            Chapters

            • 00:00 - 01:00: Introduction and Quincy The chapter provides a ranking of every hero in BTD 6 focusing specifically on Chimp mode, where players aim to achieve black borders without retries. The discussion highlights Quincy, one of the three heroes available to start a chimp's game, noted for his affordability and sufficient damage output to navigate the early game. Quincy's capabilities improve as the rounds progress, particularly with the level three rapid shot ability that enhances his damage output. As one of the fastest leveling heroes, Quincy gains camo detection at level five, alleviating early game challenges with camouflaged balloons. By level eight, he deals additional damage to Moab-class balloons, making him effective against blimps.
            • 01:00 - 02:00: Gwendolin Gwendolin is a versatile character who excels in late-game situations. He pairs well with Alchemists, especially after acquiring his second arrow and storm of arrows ability, which can effectively handle rushes and late-game scenarios involving MOABs or super Ceramics. However, his main attack struggles against super Ceramics unless supplemented by additional help against DDTs, achievable with a MIB. Although he is not the best against the round 100 BAD, pairing him with strong single-target damage dealers, like a First Strike, mitigates this issue. Overall, Gwendolin is a reliable choice for consistent generic damage.
            • 02:00 - 03:00: Admiral Brickell This chapter discusses the abilities and tier placement of various heroes. Admiral Brickell is notably absent in terms of synergies and is placed in C-tier due to his lack of strong abilities that could carry a run. In contrast, Gendin, the pyromaniac hero, is praised for her general damage support, adaptability to multiple strategies, and potent abilities. She has two significant powers: a quickly recharging level 3 ability effective against most rushes, and a level 10 ability, Firestorm, that sets the screen ablaze, damaging every balloon, accompanied by the Heated Up passive enhancing all monkeys. Despite being more expensive than Quincy, Gendin levels up quickly, reinforcing her role as a robust support hero.
            • 03:00 - 04:00: Striker Jones This section of 'Striker Jones' discusses various strategic elements of the game. It begins by addressing a character with notable abilities such as enhanced popping power, extra Pierce, and eventual increased damage. However, drawbacks include limited range, a weak start unless specific capabilities are employed, and vulnerability to certain opponents, leading to a B tier classification. The discussion then shifts to Admiral Brickell, a more costly character confined to water placements. Despite the placement limitation, she pairs well with other water-based characters such as Buccaneers and submarines, offering additional benefits, including increased Pierce at level eight.
            • 04:00 - 05:00: Obyn Greenfoot The chapter discusses the strengths and abilities of a character named Obyn Greenfoot within a game. Obyn Greenfoot can be paired with destroyers or APD Subs for maximum efficiency. Her abilities are highlighted at levels three and ten, providing bonus attack speed, Pierce, and the normal damage type to water monkeys. These enhancements allow them to tackle various challenges, including heavy DDT rounds like round 95. The level 10 ability, mega mine, is effective against Moab class balloons. However, the chapter notes that reaching level 20 during the Chimps game mode is not possible without external support such as an Energizer, highlighting its role in facilitating upgrades and effectiveness.
            • 05:00 - 06:00: Rosaelia The chapter discusses the character Rosaelia, highlighting her strengths and weaknesses in gameplay. Her powerful cooldowns are emphasized, along with her two main strategies: Flagship and sub Commander. These strategies are effective at all stages and can lead to victories even on difficult maps. However, her effectiveness diminishes in games where achieving a 'black border' is a goal, as slight deviations in strategy can impact outcomes. Consequently, she is ranked just below Striker Jones, who is a more cost-effective hero at $7.55.
            • 06:00 - 07:00: Sauda This chapter discusses the abilities and benefits of a character who levels up quickly but with low damage throughout the game. The primary advantage of this character is the attack speed buff provided to bomb Shooters and mortar monkeys, as well as making black balloons less resistant to explosions. The character’s level three ability causes a stun effect on the strongest balloon and its nearby counterparts, with a very short cooldown allowing for frequent use. By reaching level 10, the artillery command ability can reset the cooldowns of mortars and bomb Shooters, which is especially beneficial when employing Moab assassins or the pop and awe ability. Upon reaching level 20, the character's effectiveness becomes notably enhanced.
