Before you start

Steps

  1. Start the health-record connection from Muse when it is available for your account. HealthEx says partner tools may label this Connect health records or Add health data.
  2. If you already have records in HealthEx Wallet, approve sharing them with Muse there. Otherwise, create or sign in to HealthEx and choose CLEAR identity verification or manual provider search to locate records.
  3. Review the health data Muse requests and actively consent before HealthEx connects and shares any records.
  4. If prompted, authorize access through your healthcare provider's patient portal. You can later review or withdraw the Muse connection in HealthEx Wallet.

Account access: HealthEx requires explicit consent for the data shared with Muse. CLEAR verification is optional; provider portal sign-in may be required.

Confirm the connection: Check HealthEx Wallet for the Muse connection and the records you chose to share; revoke access there if needed.
