it comes from the heart so you are involved in you know all the vins mostly not necessarily all of them but quite a few of them um how many people do you think nowadays what's the percentage get accepted versus denied um when they when their 30 days is up and they go to actually vote how many people do you
            • 06:30 - 07:00 think get accepted versus denied um currently I'd say we're standing at about 100% for the year or yes yeah yeah so I mean it's it's the odds of people getting denied out of a vote are pretty low right like I think that the way we've talked in the past we've talked about the old school days where people didn't make it a lot and and we have changed a lot but I think the biggest change and and maybe you can correct me here is that we're we're looking for quality people before we
            • 07:00 - 07:30 even get them to that stage anymore right whereas way back in the day it was just like this mass amount of people banging the doors down but we don't even we don't go out and look for people anymore really right we're just it's Word of Mouth now and it's passed along from person to person and we have people don't even um don't even invite people they don't think would make it anymore so um the thing about it is now if you do you apply the odds are you'll
            • 07:30 - 08:00 probably make it right yes unless you do something that goes against our community standards or you are Unbecoming of a person there shouldn't be any reason that you shouldn't make it into TLP you have any now once TP TP is what you make it 100% yeah have you ever seen us do any type of requirements for to be a member here like playtime or competitive sports or anything like that
            • 08:00 - 08:30 Sports nothing right no there is no requirements no just be you play games enjoy the community put yourself out there don't play alone we're a family there's no need to play alone exactly there's always somebody somewhere and we span across the globe so there's somebody somewhere playing a game so you never have to play alone and I love that yeah I think that is one of the definitely the better Parts TB um like for example I haven't
            • 08:30 - 09:00 really played War Thunder in a couple days jumped on today I was like oh look we got guys playing join you know Jump Right In and play with them so you don't ever have to like go looking for people really I mean there's some obscure games like I play obscure games but even then I have people here that play them with me you know and it's just been like they're like hey what are you playing and I tell them and then they get the game you know so you end up really never really playing alone when you're in TLP right exactly and you never know when a new game is going to open up to you I
            • 09:00 - 09:30 probably never would have went back to Sea of Thieves after trying it for a few hours I probably never would have went back but you were like hey let's go play and so I did and next thing you know I spent eight months and I lived on sea of Thieves oh you know you learned what every island looks like just by the out by the shape of it and the outline on some little paper map it's crazy so um what what games have you been playing

            • 10:00 - 10:30 one for multiplayer because I'm not really good at hitting live people but you give me a zombie and I'm pretty good at that so I can kill zombies but when it comes to killing people I just I suck unless we're playing Prop Hunt oh my gosh now that's that's relaxation for me so um I've really like that and I've started playing some war war zone that that it war zone war zone oh yeah the Battle Royale yeah yeah so I haven't tried the

            • 13:30 - 14:00 and all kinds of stuff so I I just want to hear just a little bit about the 76 community so um I'm the type of person that uh people things that people don't want plans things like that excess ammo guns whatever those are usually dropped at my doorstep because I will actually go out and look for the babies that are popping out of the Vault and I will load them up with plans I will make them power armor I'll make them weapons we'll help them level up until they can you
            • 14:00 - 14:30 know get around on their own so kind of like a mother hen I just kind of take them under my wing till they're ready to go out on their own and throw a lot of people so when I popped out of the Vault I got shot in the head by someone who's way higher level than me and that's when I gave up welcome to Fallout 76 you just got to find someone and you got to find the right person because the right person helped me when I popped into Fallout and it was just great from
            • 14:30 - 15:00 there then I run into the TLP guys and then they kept popping up everywhere I went and next thing you know I was friends with a lot of the TP guys and I got to learn a lot of stuff and now I've come to rely on those very same guys when I need a a setup to run as far as my weapons or if I need a setup to run as far as my power armor these guys have really put the stuff to the test and they know what they're talking about and what they're doing do it so I trust him
            • 15:00 - 15:30 fully if I didn't I wouldn't be as as well off in Fallout as I am today definitely yeah and we've talked about that with some uh other folks in different games and TLP there's just some people that know how to make those crazy God builds and then suddenly there's you know three other people in TLP that know how to make the crazy God builds and suddenly everybody's starting to get god build and and then it just becomes a big thing and uh Fallout is no different from that I'm sure
            • 15:30 - 16:00 so excuse me um what other games have you played a lot within the community within the community um I've played Seven Days to Die the old version and the new console version um I prefer the new console version over the old that is absolutely amazing I've already leveled 300 and I've got everything up to level six which is the highest level that you can get your things I've also did the achievements so it's it's a lot

            • 17:00 - 17:30 version of grounded is the best way I can say yeah for sure okay yeah spider not quite as not quite as um I don't I don't know what what you call ground it more geared towards adolescence I think and and uh that other one was like oh me too but the other one was like geared definitely towards skilled players and you were like oh wow this is if you don't have people to help you it was it was tough so we had a pretty good pretty
            • 17:30 - 18:00 good crew in there and kind of mowed through that one but that was pretty fun what uh if you were going to only be able to play one game any anymore would it be if I could only play one game oh my that's I probably have to play fallout Fallout 76 yeah a to Fallout 7 6 or uh Black Ops
            • 18:00 - 18:30 6 zombies for the simple fact is you know at least things are changing there's events there's something different um if it's the same mainstream stuff every single day it' be a little mundane and I'd have to take a break which is why I kind of bounce between survival games so like for like with me when I like I always have the go-to game like for me it's World of Tanks like I'll play something for a while and I'm and I'm like okay I got to put this down down I'm going back to tanks what is your

            • 19:00 - 19:30 zombies is quite fun it is it's amazing uh previous to that I'm a Fallout New Vegas girl I have beat that Seven Ways to Sunday multiple different times lost my GOI in Zion had my husband go find it um put it in a box somewhere and then I couldn't find the box and my husband literally spent three hours going through this game trying to find my GOI you know not everybody goby
            • 19:30 - 20:00 but I had the goby and so he spent three hours looking for my goby um the only thing I didn't like about that is every time I turn it on or log in it tell me how many hours days and seconds of my life I was never getting back so yes but I have played forwards backwards um I've did different storylines I was good I was bad I was neutral and so um but survival is definitely my favorite so
            • 20:00 - 20:30 yeah that's where it started for me but zombies is where it's at now zombies and there's no zombies in Sea of Thieves and I know you played the hell out of that game no there's no zombies but there's pirating skeletons guys there lots of pirating I you know making people surrender the booty was one of my favorite pastimes for a long time in that game and I I straight and
            • 20:30 - 21:00 and the guys I was playing with we didn't play the game for like how everybody else played it we just straight up pirated it was fun we had a good time I heard about that those times where you don't buy supplies you took supplies exactly well you couldn't buy supplies back then and it was a heck lot easier than going to the the islands and getting them we just take somebody else's it was way easier true and then it's fun but at the same time it's you know they they 've increased all the levels to
            • 21:00 - 21:30 500 so I've gotten like four out of five fractions up to 500 and then I still have to work on like um the two competing factions I still have to work on those but I mean it's it's kind of cool to get to that 500 so I'm getting there I think when I played I maxed at 75 or 60 it was 60 originally 60 500 now it was so hard to get to 60 because you like you'd get like a hard
            • 21:30 - 22:00 box to get and it wasn't worth anything you know the money there's just no money in the game when we when we first started playing it no matter how hard you worked it seemed like you just didn't get anywhere so that's why we just went the pirate life I think it's more like real life you know it just wasn't as fun to go do missions it was way easier just to kill everybody their now yeah lucrative that's really fun and it's it's it's really fun I have spent some days on that [ __ ] Reaper the blade yep I have spent some days on the blade it's
            • 22:00 - 22:30 fun that is uh that is a very big boat very big also very very easy to drive um compared to even like a gallion like right like it's so much easier than even a regular gallion to drive um and and you get full skeleton crew which makes it even easier so indeed I enjoy it though i' like to go back and play because they've got some new stuff so yeah they update that game quite a bit
            • 22:30 - 23:00 oh yeah yeah just when you think you're gonna you're gonna finish it they change it and they add something else and so then you've got a whole another task of stuff to do so yep it's time to blow stuff up on the boats definitely it's always fun so miss Vegas um what changes and um what improvements have you seen in TLP since you became vice president and um what would you