            • 07:00 - 08:00: Captain Churchill The chapter titled 'Captain Churchill' dives into the game's abilities, focusing on those of specific characters like bomb Shooters and mortars who can double Pierce and damage for a short period. It notes the downside of these abilities with particular characters—highlighting low damage capabilities and the impacts of various game updates that have consistently nerfed their best strategies. Specifically, it discusses the decline in popularity of strategies such as mob mer spam and the use of multiple recursive clusters, both of which resulted in a lower tier placement for Striker. Despite these nerfs, Striker is still considered slightly superior to Quincy. Additionally, the chapter introduces another character, Obin, who is praised for being cost-effective, easy to use, fast to level up, and strong in the early game due to his homing attacks.
            • 08:00 - 09:00: Benjamin The chapter titled 'Benjamin' discusses gameplay strategies and tactics focusing on specific abilities and their applications in early and late game scenarios. It highlights the utility of level three brambles which, though not the best, can be vital in early game by providing a safety net and dealing significant damage to specific rounds, especially when paired with an alchemist. Additionally, it emphasizes strategic placement of the 'wall of trees' ability, which can be placed behind defenses to catch leaks during challenging rounds, offering critical advantage during rounds like 63 or against ddts in the late game.
            • 09:00 - 10:00: Pat Fusty This chapter discusses various strategies and synergies involving a character named Obin. The primary focus is on how Obin pairs well with Druids by providing them with several buffs such as extra pierce, attack speed, and camo detection. The chapter outlines popular strategies involving Obin, such as using the Pop Plus Plus strategy with Avatar of Wrath or Spirit of the Forest. Additionally, it highlights Obin's ability to enhance the Druid of the Storm by making tornadoes larger and increasing their frequency by 33%, which aids in executing massive savings or defensive strategies.
            • 10:00 - 11:00: Ezili In this chapter, the focus is on the performance and characteristics of two heroes in the game BTD6: Obin and the newest hero, Rosalia. Obin is described as an A-tier hero, particularly effective in mid-game scenarios due to his abilities like ball lightning that can tackle tough rounds, such as round 63. Shifting focus to Rosalia, she is introduced as a new hero priced at $945, leveling up at a pace similar to another character, Bickle. Although Rosalia won't typically reach level 20 in a normal game, she brings unique gameplay mechanics. She wields two weapons – a laser for single-target damage and a grenade launcher for dealing with groups of balloons, allowing for strategic switching as needed in the late game.
            • 11:00 - 12:00: Adora The chapter titled 'Adora' focuses on the mechanics and strategies for using a character in a game. It details the benefits and drawbacks of using Adora's weapons, namely the grenade launcher and laser. The grenade launcher deals significant damage, while the laser provides a knockback attack useful against Moab class balloons. Adora can also reposition herself around her Workshop, aiding in maps with alternating tracks, though she cannot attack while moving. At level seven, she acquires a 'flight boost ability,' allowing her to pursue balloons globally and use both weapons simultaneously, which is recommended for difficult rounds. Discussion of her level three abilities is hinted at but not detailed in the provided text.
            • 12:00 - 13:00: Etienne The chapter delves into the character of Etienne, who has a unique set of abilities and enhancements in the game setting. Etienne launches missiles that cause significant damage and have a stunning effect. A key feature at level 10 is a device that attaches to a MOAB class balloon. This device charges up based on the damage dealt to the blimp it's attached to, unleashing considerable damage proportional to its charge. However, its limitation is that it cannot penetrate MOAB layers, impacting its overall utility. Additionally, Etienne offers a discount to Aces and Helip Pilots, making them 10% cheaper if positioned nearby. Despite these benefits, the chapter mentions that everything Etienne does is overshadowed by other heroes, suggesting that more advantageous strategies might involve other heroes like Gwen or Geraldo for their buffing capabilities and not necessarily Etienne with the commander benefit.
