ACTRA’s November 2 release offers its first 2,000 units at $199.90 full payment, alongside a $19.90 deposit. The deposit includes one month of AI Plus and 4G service; full payment includes six months.

The release separately calls the deposit’s locked price $199, leaving that discrepancy unresolved.

What remains unspecified

The program describes AI Basic as permanently free; that does not extend the bundled Plus or data periods. ACTRA markets Mag 4G as a voice‑operated AI pendant with independent 4G. Free Basic is therefore a different promise from continuing mobile service.

Opening orders does not demonstrate shipment or performance. The release supplies no shipping date, refund terms or ongoing service fees.
