Google schedules US educator modules; regional expansion follows later

By OpenTools Team

Three November 4 modules cover assessments, game‑based AI lessons and assignments, while regional launches remain prospective.

Three teaching jobs

Google’s November 3 announcement schedules US modules for November 4: building interactive assessments with feedback and hints, using games to teach data accuracy, model performance and human oversight, and strengthening assignments against shortcuts. The useful choice is between assessment design, AI‑literacy instruction and assignment review, rather than a single general introduction to AI.

Expansion has another timetable

Google describes the Educator Series as no‑cost and on‑demand. Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Australia and sub‑Saharan Africa are planned for coming months, without specific regional start dates. The US curriculum date therefore does not establish simultaneous access in those destinations.