            • 13:00 - 14:00: Sauda (revisited) The chapter titled 'Sauda (revisited)' discusses the relative effectiveness of certain heroes, focusing primarily on their synergy and performance in the game, specifically comparing Sky Shredder's pairing capabilities and Rosalia's impact. The chapter emphasizes that Sky Shredder is versatile and can be paired with most heroes, which is advantageous. In contrast, Rosalia's capabilities are critiqued, noting her level 3 ability lacks distinction and her level 10 capability is less effective compared to others like Mega mine, making her less impactful in comparison. As a result, Rosalia is ranked lowly within the hero hierarchy, slotting in at D rank due to better performances by other heroes in terms of damage output or tower synergy. Additionally, the chapter moves on to discuss another hero named Sai. Sai is noted to be more expensive at $1,080 and generally slower to level up compared to heroes like Brickl and Rosalia. However, Sai is characterized as being more effective on advanced and expert maps because they require additional experience points (XP) to fully maximize their potential.
            • 14:00 - 15:00: Geraldo The chapter delves into the capabilities of a character named Sai, who is initially perceived as having a weak attack speed. However, Sai's infinite range and camo detection abilities compensate for this, allowing them to one-shot rainbow balloons from the beginning. By level seven, Sai can pop up to three ceramic balloons simultaneously, simplifying the round 40 Moab. Sai's abilities are highlighted, specifically the level three psychic blast, which can stun nearby balloons for 6 seconds and Moabs for 1.5 seconds. This ability proves particularly useful for handling large balloon rushes or specific challenging rounds like 40, 60, and 80, which feature formidable balloons.
            • 15:00 - 16:00: Corvis In the chapter titled 'Corvis,' we explore the advancements made by a character named Sai. Sai levels up their abilities, particularly enhancing the 'psionic scream' to level 10. This ability gives balloons a 50/50 chance of either being instantly popped or being blown back towards the entrance. This move is highlighted as extremely advantageous, functioning like a 'get out of jail free' card and becoming crazily effective when Sai reaches level 16 or higher. At this level, Sai gains the ability to pop bfbs, which is a significant upgrade, especially when paired with their normal attack reaching enough strength to handle bfbs around the '90s sections of the game. This improvement helps in preserving resources and managing difficult levels.

BTD6 Hero Tier List (CHIMPS) Transcription

            • 00:00 - 00:30 here is my ranking for every hero in BTD 6 we'll be going off chimp mode specifically getting those beautiful black borders meaning no retries up first we have Quincy he's very cheap being one of three Heroes you can start a chimp's game with and he does enough damage to get you through the early game on top of this his damage scales pretty well with the rounds especially when you bring his level three rapid shot into the mix he's tied for the fastest leveler of any hero and he gets camo detection at level five meaning the early camos won't be a problem at level eight he gets extra damage to Moab class balloons so he does great blimp damage
            • 00:30 - 01:00 from rounds 50 and up additionally he pairs well with Alchemists once he gets his second arrow and his storm of arrows ability can take out just about any rush or clean up the late game when all that's left of around are moabs or super Ceramics as for weaknesses his main attack Is Not Great against super Ceramics which are very prevalent in the late game he needs help with ddts but that's easily overcome with a MIB and he isn't great at taking out the round 100 bad but if you pair him with some single Target damage dealers like a first strike it won't be a problem overall he's a solid generic damage Jer to add
            • 01:00 - 01:30 to your defenses but he doesn't have any super strong synergies that can carry a run like some of the other Heroes so we'll be putting him in C tier up next we have gendin the pyromaniac she's a general damage and support hero that fits into many strategies like T Shooters bouncing bullets or dragon's breath Wizards she's a little more expensive than Quincy but levels up just as quickly both of her abilities are very strong as her level three can take up most rushes in the game and has a short cool down while her level 10 Firestorm sets the whole screen on fire burning every balloon and gives her heated up up passive to every monkey
            • 01:30 - 02:00 speaking of heated up this gives nearby monkey lead popping power extra Pierce and eventually damage not everything is great about her though she's relatively low range a weak early game outside of her cocktail is weak to purples and doesn't have an OP Strat just a bunch of solid ones and because of this she's going in B tier moving on we have Admiral brickl she's more expensive than the previous two and can only be placed in water this isn't an issue though as you'd really only use her when using other water-based monkeys like Buccaneers and submarines you see at level eight she gives plus one pierce to
