01:00 - 01:30 spaces on the ship Linda is going to pull back the curtain on the design process share some exciting options and we'd love to hear your feedback as these spaces are going to be your future home I hope you find this conversation as fascinating as I did Welcome Linda thank you so much for being here this month I know our residents are going to be very excited to hear your presentation and to get to know you a little bit so thank you so much for joining thank you Katie thank you for having me I'm very exciting to be here and to to present
01:30 - 02:00 what we are doing for your residents it's very I'm very happy to be here I'm really happy you're here it's it's very exciting I can't wait to jump in before we do that for some of our new residents who don't know tilberg I mean who doesn't know tilberg right I mean literally like the best of the best in the whole industry but tell us a little bit I already had shared your your bio um you know just a little bit about yourself but tell us how long have you been with tilberg and what was your journey to get there yes uh I started in
02:00 - 02:30 2007 uh so it's been a while now uh before I started there I actually lived abroad for about 12 years so going around the world I got my education in New York and then I lived in London for a while and then I met usually the way it is I met the man of my dreams and moved back to Sweden um and very quickly found out that you know living in Sweden the place to be being an interior designer and wanting to work with the best is tillberg design so I was very lucky to get a job there and I've been there ever sense and um I'm very happy
02:30 - 03:00 there it's a great company to be with that's very cool and I love your journey you've been all over the place with all of your training and kind of back to where your home is right so yes it's it took me took me all over the world and doing all different things and just kind of getting into this craftsmanship of of being an interior designer and um I love it and yeah it's it's great to be back in Sweden but having the world as my work field so very lucky in that sense that tilberg is working work with all
03:00 - 03:30 the big players in the market and on International level so it's uh it's really pushing the boundaries for me that way oh yeah absolutely and you have you're surrounded by these great designers such as yourself so how long have you known about storylines the project um I know my Michael who is the the business director on the project he started up talking about this already seven years ago so I mean I've heard about it over the over the years um you know back and forward what's going on and everybody's being very excited as
03:30 - 04:00 this is a residential ship it's very different from what we had done before um and then when I had the opportunity to to join the project it was just such a different kind of take on what I have done before within the company doing cruise ships and and so on so yeah very excited to to take this kind of path and and use use my former experience being on on on working on land as well and and hotels and so on so I'm hoping this can merge in a nice way well I'm sure as we kind of get into the presentation here um we'll hear a little bit more because
04:00 - 04:30 I'm really curious you know for as an outsider not having your skill um you know just how everything comes together and all the different you know elements that you have to consider when you're doing design especially for a residential ship like you said it's very different than a vacation Cruise Line and on on land you know I'm sure that obviously they overlap some of the same things that you're doing but I'm excited to kind of jump in and um and see what you're working on so for for the residents um we'll we'll just kind of go
04:30 - 05:00 a couple different public spaces that you've been working on right now and I'll just let you sort of slide through your presentation I believe the first one could be the marina is that correct that's correct it's Marina on the fourth deck four and then we are also looking at some of the areas on Deck five that's kind of connecting and it's important um for our design intent here because as they are connected and how this space is going to be used so that's why we're kind of tipping over to deck five as well awesome well let's jump been I
05:00 - 05:30 cannot wait to share okay so the marina Lounge sports bar and theater um this quote H is from from your website and from your company 20 years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do um when we started looking at this and and going into to the design and what we wanted to do there was something about this that captured us um you explore dream and discover it's what I think your residents really want to do uh and
05:30 - 06:00 what we want to give them on board the ship so it's going to be a mantra for us for all the different venues on board I think um yeah that we will take with us and hopefully it's actually on my my email signature the because definitely is you know our foundation of what we're offering style exactly so um when we started looking at the Marina and the storytelling for this I mean the marina it is it is water you're surrounded by water and and what do you what you can do uh from the
06:00 - 06:30 marina um having the the the flap down going out to the water so we wanted the water to be a big part of the area um and since this has been worked on for a while there are some visuals uh that has been done and presented and we didn't want to stray away from that um so looking at what has been done um there are some very strong elements of circles and straight lines so we want to kind of incorporate these things with the water H coming up with the storytelling that being water being very sacred and and
06:30 - 07:00 something that is um yeah used in so many cultures in so many ways and then with the circle um kind of conveying something that we feel is very strong uh with unity Infinity balance and so on so with these two elements we came with the storytelling and started building up the concept um this visual here is what we have presented um a while back and as I said we didn't want to stray away from it too much but things has changed um um