            • 23:00 - 23:30 like to see down the road in the future well I came into TLP um I my goal was I wanted to help that was even when I when I first walked through the door I wanted to help I wanted to to make a difference help somebody help anybody do whatever needed to be done so I started out as recruiting um wasn't quite the area I wanted to go in I wanted to be more handson with a bigger group of people not just going out and bringing
            • 23:30 - 24:00 people into the community I wanted to support and help the community as a whole so um some things I would like to see is uh some more involvement with the TLP cares I would like to see members um donating to that and getting a better feel for what TLP cares can do for for us as a a group you know because you never know when one of us is going to be in need and that that is definitely something that helps everyone and then I
            • 24:00 - 24:30 love the fact that at the end of the year whatever money is left there is donated it's not something that TLP hangs on to it's something that's it's it's still ever growing and I would love for at the end of the year that donation to get bigger and bigger to the Wounded Warrior Project I think that is amazing having been a um a military wife um a majority of my life so and I have a lot of friends and things that are in the
            • 24:30 - 25:00 military and who are also vets and have suffered I mean I think Wounded Warrior Project is great it's very it's also very near and dear to my heart having lived a military life most of my life so um I would like to see some more involvement there I'd like to see some more um tournaments and things like that that we can get involved in to where we not only are we getting our name out there but we're also you know saying hey this is a cause and we're supporting it
            • 25:00 - 25:30 how about y'all support us as well let's let's do this together so I'd like to see things like that I'd like to see Community involvement a lot of community involvement so yeah and I think that from when I walk through the doors to now um it's more stable yeah 100% I me you you I mean obviously you guys were there when we when I walked through the doors and become VP it was was it it was tough um
            • 25:30 - 26:00 I wasn't sure that I was the right person for the job I'm sure I'd second guess myself many many times but I I think we all do um I feel like I can make a difference um I feel like I have a voice and I think that when you have a good group of people that are right there backing you and have the same similar views and have the same strong hope and care for this community that it's just going to grow it's just it's going to do what it needs
            • 26:00 - 26:30 to do without a whole lot of chaos if that makes sense absolutely it's going to grow and it's going to flourish and I'm just grateful that I'm here to help it along yeah it's awesome it is awesome good answer um so go ahead T have you ever done any content creation at all like any streaming or YouTube or anything before
            • 26:30 - 27:00 this no sir I do not YouTube at all I don't even YouTube videos to watch to learn how to do things I figure it out or somebody else YouTubes it and tells me how to do it I do not YouTube I've never created um I watch Twitch to get my twitch drops I'm terrible um and I will support my members by following them if they need that or if they want that I am more than happy to if they need me to watch I will I'm happy to to
            • 27:00 - 27:30 support that but no I'm never on this side of the camera I'm behind the camera I'm a I'm a photographer by trade so for me I'm behind the camera not in front of it gotcha have you ever even considered streaming or anything I mean I the only reason I bring this up is because you've you are so consistently playing you know you have a pretty good shot actually doing pretty well on like a like a twitch stream or something especially
            • 27:30 - 28:00 since you're pretty genre steady which is what the twitch algorithms and the YouTube algorithms really look for is people who are consistent and steady with their um content creation and the type of content they're creating and knowledgeable with the games you play as well I think that a lot of people would be drawn to that as well well you know if if I if I could maybe nip that potty mouth in the the bud you know when you're like playing you've got a hoard of zombies coming at
            • 28:00 - 28:30 you and you're like oh holy yeah that that might not go over so well on a stream you know when I'm cornered and down and I'm screaming like a crazy person yeah it happen so do you know what this logo means right here of course it's backwards for you on my screen but on hoppies it should be straight for you do you know what that means it says TLP Network it does yep yep you know what you know
            • 28:30 - 29:00 what all that is well I know what the TLP stands for and I'm hoping networking means we're going to be networking we are networking that that's what we're doing right now um so what we're doing is we're going to basically try to do kind of like a spider web um of networking where TLP network is right here in the middle and you have your streamers and your YouTube people and you know Twitter whatever and so so people watch one of these people
            • 29:00 - 29:30 down here right and they plug the TLP Network channel it goes from them to us from us it goes to everybody else so the whole plan here is to and the purpose of TLP Network and what we're doing here is to bring people in that are part of TLP talk to them about what's going on and then um get these streamers the the content creators in general to plug each other back and forth and plug us so if we get let's say you have 10 viewers or 10 10 uh content creators that are all
            • 29:30 - 30:00 plug ATP network if out of the 10 people five people check us out then all those other 10 people have five more people that are looking at them so we kind of started this because there's quite a few streamers in TLP as you know and a lot of them are really struggling to get off the ground right like you see like tons and tons of guys that are low viewer count right and if they can share their viewers and get
            • 30:00 - 30:30 more through this the whole idea is to try to jump start everybody so they're going much much faster than if they were just trying to go it alone and then on top of that we're here for advice and to help them and to and to teach them you know how to do the stuff we're doing right now you know like a lot of people have no clue how the technology works and how to actually get your face on a screen and how to Green Screen yourself with no green screens you know we don't have green screens behind us this is
            • 30:30 - 31:00 just all done on the computer um how to get your logo in the corner all that cool stuff try to make their stuff more professional um how to do overlays and all that cool stuff so the whole TLP Network thing is just based around content creators within TLP now you have to be a member of TLP to be a part of the TLP Network so everybody has to come into TLP to do that U even if you don't really play games but you know nobody says you really have to be a gamer in TLP I guess 100% right so you want to
            • 31:00 - 31:30 come in and yeah there it's just a community like it doesn't matter what you're doing as long as you're here with uh like you like-minded individuals right that's the whole point of it so um as you know but that's what we're doing do you have any questions on that I don't have questions yet but I think what you're doing is amazing and I think that it's going to open up a lot of doors for those that are struggling and I would I cannot wait to see how this takes off and those that it's going
            • 31:30 - 32:00 to help and the people that it's going to bring and bring awareness to everyone so I think that's going to be absolutely amazing you guys are great awesome absolutely awesome and if you ever get started doing your own thing you you know where to come yeah oh if I ever get the courage to um clean up my potty mouth and get on camera I'm definitely coming to you guys because I don't know the first I mean you know just by trying to get set up I am not technically I'm
            • 32:00 - 32:30 technically challenged when it comes to this kind of stuff yeah I mean the thing about twitch is you can do well on Twitch without a camera and you can do well on Twitch even saying bad words because they do have a checkbox for adults to watch it only so there's a lot of cool things that you I think actually I honestly think you could go R it right today right now and within probably a month as steady as you play if you streamed every game you were playing I think you would probably um do really really well on Twitch but I'm going to
            • 32:30 - 33:00 keep trying to talk nowadays you can do it all off your Xbox as well yeah you don't even need any additional Hardware whatsoever your Xbox will do all of it for you so which is super cool super cool it's nice to have it on your phone because you can pull your phone up and be like and moderate your own chat you know like you know I can be on my Xbox and have my phone next to me and I'm just like oh this guy said something stupid delete gone you know or something like that and you can um change all your stream info straight through the app so
            • 33:00 - 33:30 I I highly recommend that you do it I'm going to keep pushing you to do it you you need to go do it for sure I'll consider it consider then you could just quit your job and be a professional streamer right yeah also this might be kind of obvious but maybe not women do a lot better on Twitch than men do so well you know it's all in how you look what you wear and what you're streaming well there's a lot of Gamers that don't have don't have uh cameras on that still do
            • 33:30 - 34:00 very well on Twitch female Gamers true that I actually follow a few um they are sea of Thieves girls so yeah I've I've actually watched their stuff to kind of get a feel for how they do things a little differently than what I might do because I don't drive the boat I'm the Canon girl I don't drive it's not my thing you're straight to the action you're right right there on the Canon huh yes I'm all about the Cannons I'm all about I'm all about the
            • 34:00 - 34:30 fight let's let's get into the fight we always did that see at thieves we have I always they always made me drive I don't know why I always had to drive but they always made me drive and then uh junkie was shooting cannons and my brother lurk was shooting cannons um and we always our fourth guy was ever consistent in see a theves for a long time it was Fubar but he's gone um and he was our we used to make fun of him all the time cuz he was the guy that just cooked food down below the ship and patched that's all he ever did cooking
