MakeUGC’s current terms separate output rights from reuse permissions

MakeUGC’s terms effective October 30 condition output assignment on compliance and full payment. Assignment covers copyright it holds that is capable of assignment. Section 3.3 separately licenses reuse, including training and marketing.

Library‑only opt‑outs require approval and written confirmation, apply prospectively, and leave prior incorporations and other Section 3.3 purposes intact.

New other‑user content or MakeUGC marketing using Custom Avatars/Voices requires separate written consent. Enterprise users may negotiate written exclusions.

Original licence‑scope diagram; an approved Library opt‑out leaves other purposes intact.