07:00 - 07:30 coming from from the from the client what what what is expected and and needed to be updated as we have moved along over the years um here we see these very strong elements of the circle and straight line H and it's replicated in in the bar and in the furniture and so on so that's where the storytelling came from uh but you can also see here the openness to the water and and um having a very open Airy space that people hopefully will spend a lot of
07:30 - 08:00 time and love to be in oh yeah um moving on H the design language is of course then um hand inand with this uh these soft shap Shades um and kind of creating a Haven um in in the place a s garden almost and we wanted since the water is so important we wanted the materials and the feeling to be very natural using a lot of stone wood Greenery and rocks and so on um not to have something
08:00 - 08:30 artificial in in in ey and since water is such a strong element uh having a color palette with the blue accents and and a freshness to it uh where you kind of see the tactil and the texture in the patterns and the materials it's so Serene it's like and because it's their home too you don't want anything bright like Reds black something like I mean it has to be so just kind of gentle in nature where you come in and you feel relaxed and I love that yeah no I think
08:30 - 09:00 that's that's something that we want to kind of carry out throughout because as you said this is a different from from a cruise ship where you go on a week's vacation almost this is people's home so we want something of course it's going to be interesting and fun and and new and exciting for them but to have venues that are maybe popping and and not having a a red thread throughout uh might be too much so we want there to be excitement but still to feel like you said serene I think it's a very good
09:00 - 09:30 word that we want to carry through yeah well it it already shows I'm already relaxed I'd like to be sitting so so from the design language uh then we created three different uh options um one is the green garden and here we see uh the floor plan the layout for deck four over here and deck five um and the reason we are showing both is that you have this void um from deck four you can see it here in the in the
09:30 - 10:00 section as well so it's stretching up to deck five uh and the reason this is is to create um a space of course uh but also when not in use uh the marina when when the ship is sailing uh we wanted to create then a space on Deck five where you can look down on Deck four and there's something interesting it's not just going to be a garage or a for a better word an ugly space we want this to be interesting and beautiful at all times um so here we have a a smaller
10:00 - 10:30 void then that will create more space on Deck five um and then our first option here is to have something double story so there's something interesting and and large to look down to and what we were thinking then for the green garden was um as I said before with the Pebbles the stone The Greenery to create something really natural um with darker wood and beautiful stone uh hanging uh Greenery that's lit in a nice way
10:30 - 11:00 uh so very natural kind of going back to the the send Garden of the green garden um here we see some hand sketch that we did on this uh to clad the walls with some Stones a water element and a beautiful chandelier coming down from from the ceiling um so when you're sitting on Deck five looking down the water and the light and all these elements then will create something something beautiful to look at I love the hand you know touch the the personal touch if you will with the hand drawing
11:00 - 11:30 I can see this framed like in our our offices you know or something just because it's like at the beginning and the vision that you all had it's so creative yeah thank you I mean we love to do this I mean I think that you know you can do anything on a computer today but there is something doing something by hand and really getting into and touching materials and looking at you know getting your inspiration from this with with nature and water and so on and and yeah selling that point with a hand sketch and and not being too strict in
11:30 - 12:00 the beginning I think it's very um I think most people appreciate something like that this than a um a drawing that's done into details I think you know selling point in the beginning conveying a feeling and a story uh I think this is a beautiful way to do it yeah and I'm not an artist or a designer but I would imagine too that the sketches are really that's how the that's how the the ideas actually start you you can't just go to a computer anyway you have to kind of sketch what you're thinking of and I love how you have like the the dimensions almost like
12:00 - 12:30 a a 3d effect in this drawing where you can kind of feel like you're going through it it's very cool yeah thank you uh so let's see let's down move down to option two which we then called it s garden Courtyard uh so moving away from a more the more the greenery uh into more of a courtyard feeling and here we created a larger void so you have more space to look it down and create more of a feature downstairs um we were think thinking more as it's a s garden maybe
12:30 - 13:00 like a bonsai tree or something else and just to make sure this will be of course artificial it wouldn't be able to be real uh but today they can do amazing things with with the artificial Greenery so you wouldn't really see that it's not real but then creating something that is very airy and light almost like if you look at these two images here this incased of a beautiful big tree and you can see up on Deck five and also on Deck four of
