How is my data handled?
We store your files in an encrypted format on AWS S3. We do not share or sell your data to any third party. Data is sent out of Knibble in two cases: when you upload a file, data is chunked and stored in a third-party vector database; and when you ask a question, relevant data chunks are sent to a third-party AI model to generate an answer.
Which model is used by Knibble.ai?
We use OpenAI's GPT-3.5-turbo model to generate answers. GPT-4 support will be available soon.
Can I use my own OpenAI API key?
Yes, we support BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) on all paid plans. Please refer to our pricing page for more details.
What data formats are supported?
You can upload multiple PDF or text files, or add a link to your website to be scraped.