            • 34:30 - 35:00 on a patch and man we used to call him the mutinous Mexican because I was just what you know he's Mexican so we call him mutinous Mexican and he' just be down there cooking and patching and yelling at us to to get out of the gunfire because he's getting blown up down below deck but we always had a good time but it seems like when you play that game you always get a role right you you once you get that role you never get out of it it's like you're stuck in it forever so and I'm okay with that I am I'm not the puzzle I love puzzles but some of them I just I can't figure them
            • 35:00 - 35:30 out but I can dig things up yeah lurk was always our puzzle guy we would just like drive by an island with those puzzle islands and shoot him onto the island and just drive around circles until he got done with it we didn't even bother going in there just like you're the you're the puzzle guy go man we're gonna keep fighting see and I want do the uh ships all the time the ghost battles because those all about all about those cannons go yeah that that was junkie junkie just that's his job I I don't I think he
            • 35:30 - 36:00 would sleep until he heard the first cannon fire and then wake up and start shooting I think that's what he did like legitimately he's also the only person I know that plays Xbox horizontally on a couch I don't know if you know that about him but 90% of the time he's playing he is horizontal 100 like I lay down and play and I'm looking at TV like this doesn't work for me yeah that's just how he plays like my wife makes fun of me cuz I kick back and The Lazy Boy and I'm like you know playing away but he's straight
            • 36:00 - 36:30 up horizontal he he don't mess around he's propped up on one elbow yeah count yeah I don't know how the heck he plays like that but man he does I couldn't he's the one who told me that we don't buy supplies we go get our supplies we take our supplies he's learning you well he's learning you well yeah yeah we would literally drive out of the dock with like what we had in our pockets and and go that's just how we did it back in the day we always just
            • 36:30 - 37:00 found it was like insanely way too boring to to go get supplies because you used have to go get them you couldn't just buy them so it was so boring we just like oh there's a boat let's go take theirs so that's that's where we learned play that game because the first time I played I said do you want me to buy this he goes no go I'm like okay so we went and we took our supplies yep and you hurt somebody's feelings in the process that's the best about see a thieves is all hurting everybody's feelings right like so much fun so much
            • 37:00 - 37:30 fun well now they have what they call Safer seas oh yeah so they did they just changed it before you could only get like half gold and rep up to a certain level now you can get full gold but you still only get rep up to like level 25 and nothing higher so still forces them to play the PVP servers which is great because it's a pirate game why would you play a pirate game and not pirate I don't get it yeah and unless you're doing like
            • 37:30 - 38:00 fishing now the fishing's fun I like to fish it is actually fun it is it is quite fun my brother lur was like he loved fishing like we got into that game and everybody's trying to get all their levels up he's over there fishing and he like maxed out fishing way before any of us did anything else he's like yeah I'm done with the fishing he's like oh I'm like okay dude I know he loves it right is the fishing it's so hard you have to turn in 50 fish if each one y it's a lot yep he had that stuff down to a science
            • 38:00 - 38:30 I swear he he knew exactly where to go for every single one so I don't know I I gave up on that you cheated I have cheat oh cheat sheat no I didn't cheat I have cheat sheats it tells you go to these waters for this kind of fish and these waters for that kind of fish that's what I would do I got his name is lur that that works do achievement hunting you know that's always fun plus I like to explore everything I want to see everything there's some great
            • 38:30 - 39:00 achievements in that game you have to do a lot of stuff you know you have to do a lot of um mingling with other Crews to get them done too which is really cool it really does promote some some gameplay you know which I think is cool yeah some of those things you do have to do it as a team if you don't it just doesn't work right so I enjoyed it greatly I'd like to go back to it yeah it's still so miss Vegas sorry about that
            • 39:00 - 39:30 um starting as an officer all the way up until today right um what would you say was the most challenging thing you had to either face or learn when you became an officer and all the way up until today um with for TP I'm gonna have to say the hardest thing for me um the hard but kind of rewarding was having to you know have
            • 39:30 - 40:00 conversations with other members that just weren't being who they should be and letting them know that look I'm sorry but you know I've given you these opportunities and opportunities have have been afforded to you and they can't conform and I've had to ask them to take their jacket off and I that really really breaks my heart to have to ask somebody to leave such a great Community because they can't get their their [ __ ] together I mean for a lack of other words um they're disrespecting not only
            • 40:00 - 40:30 themselves but the TLP community and I'm just not about that um yeah again don't tread on TLP that's just how it is for me yeah I don't care if you're TLP or you're not TLP it's it's near and dear to me and ain't nobody treading on it for me yeah it's definitely difficult to do especially when you know that they've if they've been around for a little while and you got to know who they were and everything like that it does it makes it difficult but at the
            • 40:30 - 41:00 end of the day you know the community is first and if they're harming the community you got to do what you got to do you do and sometimes those decisions are not good decisions uh or at least not don't want to say good decisions they're the right decision but it's not an easy decision to have to make where you have to decide look you're just not fit for this community or you have to take a look at a member that had done something against the community and find out if they're worthy of coming back into this community and you know what
            • 41:00 - 41:30 type of person they're going to be now you know have they learned from their mistake are they making amends have they you know have they made themselves better you know because again TLP is what you make it you don't walk in and you just hand it a role and like here live your life here's here's the gold key you know if you don't get involved you can't cry that you're not being you know sought after or things of that nature you have to make TLP work for you
            • 41:30 - 42:00 you know it's what you put into it if you it's like a village if you don't it takes a village to re raise a baby you know TLP is the baby it's going to take all of us to make this grow and if you're not here to make it grow you just want to sit back and be a Wallflower that's fine but don't come crying later when that's what you need to do you know but it's it's more about the decisions um you know sometimes those decisions are harsh um I don't like being harsh
            • 42:00 - 42:30 but when it does come time for the business I am all about the business it's the fing games aside it's I'm all about the business and what's going to be better for TLP my favorite part about you I love watching you just drop the hammer on some poor unsuspecting Soul because you don't put off that Vibe at all you know until you until you do so it always he catches people off guard it caught me off guard the first time I'm like holy cow here we go well you know i' I'm in my younger
            • 42:30 - 43:00 years I was a fighter not a lover in my older years I'm a lover not a fighter so not that I'm I'm not capable of Confrontation but if I can avoid it great but if you push my buttons too far you know you may get the Wrath of the crazy person that lives inside my head so there's that I think you're one of those people that people often times mistake your kindness for weakness and that's that's not true with you i' I've
            • 43:00 - 43:30 learned that um which is what which is what we need here to be honest with you um we don't uh we're not looking for we're not looking for 100% softies you know but we don't want somebody who's a complete [ __ ] either you know you have to be a nice person but in the other side of it you have to be able to handle [ __ ] you need to handle I have six kids I'm the mom of six kids five girls one boy there's not much you can't throw at me that I haven't either encountered dealt with
            • 43:30 - 44:00 something um I'm not you know because I'm in my older age I'm not about that High School Teenage Drama stuff that's why we are an adult community we are expected to act like adults I though I'll never be an adult because I'm GNA always be a big kid um you still have you still have to act like an adult so you know yeah we we did talk about this so we touched it on on another video but um um you know the average person like M I swear you mature like what 16 years
            • 44:00 - 44:30 old that's all the older you ever get in your head right so we talked about this because there's so many people from different walks of life in TLP right like you have people who are 20 years old and you have people who are 60 70 years old and they play together and they play together as friends you know so it's not just that they have to play together but they want to so um and it's the same thing everybody's you know we're all on the same level no matter how old you are doesn't matter age is just a number I'm just I'm just a
            • 44:30 - 45:00 girl who wants to play yeah you know I actually play with kids that are a lot younger than me I play with you know groups of people that are somewhat older than me um it's funny when they say oh she sounds like she's 28 I just laugh because I'm like I'm old enough to be your mama so you know you like your mama Den be your grandma sometimes so you know it's it's fun because I play with