13:00 - 13:30 course when it's open and and have this uh inside outside feeling um something beautiful going on in the ceiling almost like you're looking up in into the sky uh beautiful um curtains hanging down and we were thinking that with the air conditioner and so on that could be slightly moving in the wind and then lit up beautifully uh to create this kind of outdoor feeling um and here you have sketch I
13:30 - 14:00 yeah this is very so um yeah with with the kind of this ripple effect in uh in the ceiling and and the and the greener on the walls and then these hanging curtains slightly moving and and lit up nicely so this was second uh the second option H and then moving into the third option which we call Water and Light then touching more on the um the theme about the water water and the storytelling uh I again a a larger void and here we're thinking a
14:00 - 14:30 double story feature going from top to ceiling and um we are thinking to you know incorporate the water and the light again uh reflected ceilings and so on and then um textures I think textures and just materials where you can touch and feel that you get this kind of ripple effect that the water has been um dripping down on the stones for a long time so you get this kind of nice tactile feeling to it um and the Hand
14:30 - 15:00 sketch for this that's amazing yeah so have something and and then play with water and the light if it's a big glass tube and you have the water inside or it's uh projected could be as well today you can do so many beautiful things with projection um so yeah so kind of com combine combining um with the greenery from the first one and then the water and then also something very intesting intri intricate going on in the SE yeah
15:00 - 15:30 it's so hard to choose because all three of them have such a unique feel you know so it'll be interesting I'm sure that our residents will sort of like oh I love one two or three exactly love to have these choices and see what what the process is because you know I was involved in um I will continue to be involved in the design committee meetings and you know just sitting in and and and seeing this again I'm seeing different things that I didn't see the first time you presented this to the team you know so it's just these choices are so many beautiful ways go it's going
15:30 - 16:00 to be fun to see what we what we end up with too yeah and I mean you know possible to pick and choose there might be you know you love something with the curtains but then you also like the greeneries I mean and that's I think that's the fun part with this you know you start out with something and then as you go along you know everybody's ideas and discussions and so on it's it's then it's merged into something and you know we all push each other to get the best result in the end so I think that's that's the interesting part of the process really um we also did a material
16:00 - 16:30 board to kind of show what we were thinking in colors beautiful Rich Wood as I said the textured Stone and then colors in this um neutrals and the blue and having a lot of not so much pattern but the pattern that's there is very subtle and has again this kind of water ripple effect to it um and of course all these material has to be suitable for for the marina area because it's very open it's going to be a lot lot of water and and um I wouldn't say dirt but you
16:30 - 17:00 know sand and things that could come in here so it has to be looking beautiful of course like a beautiful beautiful Beach Lounge but also durable so I think that's a challenge but that's that's what we are good at to find that that you know the right materials to still make it look nice and beautiful yeah because it'll be like maybe hosed off on the floors and wiped down the walls and so all of those materials have to be super friendly for all of that cleaning techniques that will be used exactly
17:00 - 17:30 yeah so it's I mean you can really look at it like an outdoor area but it has to have like an indoor feeling as well there's going to be a bar and so on so that's a challenge but we're up for the challenge and I love those those tricky tricky areas to to get them together yeah um and then we did this um Furniture lighting and details uh to have again with the whole uh Circle and square um story telling and design language so we want to have very curvy
17:30 - 18:00 soft Furniture to invite people um and I think with with storylines is that um if you compare it to a regular cruise ship there is all these people uh at the same time but with story lines which I find so interesting is that it's going to vary how many people is going to be on board at the same time and to create these big beautiful spaces that not going to feel empty or um intimidating walking in so we really have this cozy
18:00 - 18:30 Corners we are talking about and the team to create almost like living rooms within a living room or something that you find your Niche that you love to hang out in uh sit reading a book or whatever but there's also spaces where you can be a bigger uh group of people um and it just feels nice and interesting wherever you want to go so not a sea of of the same kind of chair like you can see on many cruise ships but make the Furnishing and the layout interesting and yeah creting these cozy corners for people to to find their
18:30 - 19:00 favorite place yeah that's beautiful I love that kind of s shape or actually a u- shape but could be like an S with the with the lounge chair and it's so lovely yeah so I think that with just adding a lot of you know curves and softness to it I think that get you know gives it a very inviting feeling to the space and then of course lighting makes makeing break an area I think so going from from day to night it's it's very important to
19:00 - 19:30 to create the right kind of feeling and and atmosphere in there so that's wonderful so the next thing we were thinking since this U Marina when it's closed uh it's going to have the flap closed it's going to be a big surface and then of course the ceiling and the floor um so we were really putting a lot of effort and thinking like how can we make this interesting so not when it's closed it's just this big um space that