            • 02:00 - 02:30 nearby water monkeys which is amazing when paired with destroyers or APD Subs additionally her level three and 10 abilities are incredible Naval tactics gives bonus attack speed Pierce and the normal damage type to water monkeys in range letting them pop just about any round including DDT heavy ones like 95 and her level 10 mega mine will pop tons of Moab class balloons for you especially if you're placing them anytime they're available unfortunately she won't hit Level 20 in a game of chimps unless you buff her with an Energizer which is an option as a reactor or Energizer reduces her
            • 02:30 - 03:00 cooldowns making her an absolute Menace finally what shoots her up this list is her two main strategies in the carrier Flagship and sub Commander both are very strong at all stages of the game and will get you some easy wins even on the hardest Maps really the only knock on her here is that she's better in games where you're not going for the black border as using slightly different timings on Naval tactics and placements of Mega mines can make the difference between leaking and passing and because of this I'm putting her in a under Striker Jones he's one of the cheaper Heroes coming in only 7 $55 and he
            • 03:00 - 03:30 levels up very fast but his damage is low at every stage of the game that isn't the reason you get him though no it's because he gives a attack speed Buffs to bomb Shooters and mortar monkeys and makes black balloons less resistant to explosions as for his abilities his level three provides a nice stun to the strongest balloon on screen and the balloons around it and you can spam it as concussive shell has an incredibly short cooldown his level 10 ability artillery command resets the cool Downs of mortars and bomb Shooters this can be good if you're running Moab assassins or the pop and awe but one strike hits level 20 this becomes one of
            • 03:30 - 04:00 the best abilities in the game as it gives all bomb Shooters and mortars double Pierce and damage for 10 seconds everything isn't sunshine and rainbows for him though alongside his low damage his best strategies have been nerfed time and time again back in the day it was the mob mer spam and recently it was building tons of recursive clusters but both of these have been made much worse bringing Striker down a couple tiers and for that he's going in C just ahead of Quincy next we have Obin he's cheap easy to use levels up fast and has a super strong early game his homing attacks
            • 04:00 - 04:30 plus them dealing two damage Shred the early rounds as for his abilities his level three brambles can be spammed constantly to give you a safety net of spikes this isn't the best ability but it can be helpful for early game rushes and it can pop all the camos on rounds 24 and 33 plus it does a ton of damage to the round 40 Moab if you pair it with an alchemist as for as wall of trees you can place them behind your defenses to catch anything that would have leaked this is nice for Rounds like 63 or even catching some ddts in the late game if it lasts long enough you can even have a wall of trees down and have it be off
            • 04:30 - 05:00 cool down letting you refresh the wall the second they pop unfortunately this doesn't make you any extra money in chimps it just gives you the normal amount of cash from the pops as for who he pairs well with it's Druids he gives them several Buffs like extra Pierce attack speed and even camo detection this leads to his two classic strats in the pop plus plus an avatar of Wrath or Spirit of the forest but what is super nice about Obin is that he gives the Druid of the storm larger tornadoes and throws them 33% more often making it super easy to pull off massive save UPS
            • 05:00 - 05:30 in the mid game plus a ball lightning or two absolutely shred tough rounds like 63 so with all this being said Obin is easily an a tier hero shifting gears we have Rosalia the newest hero to btd6 she comes in at $945 and levels up just as fast as Bickle so she won't be hitting level 20 in a normal game she comes with a few fun gimmicks though the first is that she has two weapons a laser that's good for single Target damage and a grenade launcher that excels at taking out groups of balloons and you can swap between these as needed in the late game
            • 05:30 - 06:00 the grenade launcher actually deals tons of damage but the laser gets a special knockback attack every 10th shot that is super helpful from Moab class balloons her second gimmick is that she can reposition around her Workshop this is helpful for maps that have alternating tracks but the one big downside is that she can't attack while moving so you don't want to do this mid round at level seven though she gets the flight boost ability that lets her pursue balloons globally and shoot both weapons at the same time this is great and you should use it anytime the rounds get difficult as for her abilities her level three