            • 45:00 - 45:30 kids I play with older kids I call us older kids you know it we we're all walks of life all different vibing together and it's great because when you're coming together in a game it doesn't matter if you're black white uh American non-american British Australian whatever we're all just wanting to play and we're all wanting to play together with somebody and connect and that's what we're doing yep 100%
            • 45:30 - 46:00 100% yep um what do you think about the TLP Network so far do you think I mean you haven't seen the other videos because they're not uploaded yet but um what do you think about that so far and do you have any recommendations or advice for us well I am absolutely excited to see what the two of you can create and what you're going to grow and I am more than help happy to promote it and help in any way
            • 46:00 - 46:30 shape or form that I can I actually know some streamers um that are into that sort of thing maybe I can put a bug in their ears and reach out to you and be like hey you guys might need to collaborate here so that you guys can you know bring this this it may seem small to others um but I think this is really going to take off and I think it's going to be really really big and there's going to be so many people people especially within the TLP community that is going to benefit from
            • 46:30 - 47:00 this and I think it's going to spread like wildfire I just think it's absolutely amazing absolutely now as far as advice I can't wait to see the videos that you put out I am absolutely looking forward to it while I am not a YouTube girl and I am not a streamer I will take the time to to take a good look because I I appreciate what you guys are putting together what it's promoting right again near and dear to
            • 47:00 - 47:30 my heart because it's te yeah all of these videos also will be on our Discord and the first couple videos were really deep about um the origins of TLP and you know how everything came to be and what we do what we stand for and those I think not only will they be a good tool to have on just on YouTube but they're going to be a good tool to have in our Discord our TLP Discord because you can refer new people to these videos and say you should just watch episode one and
            • 47:30 - 48:00 two and you'll probably learn more about TLP than anybody could ever tell you you know so I think that there's a lot of stuff that's going to happen um and going forward you know I think it's there's going to be even more stuff because I mean we bring people in here like we brought pump in here and talked to him about it and there was so much stuff he was bringing up and I'm like I remember that you know I but I had forgotten it because we've been doing this for so long there's so many stories to tell you know and and cool things to talk about um is I'm still
            • 48:00 - 48:30 learning things oh yeah yeah you there's some there's some pretty good history not all of it is white and shiny and bright but there is some great history in TLP well there's 15 years of it yeah yeah we figur we've been about 15 years into this game or into this this community about 15 years I think now so I think you're more towards 16 because it was at 14 when I came in yeah possibly we we've been debating this with everybody for like what we're at
            • 48:30 - 49:00 like I've been in TP for 14 years so I think I think can't exactly remember I just just remember I remember where I lived at the time and it wasn't here and I've been here for a long time so gotcha all right well do you have any cool stories um within TLP that you would like to share um I've got to meet some members um
            • 49:00 - 49:30 that's been exciting for me I did happen to travel home and I got to meet um TLP Sinister um we went to lunch he was great it's always great to meet members in person um I hadp Anna Banana she was in town here in Las Vegas I got to meet her um I do quite enjoy being able to meet members getting able being able to have personal conversations um um get to know more than just a name on my TV you
            • 49:30 - 50:00 know yeah so I I've enjoyed that I I have met a whole lot of new people I've got a friends list that I can't keep up with um and that's just putting itely um I tell everybody else you're gonna have to invite them to the party it take me 20 minutes to find the name yeah so I have a very big friends list that is that I consider to be my my Xbox family my TLP family and if you look at I think probably a good three qus of it is TLP
            • 50:00 - 50:30 yeah so um very near and dear to my heart yeah but aside from that you know I'm just I'm happy to be here I'm happy to be involved in everything that I get to be involved in and I think it's an honor um that I have been asked to do what I'm doing and I'm just hope I can continue doing what I do and everybody's happy and we're growing 100% there yeah yeah I I have to agree with you that like the friends list thing is funny because for a long
            • 50:30 - 51:00 time you couldn't only have so many people you know so that was a real struggle for all TLP for a long time because we had way more members than you were allowed to have friends on Xbox so that was like a huge struggle for a while I don't know what the limit is now it's significantly higher I think it's a thousand actually I think it's a thousand and I think I'm somewhere around 700 that's a lot yeah yeah think think it was like 700 last time I looked
            • 51:00 - 51:30 the cool thing now though with Xbox and they've they've upgraded um how friends list works so if you're playing a game you get the what's happening little section at the top of your friends list which I think is great because when you have so many friends on your friends list like we do you can you can see who's playing the game that you're playing which is really really cool you pop on to there and it's like oh yeah like four people playing this game or whatever it is so which I think is fun cuz then if TLP you just pop in there right like hey what's up can I play and
            • 51:30 - 52:00 the answers you never know you know so and that's what's great about TLP too is you know you see our parties and if they're open and you just hop in it's you're not treated any differently as if you're some weirdo like oh my God why is this person here that everybody's always so welcoming and you know they're always like hey you know thanks for stopping in happy to meet you you know we're just everybody's just so helpful and then if you need some there's always somebody that can help you always there's always
            • 52:00 - 52:30 a helping hand somewhere I'm the girl for Fallout there's been a lot of help given out over the years you know game wise been some real world help um all kinds of cool stuff that this community has done for people um not to mention just the Wounded Warrior stuff as well exactly and the things that TLP cares can do for our community as well um having known some of the things that t PE cares has done for others out you know in our community has been great and
            • 52:30 - 53:00 they've all been grateful so you know I I would like to more of that why don't you explain to everybody what TLP cares is well TLP cares is a it's a it's a section of TLP that let's just say your headset dies and you are not able to play um they may be we if we have the funds available then we're going to do our best to get you a headset so we can get you back on the game if say your controller breaks or something you know that that's what it's there for is to
            • 53:00 - 53:30 help us help you keep you in the game keep you connected and then of course at the end of the year if there's any money left in TLP cares then that's a case where we send that donation to World Wounded Warrior Project which is amazing because not only are we helping our members but also at the end of the year we're making a donation to something that we support holy and I absolutely love that so I would love to have where do we get for TLP cares what was that so where do we get
            • 53:30 - 54:00 the money for TLP cares um the money from for TLP cares comes from TLP members so this comes from Member donations this isn't something you know that just comes out of thin air we we're all we're all everybody's always going through something so you never know who might need a little help here or there might need a month of Xbox because they you know they're down a month so that's what we're here for but TP cares is funded by TLP members um you know and I would what
            • 54:00 - 54:30 I would like to see is more Community involvement in TLP cares I'd like to start setting up maybe a donation tier to where people can donate and know and know more about where their money is going and that it is for a good thing and it's not just for you know there's always rumors out there that we're Mis appropriating those funds that we're taking these funds and doing something sinister with them which we are definitely not um since I we're not building war machines in our sheds like I don't
            • 54:30 - 55:00 know somebody always like comes up with some crazy [ __ ] about that right like yes there's always going to be somebody and the reason they're doing that is because they're jealous of what we have right they're jealous because they're not a part of it or they were a part of it and messed up and now they can't be a part of it anymore yeah that's on them we are going to grow and we're bigger than that so I would just like to see more involvement I would like to see our members stepping up taking care of our members because one
            • 55:00 - 55:30 person can't do it I mean let's just say your headset dies tomorrow you you can't play you can't you can't stream you can't anything well that that's a detriment that it's going to not only weigh on you mentally but then you know you can't play so what are we going to do let's let's help you out if we've got those funds there we're able to get it might not be the best headset in the world and it may not be the most expensive headset in the world but but at least it gets you back on the game exactly it gets you back yeah we're not
            • 55:30 - 56:00 out there um supplying Astros or anything like that but we're definitely picking up you know some of the lower cost that are still decent quality stuff you know we're not out buying junk but um you know you're not getting an elite controller or anything like that if you needed it but yeah so let me ask you this who is eligible for TLP cares anybody can donate to TLP cares anybody who's an eligible recipient an eligible recipient for TB
            • 56:00 - 56:30 cares is anybody that's within the TLP net within our TLP community so you do have to be a member of TLP in order for those funds to be appropriated to you or for anything to be sent to you on behalf of TLP you do need to be a member of TLP and it's for it's for any member right it's not for um you certain people or anything like that like anybody can can reach out to