19:30 - 20:00 you know what can we do with it so as I said before there's so much going on today with with projection and what you can do and really really make the the space interesting and we are also thinking that these residents they might stay on for very long periods of time and for not to you know bore them or there something new can happen there can be different projections happening at different times um to really it could be seasonal or you know monthly or whatever um so we're thinking that to create
20:00 - 20:30 something on the floor that then can continue up on this inside of the flap and or even up in the ceiling to create almost like a artwork and then if you project on this you can more or less project anything you want and and um almost like a movie and I was thinking sitting on that deck five when this um area is not en used and watching this and you know having a drink in the evening or you know going to the sports bar or uh and and watching you know something magical happening there I think that could be a very uh specific
20:30 - 21:00 and and um lovely area to be in I love that I like what uh what you had to say I think it'd be awesome to have like a theme throughout the year you know of holidays or different times of the year oh yeah now I want to join your team love you're welcome Katie you're welcome to join I get very so this is just kind of some some thinking we are doing behind it you know like a you know winter theme you know Frosty
21:00 - 21:30 trees and so on if you want to do like really something fun to have um sea creatures creat creatures um you know swimming about um just you know if you know it's have almost like a sunshine and and the water reflecting there's so many things you can do today and and as we said you can just change it whenever more or less to to Really create people want to come there you know what's happening tonight you know yeah last time was on board they had the you know
21:30 - 22:00 the waterfall what's going on now so I think this is it's a great venue where new things can happen over time that's exciting that is I like the stars kind of dropping down or yes when the you know the back closes up and it looks like almost a submarine where all of a sudden you're surrounded by you know fish and that would be really exactly only your imagination can know that's right where where this can be um so yeah that's that's the first area we've been working on the marina I love yeah that's
22:00 - 22:30 incredible well I'll definitely list um you know for the residents just just in between and we're going to go to another public space but what are some of the other projects or I don't know if you can share that tilberg has worked on uh I mean we we have so many clients I would say we have worked over time uh we have worked with the all the big um clients out there for all the different um cruise ship and and I mean we we working with the Yachts as well but um
22:30 - 23:00 tillberg has been around now for is it 60 years so um yeah we we are very lucky in that sense that we have been around for a long time and have created good relationship with in within the business so uh it means a lot it does well we're we're very lucky and honored to be working with you and obviously story lines picked the right the right company to to work with that's for sure you know I was just in Croatia I should have stayed and gone up a little uh I guess it would be visit you all maybe next time absolutely
23:00 - 23:30 we have had a beautiful fall here in Sweden usually it's you know very dark and rainy at this time and then the snow comes but it's been beautiful so yes please Katie next time you're in crotia I will come up and see us yeah absolutely but we have a little bit of time um can we look at I think it's the pickle ball area I know that we have a lot of residents that are very excited about that area um this is so exciting what a beautiful presentation honestly Lind this was uh lovely to see it again
23:30 - 24:00 and I can't wait to kind of continue with all these different spaces I'm curious what because you know obviously you're working in all the public spaces are you kind of working from the bottom up a little bit yes we are and I would say that's a little bit different than we usually work um on cruise ship because usually then it's um fire zones and and the ships are usually kind of divided into we work more um vertically than horizontally in a way uh because the different sub contractors are in the different fire zones um so that's a
24:00 - 24:30 little bit different we will do starting at deck four and then moving uh moving on up as we go and do kind of an entire deck at the same time um and as I understood which is I think is very impressive that everything is going to be built on site nothing is prefabricated which is very impressive I would say yeah it was really fun to tour the shipyard I mean even at this stage of the project you know obviously to to be with the team and and to meet the shipyard of the employees there um so it'll be fun to go back as soon as we
24:30 - 25:00 start moving through this project and getting further along yeah I think it will give us a very good understanding of the ship when when they start building it because otherwise you know I mean for us this is we we're doing the whole ship which we're very honored to be doing otherwise you come there and you know you have one space on Deck 14 and another on Deck nine or whatever and then but here we will really really see the whole thing and I think also holistically it's you know we will build this up and and really think how would I
25:00 - 25:30 like to to spend my time on board if I'm a resident and spending long time here to really make it interesting and and special when you walk through it and um since you have everything to do so to say then it's kind of um yeah it's easier in a way to make it different because you don't have to think what another company's doing adjacent to your area so here we get the whole holistic overview well and it just will flow so much better and you know and we have the best so why would we