            • 06:00 - 06:30 launches missiles that deal solid damage and stun balloons and her level 10 is a device that attaches to a MOAB class balloon this device charges up the more damage you do to the blimp it'ss attached to and will deal damage based on how much it charges up this can deal tons of damage but it doesn't penetrate Moab layers limiting its usefulness and finally she makes Aces and helip Pilots 10% cheaper if placed near her all this sounds nice but everything Roselia does is outclass by another hero if you want to go the command she Commander because of her discount you're better off buffing with Gwen or Geraldo as for the
            • 06:30 - 07:00 sky Shredder it can be paired with just about any hero so you might as well go with one that can carry the mid game while you're saving up her level 3 ability doesn't stand out her level 10 is a worse Mega mine and other Heroes either do more damage or have tower synergies that outshine rosalia's impact so she's our lowest hero so far slotting in at D moving on we have Sai they're a bit more expensive coming in at $1,080 and level up slightly slower than brickl and Rosalia and because of this they're better on Advanced and expert Maps as s needs a extra XP to get the most out of
            • 07:00 - 07:30 them they aren't the strongest at the start as Sai has a pretty low attack speed with their infinite range camo detection and the ability to One-Shot rainbows from the start more than makes up for it and at level seven they can pop up to three ceramics at a time making the insides of the round 40 Moab very easy as for their abilities both are pretty solid size level three psychic blast stuns nearby balloons for 6 seconds or moabs for 1.5 seconds this is super nice for large rushes or rounds like 40 60 and 80 where you have one tanky balloon to de deal with and as
            • 07:30 - 08:00 sigh levels up this blast pulses more times as for their level 10 psionic scream causes any balloon that Sai can pop to have a 50/50 shot of either being insta popped or getting blown back towards the entrance this is an amazing get Auto jail free card and goes crazy one size level 16 or higher as this lets them pop bfbs speaking of level 16 that's what you're shooting for with S as bfbs become fair game for their normal attack this makes the '90s much easier as taking out a full BFB goes a long way in terms of pure save for your other to
            • 08:00 - 08:30 ideally you'd get S all the way to level 20 where they can pop zomgs and ddts but that's not going to happen unless you get an Energizer but between size's insane damage Global range and useful abilities they are easily slotting in the a tier next up we have Churchill he's the most expensive and slowest leveler of all the heroes but that comes with some perks mainly tons of damage recent changes have given him a bit of a slow start but by the end of the game he becomes a monster as long as he is a straight line to shoot down his re exploding shells will tear the balloons apart as for his ability armor piercing
            • 08:30 - 09:00 shells will shred any ceramic rush in the mid game and help a ton on the Moab heavy rounds of the 9s and his Moab barrage can either take out ddts for you or deal massive amounts of damage to blimps as for who to pair him with he's a generic damage dealer so just get another DPS Tower plenty of support monkeys and an overclock this should be more than enough for chimps but if you want Churchill to be your main damage dealer try picking up an Energizer and you can get Churchill to hit Level 20 in the late '90s this requires a bit of planning but his main attack and Moab barrage damage will shoot through through the roof but similar to Quincy
            • 09:00 - 09:30 because he doesn't have any synergies that completely destroy the rounds and is just a DPS hero he'll be put at the very top of C tier next up is Ben and this will be a quick one he doesn't make any extra money in this game mode and actually loses you money with troan and siphon funding he's not completely worthless though as he does make the rounds a bit easier by either preventing children balloons from spawning with troan or downgrading every Balloon by a layer with siphon funding which can be helpful on R 98 but even with these he's easily the worst chimps hero and th belongs in F onto my main man Pat fussy
            • 09:30 - 10:00 who's very unique he's relatively cheap and levels up as fast as brickl he can be placed on water or land and is our first melee hero meaning he has almost no range he has to be right next to the track to attack but boy is it worth it right off the bat pat deals three damage to a balloon and creates a shock wave around his Target that deals two more damage this shock wave hits the initial balloon meaning he can onshot pinks from level one even with this though his low attack speed and limited range prevent him from carrying at any stage of the game that's fine though because his
            • 10:00 - 10:30 damage is not why you run Pat fusty no it's for his knockback and level three ability starting with his knockback at level 5 Pat will occasionally slap balloons back towards the entrance and at level six every hit will stun balloons and at level 13 the stun affects blimps if Pat can reach every track a super fun thing to do is give him a stronger stim and an overclock and he'll basically perun everything that gets in his range as for his abilities rallying Roar gives nearby monkeys plus one damage for a short time this can absolutely decimate tough rounds