            • 56:30 - 57:00 TLP cares which is confidential and they can say hey I'm you know down on my luck right now and my you know my something's broke I need this um what we don't do right tell us what we don't do in TLP cares well we don't do GoFundMe Pages for TLP cares um that is not what we're about it's not that we don't care it's just that you know that is not something that we're able to do um there have been you know things happened in the past where some bad
            • 57:00 - 57:30 negative lies happened that you know somebody had done so that kind of ruined it for everyone so we don't do that kind of funding that is not what we are for we are what we're for is for helping you get back online um help you play help you stay connected and this doesn't matter if let's just say you were voted in last week and then tomorrow yesterday your controller broke and you want to confidentially come to TLP and cares and say hey my controller broke is there
            • 57:30 - 58:00 something you can do you know you could be here for 10 years versus 30 days it doesn't matter as long as you have TLP in front of your name and you're a good sing jacket it doesn't matter time matter you may not always get something new either right like there's always a chance that somebody's got an extra one and and that may get shipped to you as well you know we when TLP cares receives uh something like that um people reach out to other people people and it's usually through word of mouth and our Discord but reach out and say hey so and
            • 58:00 - 58:30 so needs whatever you do anybody have an extra one that they could ship to them or um or should we just buy a new one you know like we we go through that stuff every time right like it's not you don't always get something new and shiny but you might get something that still works may not be the best might have you might have a little stick stick walk you know dead zones are messed up on your on the controller but at least it functions you know yeah somebody may have upgraded their system and donated what they had before and said hey here I want to
            • 58:30 - 59:00 donate this to TLP cares and there could be somebody out there that needs it I've even seen whole Xboxes get donated I have as well I've seen where members didn't um just took it upon themselves at the kindness of their heart and just sent another TLP member um a brand new headset so actually seen that on numerous occasions where I've seen people reach out and just send it and be
            • 59:00 - 59:30 like hey I need your address and boom the delivery so and that's again that's that's amazing because it's it's family helping family yep because for some of us this is what we have this is all we have you know gaming is our way of connecting because we're all over the us and we're also abroad so it's not like I'm going to be able to connect with somebody that's over in can or over in Australia or you know over um
            • 59:30 - 60:00 you know in Ireland or whatever we have people everywhere so this is our way of staying connected time zones are a little rough but we make it so we talked about this before one thing that for a long time we were mostly US and Canada because basically time zones right like there was nobody online really in the we hours of the morning and us early early morning uh so we never really picked up a lot of
            • 60:00 - 60:30 overseas like like Europe Asia stuff for a long time and then you know recently there's been quite a few people from Europe coming into tlb and that's because we we do have some members over there now and they're playing and you know it's always word of mouth so they're like yeah you know you should join we don't have a whole lot of European people but I need somebody to play with so you know it's always growing and and definitely worldwide at this point so we're doing all kinds of cool stuff all the time with uh people
            • 60:30 - 61:00 in different places yes and it's kind of cool too like even with sea of Thieves they have their own servers so they'll come play with us on our servers which is awesome because they're always like yeah they're the organized servers are much better so they'll come and play with us and then it's kind of cool when people be like when I run into when I was running into people on see of Thieves are like hey yeah we've been seeing this TLP name around here a lot lately so we're just sailing around doing our thing
            • 61:00 - 61:30 so prepare to be boarded yeah but yes TLP pairs is an amazing thing and it it is definitely um something I I am going to get more invested in um in this upcoming year I've got some big plans for that the hardest part for TLP cares for us at least for me has always been um you know tracking down those donations it's not
            • 61:30 - 62:00 always easy like there's always years that are harder for everybody worldwide than than they're and some years are really easy for everybody worldwide so you know some years it's tough to get those donations and it's it can be hard um but the cool thing about it is we always manage to get more than what we use right and and it always gets donated so it's always cool to get that and then we also um we've hosted some tournament in the past we've talked about this where like it'll 100% go to Wounded Warriors
            • 62:00 - 62:30 so that money gets set aside does not go into TLP cares that goes straight to Wounded Warriors at the end of the year so if we host two or three tournaments that are just Wounded Warrior fundraisers then that's all it's for we don't take a dime of that that's just that just goes there and and it's pretty easy to track you know how much money we're we're getting out of those because there's a certain entry fee and you can count how many people are in there it's not that hard to figure out right so EX at the end of the year when x amount of dollars go there actually actually it'll
            • 62:30 - 63:00 be more than what those tournaments made because we always have leftover and TP cares so um you know it's pretty obvious that we're not just pocketing the money because there's always a check cut so well there's always going to be somebody somewhere that doesn't is unhappy with what we do and needs to put a black mark on our name so I've always said you don't like if I've always said it and if you don't like what tp's doing and you have you TP
            • 63:00 - 63:30 your name the door's over there you know don't let it hit you in the back when you walk out of it you know we we don't beg we don't beg people to stay here that is one thing for sure right like if you want to leave it's like okay bye you know like you might you might ask your friend like why why would you want to leave dude but you know for the most part it's you know I'm not I'm not here for your attention getting random I'm going to leave posts like if you say you're going to leave you usually you're just removed from everything instantly right so we have a lot of moderators on
            • 63:30 - 64:00 our Discord we have a lot of moderators on the Facebook all that stuff right so you say something like that that's passed on quick and you're gone right so we don't beg you to stay um and we don't we don't force anyone to stay here right like if you don't want to be here don't be here it's that simple so it is that simple you don't want to be a part of this amazing Community don't Mar it just walk out the door leave quietly just go do your own thing best way to go we talked about this too in a previous episode but um I've always
            • 64:00 - 64:30 thought that the number one reason actually I want to hear what your number one reason is for people leaving TLP before I tell you what I think my number one reason is all right my number one I guess I would say the reason people leave TLP is because they think that they need to be catered to they need to have attention and I'm sorry I'm not here to babysit you I am not here to hold your hands I am here to help you I'm here to guide you but I'm not here to babysit you I do
            • 64:30 - 65:00 have a life inside and outside of the game just as everybody else does I struggle just like everyone else does so I may not I'm always available 247 but that doesn't mean that I'm G to drop everything and run and hold your hand and take you around and introduce you to people and like hey here here's some people to play with you know I I don't mind guiding you but you have to do the work if you can't put in the
            • 65:00 - 65:30 work I don't know why you're here you can't say you need attention you can't say I I want this this this this and this but then sit back and do nothing to get that things so my my biggest thing is is people want attention that's why they leave they don't get it because oh it's poor pitiful me you didn't do this for me you didn't take me over here you didn't play this game with me um I'm sorry we have probably anywhere from 800 to A th000
            • 65:30 - 66:00 Plus members could you imagine me trying to play with that many people on a daily I don't got that many hours in my day but take a game with a huge server to do that because so you're gonna be able to do that I'm gonna have to expand my games too yeah I mean like so I've always thought that like people who leave TLP it's not not because um they're being mistreated by any means it's usually not that it's almost
            • 66:00 - 66:30 always um they're just they they end up out in the rubar by themselves in like complete Solitude um within this community right like they're not they're not going forth and finding anyone to play with and like I said earlier it's so easy now because all you have to do is jump on like your friends list with all these people and add everyone that has TLP in front of their name right and then when you're playing a game you you push the middle button the little Xbox button and it pops up what's happening and you
            • 66:30 - 67:00 have so many people who are playing the game you're playing and there's no excuse to not to not go find somebody to play with right and and I understand not everyone gets along and that's not what we're here for it's not for everybody to be friends with everybody it's it's for everybody to be you know similar enough to everyone where you can find friends to play with right exactly I'm not everybody's cup of tea my gamepl may be completely different than my personality my personality may not jive with yours
