Are Aragon headshot packages monthly subscriptions?
The individual headshot packages and the separate Subscription offer are different purchases. Select the Headshots tab to compare a headshot package. The Subscription tab is for recurring credit access; do not interpret a headshot-package price as its monthly subscription price.
How long does Aragon take to generate headshots?
The current pricing cards advertise 45 minutes for Basic, 30 minutes for Standard and 15 minutes for Executive. These are provider estimates, not a delivery guarantee or a claim based on our own generated-photo test.
What resolution and styling choices are included?
The pricing FAQ lists Basic and Standard at 768 × 1024 pixels and Executive at 1536 × 2048. Basic includes one attire and one background choice; Standard includes two of each; Executive lists all attires and backgrounds. Check the live package for the choices available to you.
Can I get a refund if the headshots do not look like me?
Aragon's headshot policy describes a complimentary redo or refund subject to conditions. It may decline a refund if upload instructions were not followed or photos were downloaded. Submit a request within 14 calendar days of purchase. Team plans have a separate partial-refund policy for unused credits.
Can a company use Aragon for team headshots?
Aragon offers branded team headshots separately from individual packages. Compare the team workflow, branding requirements, employee participation and current team terms instead of multiplying an individual promotional price into a team quote.
Should I download the whole gallery immediately?
Preview the images first. Check likeness, glasses, hair, teeth, clothing and crop before choosing a result. Downloading photos counts as using the product under Aragon's refund policy and can affect refund eligibility. A package's generated-image count is not a guaranteed count of usable portraits.