            • 10:30 - 11:00 especially when paired with a t Zone super melstrom or grandm ninja unfortunately his level 10 ability big squeeze isn't great but it can be useful when there's only one zomg left on screen as it'll completely take out this layer and leave the BFB stunned for a couple seconds but because of his limited range and inability to carry the game by himself Pat will go at the bottom of B tier eil is up and she's an interesting one she's really cheap coming in at only $650 but her early game is so bad that you basically can't start a game with her you typically get an early game Tower first and then Place
            • 11:00 - 11:30 her down her cheap price tag is nice though as she levels up the same speed as brickl and Pat so we want to get her down early later on she deals solid damage to Moab class balloons but she's weak to ceramic rushes at all stages of the game so it's ideal to pair her with a tower that's great against these the main pairing is with the Necromancer or Prince of Darkness as not only do they Crush ceramic rushes but eilia also gives a reanimated balloons plus 50% Pierce outside of just dealing damage her attack strip the camo regro and for properties from Bloons when she's level
            • 11:30 - 12:00 9 which is a nice perk as for her abilities her level three Heart Stopper stops regrow balloons from regenerating and purple balloons lose their purple immunity for a short time this is pretty Niche but can be nice on rounds like 25 76 and 79 her level 10 ability Moab hex is incredibly strong as it latches onto a MOAB class balloon and Deals 4% of its Health every second for 25 seconds popping this blimp will instakill it as none of the insides will spawn and if you pop that blimp early the hex will jump to another Target this makes the
            • 12:00 - 12:30 '90s much easier as you can pop several zomgs or bfbs with this and not have to worry about all the super Ceramics inside to take full advantage of this hex jumping you want a tower that has a ton of damage but not much Pierce some great examples of this are the Elite Defender carpet of spikes or Perma spory all of these can take out the top blim player super fast letting her hex jump more times per use the only downside is that hex will perform much better than others just depending on how far into the round you activate it so easily is much better in the challenge editor than in black border runs and because of this
            • 12:30 - 13:00 we'll be putting her in Sea right between Quincy and Striker next we have isil's sister Adora she's pretty expensive coming in at $1,080 and levels up extremely slow tied with Churchill for the slowest in the game what's nice is at level seven She unlocks the blood sacrifice ability which lets her turn monkeys into XP at a great rate with this she's able to hit Level 20 in the 9s especially if you're on an advanced or expert map as you won't have to sacrifice as much there if you're on an easier map you can always pair her with an Energizer as this also boosts her
            • 13:00 - 13:30 sacrifice XP but at that point you could choose any hero that's not all that sacrifice does though it also increases the attack speed and range of Adora and top path super monkeys and once she's level 20 this buff can give up to plus 100% attack speed and plus 50% attack range for 1 minute as for her other abilities long arm of light doubles her range Pierce and lets her pop purples this destroys any rush in the mid game and once she's level 16 it also gives her double damage and her level 10 ability ball of light is a new Global attack that wipes out balloons these
            • 13:30 - 14:00 three abilities give her a ton of damage late game and she pairs really well with Alchemists overclocks and Sun avatars but there are two big issues with her the first is her low single Target damage so you'll need help with the round 40 Moab and the bad but both of those are pretty easy to overcome and the second is her complexity knowing when and what to sacrifice can be tough to do without any retries or a lot of planning as sacrificing too much can make the rounds impossible and sacrificing too little will make Adora very weak she can be used to beat even the most ult Maps but because of her
            • 14:00 - 14:30 complexity we'll be putting her at the top of B tier I mean sometimes you actually have to pull out a calculator to figure out how much to sacrifice in order to win moving on we have etn the French drone driver he's pretty cheap and levels up fast but he does almost no damage his early game is very weak unless you activate his level three ability which gives him four extra drones for a short time but outside of that you're just stalling for the mid game here he gives every Tower onscreen camo detection and once he unlocks his UAV at level 10 he can counter most big rushes this is probably the best part
            • 14:30 - 15:00 about him as it can let you save up quite a bit of money for a big purchase but most Heroes can do that then at level 20 his ukab becomes permanent which sounds nice but can actually bite you in the butt as often you want to stall the end of these rounds to get your abilities off coold down and his ukab ends the rounds right away combine this with the fact that camo detection is pretty easy to get and etn is outclass by just about every hero so we'll be putting him at the bottom of D tier next up we have S every new player's favorite hero as she seems op she's cheap enough to start a chimp's
