Gamehaus’s Anamana agreement separates seller payments from business funding

By OpenTools Team

Shares for existing owners and new company cash serve different purposes.

Two recipients, two payment forms

Gamehaus’s November 2 agreement would pay existing Techforge shareholders US$19.6 million in Gamehaus shares, with no cash to sellers. They include an entity controlled by Gamehaus founder and chairman Feng Xie—a related‑party seller relationship.

Separately, US$7 million in new cash would enter Techforge, Anamana’s holding company. Buying existing ownership and funding the business are different capital flows.

Control remains conditional

Together, the steps would give Gamehaus approximately 56% of Techforge. Gamehaus plans to add Anamana’s AI‑assisted serialized‑video production and distribution to its gaming portfolio.

Closing is expected in November 2026, subject to customary conditions; the signed agreement does not establish completed ownership.