            • 67:00 - 67:30 that's okay but that doesn't mean I'm gonna disrespect you that doesn't mean I'm gonna be saying bad things about you or you know I won't join a party or I won't play with you it just means that hey you know you play over here I play over here we're good you know we're not going to be everybody's cup of tea and that's okay because difference is good but you do have those people that you do click with but don't be that loner sitting out in the swamp saying I can't
            • 67:30 - 68:00 I can't I can't because this community has an open door policy on just about everything so there isn't any reason why you're out there by yourself there's so many people that are ready and available to play even the games that you don't think they play I mean you play some interesting games I keep seeing and I'm like well maybe I need to check that out you know you've got PC players you got Xbox players youve got PlayStation players a lot of games nowadays are crossplatform discords are popping up everywhere so
            • 68:00 - 68:30 everybody can stay connected so there's absolutely no reason for anybody to be out there playing by themselves or sitting not in a party with somebody you have to take the initiative to join that party you have to take that initiative to join the party and say hey can I play or hey can you teach me this if you don't ask you're never going to get any where raise your hand say pick me yeah it's it is really that easy I mean right
            • 68:30 - 69:00 like I I don't um really advertise to any new members of what I do in TLP you know like I keep it pretty on the down low right like most people don't know that I'm a founder and I go into a party and I do this on purpose I go into a party and just see how people are you know like I'll I'll jump in some random party people I don't even know and uh you know they're like oh hey what are you doing you know I'm playing this can I play with you guys oh yeah yeah come on in so it's always been cool
            • 69:00 - 69:30 that way and I and like you said I'm I'm not everyone's cup of tea I know that for a fact I've done my fair share of damage around this place where lot of people avoid me and and I have I do have a bit of a reputation in the in the around the people who've been around a while that know me right so I try not to be that way as much as I possibly can anymore but you know it's uh there's always a time when you have to lay down the LA on someone you know and Poppy even as a president knows that I'll lay
            • 69:30 - 70:00 down the law on him in an instant right so he knows that you know that if I had to right but you guys never give me a reason to and and most people don't but there is that time when you have to but you know despite my reputation around this place I promise that I'm not out just causing trouble it's like like pump says I don't wake up in the morning and say can I piss off 50 people a day like it's you know I don't have a I don't have a quot one day we be like all right Tad what what your score today yeah when we decide to downsize I'm going to be the
            • 70:00 - 70:30 [Laughter] guy be like um T I need some house cleaning oh yeah but same I'll pop into parties and it and it was funny um an interesting conversation happened there was a TLP member I had sent a message they're like hey um something about are are you new to TLP and I said well I said I'm sort of not brand new to TLP I've been around a couple years they had no idea that I was VP and through
            • 70:30 - 71:00 conversation we're just you know chitchatting and then the minute you could tell when the conversation changed she goes am I in trouble no he's like I didn't know you were the vice president I'm like that's okay I'm just a gamer just like you I just have a different title there's there's I don't want people to be afraid of the fact or being in party with me just because I am the VP be yourself I'm going to be myself same with me you know
            • 71:00 - 71:30 we have people in this party that or not in this party in in TP that you know they know some of the things I've done in real life you know and they're scared to death of me because of some of the you know things I'm not I don't go around doing bad [ __ ] but you know like when when business needs handled you handle your business you know what I mean like you don't you don't just go out and looking for it but when it needs handled you have to handle it otherwise everybody walk all over you but same like I I can turn it off pretty good right like I'll just be like I'm just going to go play games and chill out but
            • 71:30 - 72:00 and most of the time I have it turned off but once in a while somebody will just you know they'll trigger you and it happens to all of us and and you just have to put your foot down and say what what are you doing like I remember going into a party one time and it was it was pretty embarrassing we had some members saying some pretty racist stuff which are absolutely no longer with us anymore because of that but um racism sexism 100% not a out with ntlp right so had to go yep know your room you need to know
            • 72:00 - 72:30 your room when you're going in and out and you can tell when I'm about the business and when I'm being fun so you know when you've got the gamer and when you've got the VP right they're they're different people and that's what people don't sometimes don't understand they let the title scare them and there's no need there's absolutely no need I'm not here to I'm not searching you out to see if you're doing something wrong I'm just here to play yeah I'm just here doing same with me same with Hoppy we don't
            • 72:30 - 73:00 ever you know you know you're not looking for someone to kick out that day never never works out that way it just happens to fall in your lap or it does happen but um and a lot of times you know a lot of times I've just been sent messages over the years saying hey this guy is doing this uh we need to do something about it you know and I'm like well you know it's not really my thing but you know if no one else is around I'll go handle it you know and I have to handle it and I think that's why a lot of people you know you get that reputation because a lot of times when the average members do see me a lot of
            • 73:00 - 73:30 times it is just all business because I'm only there because I was called there for some reason you know what I mean and one of you two or some other officer may not be available so I'm just well I guess I'm the guy today so go handle it but yeah it kind of sucks being that guy right it sucks being the guy but we've all had to be that person too and I you know you have been that person because
            • 73:30 - 74:00 pump tries to stay out of it if possible junkie tries to stay out of it as possible country doesn't get involved unless he has to so the face I see is you yeah yep it's not fun and I've actually got into I've got into parties over the phone and literally like been driving down the road and kick someone out T LP on the phone you know it's like it it's been that bad before where where it's just
            • 74:00 - 74:30 been me it's just been the guy so it's like okay I'm handling it I guess but now I'm like super irritated because I'm doing something that I don't want to be doing this you know s so it really irritates you when you have to do something like that when you're you know with family or something like along those lines but we all try to take care of business if we can you know when we can but it happens I handle business any hour of the day um if there's a LP member that needs to have a conversation whether it be personal or otherwise you know I've given out my phone number I've
            • 74:30 - 75:00 been available by text I by Discord by Xbox you know whatever whatever means they need I'm I'm always available just because you know that that's just how I've always been um you know if you if you need somebody to talk to somebody to cry to somebody to scream and rant and Rave about or hell maybe you just need to know how to make biscuits right whatever makes you happy I've had that conversation with people before people call me uh Hey Tater how do I fix my
            • 75:00 - 75:30 controller okay by these parts you know it's like I know how to do that see You' be like Tater I need your address I'm sending you my controller I've done that before don't think I haven't fixed somebody else's controller before it's it's happened a few times got I've got a little stick drift going on I think I just need a new controller though you change it you can fix the stick drift don't worry about that we can fix that actually I even have Parts believe it or not in in my little drawer of hobby [ __ ]
            • 75:30 - 76:00 I have new joysticks for controller sitting in there nice yeah very well miss vas um another great question I'd like to know is what is your best memory of TLP my best memory um the day I became TLP good
            • 76:00 - 76:30 one um there's actually been many memorable best of moments um I literally had an anxiety attack the day I had my vote in let me tell you that was I thought I I mean I literally was stressed out um I thought my gosh I've never wanted to be in something so badly in my life and then I'm like this hinges everything hinges right here this is going to make or break whether I get to
            • 76:30 - 77:00 go into TLP and then I got into into my head what do I do if I don't make TLP are all these people that I've met and all these great wonderful you know friends I've made are they just gone you know so my first memorable would be the day I got my jacket that was you know what something that I thought was really excuse me really cool about what the day you get your jacket is you can be into what hundreds of votings over the years right you still remember who was in that party
            • 77:00 - 77:30 when you got voted don't you yeah you don't remember who was in the party on the last 10 people you did but you remember who it was when when you got voted in but I always thought that was cool I remember the people that voted me in a long time ago you know like but I can't remember even who was in the party at the last one I did you know because it's become so business now I remember them all whatever since I have become VP I have
            • 77:30 - 78:00 only missed one vo in one but you remember every single person of every single voter just about yes do you nice nice I definitely I don't remember all of them but I definitely remember getting voted in and you know just the process that we do makes that pretty memorable for people I think so yes it does um and I I love the process that we have I think it is amazing yeah my second one would be the day that I became
