            • 00:00 - 00:30 hey guys this is Joey from Rabon Fitness and today I'm going to take you through a full day of eating with me on my lean Bol diet this is what I eat in a day to get shredded for breakfast we will start off with three eggs go ahead and grab you some mayo out of the fridge your choice of bagels I like to use the HB brand shredded cheddar cheese which I prefer more than slices
            • 00:30 - 01:00 first we will start by spraying the skillet with Pam then we will turn the stove top on crack your three eggs season it with Creole Stir It Up toast the bagels Stir It Up
            • 01:00 - 01:30 Bagels should be done throw them suckers on the plate spread our Mayo on the bagels light on the Mayo now you'll put the cheese on the bagel I like to use a spoon we will add 8 oz of milk
            • 01:30 - 02:00 two scoops of whey protein blend it [Music]
            • 02:00 - 02:30 [Music] time to enjoy our breakfast lunch two cups of rice cup of broccoli so sauce
            • 02:30 - 03:00 drop the four eggs in the center th it real good this is what it looks like when it's almost done all right now it's time to dig in