            • 15:00 - 15:30 game with and she has the damage to solo the first several rounds not to mention that she can see camos and her level three ability pops leads so she can pop every type of Gloom that comes her way her only glaring weakness is her short range making her worse on maps with multiple tracks that isn't fully true though as she can still do great on maps like quad and Ravine because for just her $650 you can lock up one side of the map letting you spend most of your money defending the other tracks as for her abilities her level three is the leaping sword attack where s a jumps up and slams down on a targeted balloon dealing
            • 15:30 - 16:00 massive damage and leaving a damage overtime effect on the ground for a short time and her level 10 sword charge lets her run across the track damaging balloons as she Sprints through them both of these abilities are great at taking out large rushes of balloons and sword leap does solid single Target damage making rounds like 40 much easier and if her damage wasn't enough already in the mid game she gets bonus damage to Bloon affected by statuses like being slowed or stunned and these damage Buffs stack letting her deal plus 30 damage to BL and plus four damage to balloons so
            • 16:00 - 16:30 pair her with a 024 Relentless glue as this gives both slows and stuns for her to work with but because s's damage is so high she's so easy to use and she'll carry several stages of the game for such a low price s is easily at the top of a tier even with her low range she's excellent on most Maps moving on to a slightly more complicated hero we have Geraldo he's cheap levels up fast but his main attack is pretty weak that's not why you get him though it's because he's a mystical shopkeeper with a ton of items you can buy the way it was
            • 16:30 - 17:00 explained to me was each Hero has two to three get out of jail free cards while Geraldo has like 20 you see his turrets and Spike piles will get you through the start of the game his pickles glue and Camo potions will get you through the early game his pickles Cape spicy potion and bunnies will get you through the mid Game and his Genies turrets and ruv potions plus basically every other item will help with the late game you really only have to account for three things when playing Geraldo the first is to not overspend it's very tempting to buff all your monkeys with his items but just a
            • 17:00 - 17:30 single glue or pickle will go a long way and often beat the round the second is watching what's in stock if you spam a certain item you'll run out of them and might not have one available when you need it most so try to spread out what you're buying and the third is watching for his level 20 restock you see when Geraldo hits max level every item goes back to being fully stocked so it's a good idea to buy plenty of items the round before this happens now Geraldo would easily be an s+ TI your hero if we're in the challenge editor as you can try again and again to get away with as few items as possible but even in Black
            • 17:30 - 18:00 border attempts he is aite he's been nerfed time and time again but even now at his all-time weakest Geraldo belongs in s tier and finally we have corvis he comes in at a clean $1,000 and levels up as fast as Brickle and soda but similar to Adora he is another method of getting experience you see he gets Mana by haunting Bloons or using his abilities and he can convert this Mana into XP at a one:1 basis if you put in a lot of effort you can get him extremely overleveled and is the main reason why
            • 18:00 - 18:30 people have beaten chimps with only him and a d monkey anyway that is only one of 16 spells that he learns each one strong in its own way the big issue with him is managing this Mana because you need to know when to use his spells or when to turn it into XP to make future rounds easier ideally you keep power leveling him until he hits max level and then you can use his Mana however you want but that would be too easy in a real game you'll need to use a spell every once in a while to beat tough rounds like 64 or 78 outside of his spells he has three abilities his level
            • 18:30 - 19:00 three and 10 pop tons of balloons and convert them to Mana while his level seven Spirit walk lets you reposition him around the map and his main attack is his floating spirit that has unlimited range and has a surprising amount of popping power even at level one now it's pretty clear that corvis is much better in games where you can retry rounds as you can really figure out the best timings and spells to use with each round but when going for a black border you only get one attempt which leads to Casting more spells and spending more Mana than you have to and because of this will be putting him at the top of B
            • 19:00 - 19:30 tier if you're very experienced with him or have a fully laid out plan you can get S tier power out of him but for the average player going for black borders on intermediate to expert Maps this is my hero tier list for btd6