            • 78:00 - 78:30 VP um I was literally did not see that coming I was sitting here and I was thinking okay so hoppy needs to see us I got to figure out all right how am I going to help TLP is my role going to be you know are we still going to be um recruiting officers never in a million years did I see it coming that I would be asked to be the VP I literally put the mic on mute I literally screamed like is hoppy crazy does
            • 78:30 - 79:00 he um who voted him as president because I done thought you were out your tree you done lost your mind you had a moment of insanity I'm like this isn't happening and then you were like it's then when I come back to the line unbeknownst to you I was a hairc but I mean my heart was ring and I was like this isn't real and then you were like well welcome welcome to being the VP and I'm like he said he was serious you you weren't joking okay so we're we're doing it so
            • 79:00 - 79:30 that's just been it's been an honor and a privilege for me so those are my most memorable hell yeah moments so yeah and we didn't waste no time when you became VP boy we went straight to work oh buddy I thought I thought maybe you were trying to test my limits like can she handle this you know there a few days they're gonna fire me and I don't even get paid for this so that was a trying time in
            • 79:30 - 80:00 t that was like a really really trying time right for TLP yeah that was that was a little bit of a it was a disaster when when you guys came in and started taking care of things let's just be honest about that that was an absolute [ __ ] show yeah dbst fire we made it roses it now smells like roses yeah yep and that was we talked about this in a previous episode that that these guys came in right after um we we had the
            • 80:00 - 80:30 wannabe coup I guess or the Mutiny and uh yeah everything was kind of in shambles because um we didn't have a whole lot of officers left and you know they pretty much started over from nothing generally speaking you know you kind of think of TLP as structured similar to like the military where you know somebody up here retires and somebody else moves up right well all the people in the middle were just gone so it was starting over from pretty much nothing and uh it it was a tough time it
            • 80:30 - 81:00 really was I think I was on the phone I was out of town at work I was on the phone more than I was actually working I was like oh I got to take care of this real quick you know and luckily I I had pretty cool pretty cool boss that just let me handle my [ __ ] but um yeah it was uh it was definitely a tough time I there was there was so my phone was blowing up all the time you know especially before you guys even got in you know it was me being the most active founder it was like my phone was completely like off the freaking hinges
            • 81:00 - 81:30 right so how we going to fix this how we going to do that founder meeting after founder meeting after founder meeting and it was who are we going to put in here here we are I'm still not sure you make the right decision for VP but I'm I'm I feel it's an honor and a privilege and I'll keep working as hard as I can oh I think we made the right choice I think we made the right choice I with Hoy but with Miss Vegas we're 100% right right choice right choice this guy here
            • 81:30 - 82:00 I think I don't know what he's doing man he's like that really mangy raccoon you find in the dumpster after the dumpster fire he can't get rid of me that's him can't get rid of me that's what it is he's a keeper I can't do my job without hoppy because I think that we compliment each other I think that his way of thinking and my way of thinking we can meld it together to where it just works and I don't and our personalities are are similar we have similar we have the
            • 82:00 - 82:30 you know similar dreams we have similar hopes as far as where we want to see tail PE go and how to accomplish it and I think that we have worked really well together to get it to I would have to say that since we did the shutdown this has probably been the most quiet calm time that we have had took office because years yes we have officers in in place that know what they're doing we have
            • 82:30 - 83:00 coordinators in place that are doing what they're supposed to be doing and we're working like a well oiled machine so now we just need to do a few tweaks and Implement some things and I think we're going we're in the right track so you know it it takes a team and I think that hoppy and I have worked very well together so so you know talking about the shutdown we haven't actually talked about that hobby what we do every year um in TLP through the holidays especially like right before Thanksgiving most of the time sometimes
            • 83:00 - 83:30 it varies but before Thanksgiving up through the first of the year um TLP shuts down pretty much 100% like not not 100% we still have you know Skeleton Crew around and people still um do take care of things that need to be taken care of but for the most part TLP is is not in business and just because it is so hard to get anything done when you have you know like like me personally you know two thanksgivings one of them's in a whole another Stateway you know same with Christmas so it's like you
            • 83:30 - 84:00 know it it can be so tough to get people together especially when when you have to have certain people doing certain things right and then they can't be there because of the holidays and they can't fulfill their commitments so we don't require them to basically right like if someone's around and something happens you know and then there's someone around to deal with it but for the most part we don't do any like uh we don't bring recruits in during that time right like might pick a couple up if if they were just hung out to dry you know try to finish them up but we don't bring
            • 84:00 - 84:30 anybody new in and we try not to bring anybody into their 30 days prior to that either that way they don't get hung out to dry on their their recruitment so right check with them and make sure that you know if their 30-day V in is going to fall within that time we do have that conversation with them and be like look this is what's going on are you okay with waiting a little longer or you know do we do you feel like we need to push this forward and for the most part everybody has been very accommodating they understand that we're you know it the shutdown time is not about us just
            • 84:30 - 85:00 not doing anything it's about us having quality time with our families and at the end of the day that's what TLP is is a family and so we want to have time with our personal family where you don't have to have obligations you know I don't expect happy to be at this meeting but yet he's supposed to be over here at a baby shower or he's you know at a family dinner you know we don't have to pick and choose TP over personal family because real life always comes first you know that's given real life comes first
            • 85:00 - 85:30 and then TP of course is second in my book um you know because that for me it's all together it's family but when to it if some if my child needs something you know over a TLP meeting obviously I'm gonna have to choose my child and hopefully you know T would understand that so during that shutdown time that's a time for you to focus on your family because because that's what it's about is your family not the business we'll get back to the business in January and then we're
            • 85:30 - 86:00 all and it's a well needed break too right like the like these folks up here work really really hard every day day in day out a lot harder than than I work I mean I do a lot of things on the back end of TLP and but not not near as I'm not front lining like they are so you know these are the people and the people that um work for them I guess is the way to say it or the that really need the brakes and it's so nice for them I know like when when I was real hot and heavy
            • 86:00 - 86:30 into the daily operations it was like seriously relieving just to be able to get on and and just take a break completely and then if I wanted to play I could get on and just play I didn't have to worry about you know what this guy needed or that guy needed I just tell him you know straight up we're on shut down man sorry you can wait yeah you know I'm not I'm not dealing with business so and like I said we we still run you know we still have people around it's not like everybody just disappears off the
            • 86:30 - 87:00 face of the planet so if something does happen it's it's definitely able to be taken care of but definitely and I'm always available somewhere and I don't hide offline um I know that um previous I've seen that and seen and heard firsthand that other previous administration had used to hide offline so they didn't have to deal with things or you know be presentent accounted for I'm always available online if I'm online I'm online what you
            • 87:00 - 87:30 see is if I if you see me I'm there unless I'm AFK and the shower I'm there so you know and for the most part you know if you message me and say hey I need something if if as soon as I see that message I'm going to respond it's not going to be days it's not going to be hours unless I'm sleeping you know kind of thing I don't hide there's no need for me to hide I mean I have a responsibility and I have a responsibility to of the TLP so if I'm needed I'm I'm available I'm the opposite I A lot of times I show online
            • 87:30 - 88:00 and I'm not even here so I'm the opposite person right like I'm always showing online but I'm never actually on anything so um yeah I just walk away from my stuff and leave it on a lot you know like when you got little kids I mean what else do you do right you don't just shut everything down to go take care of whatever they need you just jump up and do it so um I don't have little ones my youngest is 17 who is also a gamer every child in my family except for one of my six are Gamers we all
            • 88:00 - 88:30 gamees you guys need to get Mario Party that's what you need I've heard about that um heard about that one it's like Monopoly but not nearly as as like in depth love monopo yeah it's it's pretty simple lots of little mini games and fun stuff to play with for kids you know like my kids love playing Mario party they play that all the time on the switch make they make me play too well there is one game that I will not
            • 88:30 - 89:00 play I I mean I will have to be dead for that to happen and that is fortnite we fork knife huh no my son is over there scoffing at me because that is his game of choice but it's the movement um it does make me very cautious when he's like playing building and jumping and uh it's like can you just hold still for 5 seconds so I can see what you're doing so yeah I can't fortnite I can't even watch him play I have to