25:30 - 26:00 want good point so yes okay the pickle ball and pool area this is exciting yes and um I mean this with the pool area um actually as we discussed earlier since we're doing it deck by deck the pool area actually comes later in the project but the pickle ball court was a big request from the residents and then we needed to look where can we place it it's a big area and but I think we came up with a really good solution for this and um I
26:00 - 26:30 think it's going to be really great and very special and not seen on any other ship but we can get the design that we presented so I'm very exciting to to um to show you this and again we have our the wording that we have um that we're striving to achieve um so for the the pool area and the pickle ball court we wanted to create again they're probably going to say this so many time but the coasty corners it's it's a big area H we don't just want to have a ton
26:30 - 27:00 of sun louers that people going to you know lie in um today uh again people are maybe not so interesting to be in the sun all the time so we want to create these smaller areas where you have different kind of screening and shading and and Greenery um and nice furniture that you can cozy up in um and also on the the the Sund deck you have the swimming pool of course there jacuzzi now the pickle ball court you will have the possib ability to do yoga and there
27:00 - 27:30 is an outter gym H and also a DJ in a big TV screen so this is a very multifunctional area it's going to be very Lively and fun but we also want to keep it very uh classy and elegant um so hopefully with the the colors and the the theme that we are picking we can create this like an outdoor living room H and we of course we had the the pool uh which is very organic so that kind of was our starting point H and using these organic shapes uh both in the furniture
27:30 - 28:00 and the layout and then what we are doing with this pickle ball court um to make it really um a symbol almost for the fleet because this is going to be very visible it's going to be right up there um on the top deck so you will see it um on from the profile so instead of just kind of putting something there we wanted to make almost like a piece of art um that's going to be extinguished um really uh visible to see uh so our first
28:00 - 28:30 option um don't be scared of the the size of the volume this is just a volume study it's not going to be that big box uh but it's more the placement of it so here it's placed on the side um keeping the void uh very closely to what it was to begin with so this is you know the volume and the size of it so we try to fit it in here H you can see here the twostory screen uh TV screen the the pool and the jacuzzi and then of course this is on Deck 14 and up here is deck
28:30 - 29:00 15 um if we don't go down so you can see the floor plan again there's some bars over here the pool and then we kind of this is what I'm talking about with creating these little living room spaces so not everything is is open so you can find your little place where you like to sit and various types of of furniture um going up to deck 15 with which is then you have the void here in the middle and the placement of the
29:00 - 29:30 pickle ball court um another bar over here uh Yoga Center and then the running truck down here with the outdoor gym um placed in the middle and then for deck 16 and 17 and we're playing with this as well different type of furniture there's a beautiful jacuzzi where you can watch out over the over the pool area H but then if we start looking at what we want to do with the pickle ball court not to just have this big volume H so we have
29:30 - 30:00 kind of two different Inspirations one to use Greenery because we think that's it's just adds Something Beautiful to an outdoor space um and then to have some kind of netting that we could light up at night to create a beautiful sculpture and these organic shapes um so our first thought was that it's placed on the side to do some kind of uh sculptural um um netting or or roof almost and here you can see it from
30:00 - 30:30 the side so it will be very visible and then stretching down on on the lower deck so it will be a twostory uh structure so unique that it is I think it it's going to be something really outstanding for for story lines to have this um our option two uh is to place the pickle ball more in the in the center court or the center line of the ship um and here you see the the this the TV in front and on the back we're
30:30 - 31:00 thinking that could be the scoreboard so you will see that from from when you are in the pickle ball or the multi ARA Court which I understand it's it's going to be um and then um this The netting here won't distruct from from The View uh from the lounges here so that will be visible throughout uh from the lounges um what we want to do so here is the floor plan um very similar to the other um nothing really changed more than of course than the placement um and
31:00 - 31:30 what we wanted to do is kind of raise this up a bit which then creates a lot of storage underneath so that's something that's really gaining um and plus uh for this kind of layout um so I think that could be very valuable because storage is always needed for sound yeah I mean you could even put the lounge chairs or the pick aall equipment or you know multi-purpose um court so you know whether that be volleyball or
31:30 - 32:00 basketball or whatever you can have all of that equipment that's that's very smart exactly so yeah so it will be raised 1200 uh so there will be plenty of storage underneath um I think this kind of having the court here and you have the the scoreboard on that side and then you can actually sit here and we're trying to create a little bit of a um seating over here so you can sit there watch the games if you know you don't want to participate you can sit there and watch it um and then the deck 16 and 17 has the
