Steps

  1. Review the pinned connectors/openai/SKILL.md and its listed files (SKILL.md, bin/openai.py). This community draft has not been live-tested end to end.
  2. Before setup: This draft lists models through the OpenAI API and does not run models or spend inference credits. Its model-list status check still needs a real credential test.
  3. Only if the Muse runtime supports pinned repository installs and the source-declared credential and host flow, try `bin/openai.py models`. Report the actual response and verify one safe read before any writes.