            • 89:00 - 89:30 like yeah no it's so reaction based right like that game is really really really about hand ey coordination reaction like way more than a lot of other games so uh the younger generation people who are you know much younger than we are um play that game a lot better than we do just just because of that and as you get older you know your reaction time drops so much you know but that's that's like the biggest thing about the games like that I'm in the same boat I can't hardly play those
            • 89:30 - 90:00 super super fast games like that anymore it really gets to me well zombies can move pretty fast but that's the jumping and the building and then jumping and building and I just I can't yeah that and I don't really play Minecraft because my son literally I was building a house my son literally built a town around my house that I was trying to build and the blew up the town around my house and I still didn't have tells you about my that I suck not
            • 90:00 - 90:30 my game either definitely not my now zombies let's do some zombies I'm I'm about it you just like killing people but not real people I see how it is yeah but see if I see when I'm having a stressful day I will come home from work and be like I need to kill things so what better things to kill them zombies come on now yeah I mean I can knife them I can I can shoot them in the head I can
            • 90:30 - 91:00 rip their limbs off come on it's stress Rel leaving very stress Rel leaving and then you can run around about 76 and you know get overweight carrying everything under the Sun so it's perfect yeah and then when I want to go to seea of Thieves and just start attacking boats it's great take their Bo take the booty take the I think you have your your selection of games figured out I think you know exactly what what you
            • 91:00 - 91:30 like to do I do zombie survival games and you know maybe a little bit of pirate in the booty be all right I'm pretty good at those well miss Vegas if you had any advice for somebody that wanted to join TLP what is the best piece of advice you could possibly give them come into it with an open mind be open be honest and put into it what you want
            • 91:30 - 92:00 because if you don't put any effort in you just want to be a Wallflower then that's what you're going to be you're G to be a Wallflower you know if you you want to make a difference like I wanted to make a difference then come in loud proud and scream and hey pick me I want to help out yeah you know there's been a lot of lot of people that have come in and they haven't been here very long they've come into officer roles just because of them raising their hands and saying I I want to help I want to want to do what I can
            • 92:00 - 92:30 do here and and a lot of people have really really worked out well over the years because of that um and I think people have a misconception that when you come into TLP that you have to be here for x amount of years before you can be an officer I'm sure there are some out there that felt that the title in which I I currently have I didn't deserve it because I wasn't here long enough it's not about being here long enough it's about what you bring to the table it's about what you can do for TP
            • 92:30 - 93:00 and it's about the way you handle and care for TLP you walk in that door and you ain't got nothing nice to say and you're not out there helping you know build a community trying to get the word out and putting yourself out there yeah no I when I came into TLP the first thing I wanted to do was help people that's what what I was in I was informed I was like why is it you guys hang out with me and they said it was because my willingness to help people I want to help people and I'm just very
            • 93:00 - 93:30 caring in that way now don't don't take that caring as a weakness because I can be just as vindictive as the next person if you want to be all mean and nasty but you know confrontation I'll try to avoid but again if you want to be in TLP bring something to the table it doesn't have to like a crazy skill set either right could just be um just be willing to be friends with other people right like that's that's like the
            • 93:30 - 94:00 biggest thing you could bring to TLP when you come here is an open and a willingness to connect yeah there's so many people that have come in here and and they just it's like they don't participate you know it's like they're the stinky kid on the playground for some reason and I don't really know what that's about you know like I don't understand why you would want to be part of any Community especially one that's like more Community Based like we are then you know I just don't understand why you want to be a part of that if you don't really want to participate in that
            • 94:00 - 94:30 stuff and and that's what we are so you know if you're like into you know just having people to play with and having people to talk to and reach out to and you know do things like what we're doing right now because we even though even though we do have some limitations on what we allow people to slap our name on we do um we are pretty open-minded about most of that stuff as long as it's beneficial for the community uh it's not an issue most of the time um you know there's so much things that you can do here other than just play games too
            • 94:30 - 95:00 right like if you want to come in here and you want to be a part of TLP cares by all means you can be a part of TLP cares if you want to be a part of the TLP Network you can come in and be part of the TLP network if you just want to play games you can just play games and if you just want to come in and talk to people through an Xbox party and find friends you can do that too right like there's so many different things you can come into as like a primary role here right it's Limitless don't limit yourself when you walk through that door
            • 95:00 - 95:30 because we're not limiting you you're limiting yourself yes you know come in get comfortable kick your shoes off stay a while have some hot chocolate yep better have marshmallows though yep another quick question when you come into TLP come in with an open mind and be willing to put that work in if you want if you want to make a difference be willing to put that work in don't be afraid to hide in the corner
            • 95:30 - 96:00 um just raise your hand and say hey I have a suggestion and hey can I do this you know be bold take a risk I mean wor worst you can say is no right we we've said no to people before because their their ideas were like I'm like I don't think that's necessarily a good idea you know but yeah but we've said lot yes to a lot of things as well right like way more than 50% way more like generally speaking if you come in with any kind of a reasonable idea even if I think you
            • 96:00 - 96:30 might fail or hoppy or Miss Vegas think you might fail as long as you're doing something that isn't in violation of what we stand for then by all means you can do it it's not it's not like you can't do it so that's right or we may tell you that just stick that idea under your bed and don't ever tell anybody it again either I mean yeah I've heard a couple put your ID in a little box and then lock it and throw it in the ocean you know we've had to say that to people before too like
            • 96:30 - 97:00 don't don't ever bring that up again ever but like that's never going to happen I don't care who's in office it's just not no yeah yeah I've had quite a few of those ideas um yeah anyway Miss Vegas we are over an hour and a half into this one so I think we should probably wrap it up but um yep definitely want to thank you for spending your evening with us instead of killing zombies or yeah we appreciate it raiding some poor bastard on Fallout
            • 97:00 - 97:30 whatever it is you do so so poor poor new guy let's go steal his his his uh jumpsuit that's all he's got well I appreciate you gentlemen having me I hope that I you know have given you some interesting answers um oh for sure for sure absolutely um yep uh look look for us on YouTube this these will be coming out um fairly soon we're going to stack a few up so you know cuz
            • 97:30 - 98:00 my work schedule and stuff's all over the place so we want to stay consistent so we're going to queue up a few videos and keep going keep making them keep bringing new people in but you'll you'll be along you are episode three so you will be along very soon well make sure you're posting them in the TLP Discord for all of us to see I'm excited yep the the network Discord as well we'll have it'll just automatically post to both those discords anytime something's posted on the channel so we'll we'll work on that
            • 98:00 - 98:30 and get that going and then uh you know like I said the first first few episodes would be pretty pretty helpful and this one too for U new members I think that that's there's a lot of history on the on the first three and and a lot of core values um as we move along we're going to get more out of that and more into more specific things you know like whatever we're doing that day streamers you know YouTubers all that stuff trying to help them out and get more towards that but right now we're mostly just set up on explaining you kind of what TLP is
            • 98:30 - 99:00 and what we do and getting people like you in here who you know you you were giving no questions we didn't give you any prep time whatsoever on this so I mean everything you said is what you actually think I mean we you had nothing and we did it on purpose I mean I I posted all the questions in a whole different Discord you couldn't even see so I was a little nervous I'm not going to lie I was a little nervous of messing up or saying the wrong thing but you know
            • 99:00 - 99:30 I'd rather just wing it than have prep time in in ahead of time because I mean you want my reaction you want the real true reaction to your questions and I feel that's what I've done yeah being genuine is number one here yep transparency so you know yeah again like I said I can't wait to see what you guys put together I think it's going absolutely amazing and I think it's going to help a lot of people so and I'm excited to support and get behind that as
            • 99:30 - 100:00 well so if I could help you in any way my door is always open of course absolutely and vice versa so well everybody if you made it this far in the video we just want to say thank you for watching we appreciate it Miss Vegas thank you so much for being on here and as always please like subscribe leave a comment let us know what you think and uh that's it all right thanks guys appreciate you thank you thank you