32:00 - 32:30 same layout as as option one and this we are working on this is not finalized so for the option two uh we are again going into this organic almost like a spider web that that's stretched uh to have this netting and I think it could be very very beautiful when it's lit uh in the evening and also I mean this could be projected on as well so for you know for Christmas you can project something you know snowflakes or something um again um the sky is the limit kind of um
32:30 - 33:00 so the first option here is to create this kind of canopy um and then something that is stretched down uh over the over the pickle ball court H also creating shading uh which I think it's it's important H here we see it again um as this kind of canopy above um and then for the um second option uh having on the on the center line which is actually our favorite um is to have this kind of almost like a a spider web that is
33:00 - 33:30 stretched out over the over the deck um and with this netting and what's good about this is that it's actually creating shade uh in other places not just for the pickle ball and of course we can have this stretched out and you know in in in many various uh ways so if you want to have more shading over the running court for example then we can you know create some pillars over here and stretch it out even more um and over the yoga or or whatever whatever is needed and wished for of course so um we
33:30 - 34:00 think that this could be a very beautiful and and just like it's it's organic it's it's going to be very fluid going with the profile of the ship so I think this could be I think for me this is a winner so I'm really can continue I know I'm trying not to like have these opinions that's just that's just such a wonderful idea yeah I think it's just kind of caps you know captured or you know closes in the area without being closed in because it's going to be this beautiful netting that will let in
34:00 - 34:30 the sun and the air and everything uh but do provide shading uh when you want to so and it's just so creative and like the whole design it just gives it that really unique look and you know so so different than what you've seen before I've never seen anything like that yeah now we wanted to I mean of course it could just be like a net covering the court and around it so the the the basketballs and and all the balls used are are staying in there um but then like we were thinking like why not push it why not do something creative and
34:30 - 35:00 organic and and like an artwork out of this instead and if this could be the profile of the ship and people would see this it's like oh yeah that's you know that story lines they have this you know something else on top um so I think that's yeah it could be a very beautiful feature and also being practical so let's see wonder and yeah that was it from the pickle ball court so um I love it you're so talented I know you and
35:00 - 35:30 your team but this is like your baby that you've you know been working on for some time so it's just you've got to have a lot of fun doing this I can't imagine it is it's it's very creative and and very fun and um I mean there's so much going on you know with all these different areas and I think being a designer and working in this business for so long working on this residential ship with so many different venues that we're not used to working with having a florist on board and you know the brewery and all of these different things is like really exciting for all of us because I
35:30 - 36:00 mean yes we have done so many different venues and ships before but you know it's it's it's a bit different than just thinking how will the resident residents um you know see this every day and how do they want to use it and not make it you know boring because they're going to spend a lot on time on board so um it's not just vacation being on board for a week and then you move on back home so um it is creating that home away from home for them um that is exciting well and this is so good because you know our residents even though we talk a lot
36:00 - 36:30 about it seeing this in in a visual presentation you know it's good for them to see how much goes on behind the scenes you know because what you're doing you you you need to coordinate with like the yard and then the ship build and all that so the design and the engineering and all of these different elements have to come together and I mean I'm sure it is fun but I know it's a lot of work so it is it is I mean you know if you can just dream and do whatever and be creative that would be great but of course there are rules and regulations and especially we're on water there's so much more to take in
36:30 - 37:00 consideration than if you're building something on land um but we do have the experience and knowledge of it so we will take all of that with with this really you know great team that I have behind me that are so excited to to work on this so uh I'm I'm think we can create something magical here and with the help from the you know from from you from storylines and and with a great yard in in Croatia I think this this will be something spectacular ah it's very exciting and it's very fun to be here at this stage and watch it develop
37:00 - 37:30 and grow you know it's going to be fun to look back and say remember we were just talking about it and now it's actually being created you know so well I know how valuable your time is and Linda I can't thank you enough I know that you know we've had a little bit of interaction but it's nice to have a one-on-one with you and and I know our residents feel the same and they really appreciate your time and what you're doing behind the scenes to make their home become their dream so I'm just happity exactly no I'm just happy to be here and I'm I'm I'm yeah yeah happy to share what we're doing and you know yeah
37:30 - 38:00 very very grateful well thank you again and I know this won't be the last time we see each other so no no no hope hopefully not we're happy to share whatever we're working on so yeah looking forward to the next time Katie all right thanks again [Music]
