PopNow bills Topaz video API work by source-clip duration

By OpenTools Team

Its November 3 update distinguishes enhancement, generative repair and creative upscaling; longer slow‑motion output is not the documented billing meter.

Choose the operation first

PopNow’s API changelog adds Topaz Video AI enhancement, editing and frame‑interpolation routes. It labels Starlight generative repair and Astra creative upscaling with an optional prompt. These describe processing intent, not tested fidelity.

Estimate from submitted duration

All five video operations accept 1–60‑second source clips. Billing uses source duration, rounded up to the tier’s block with a minimum of one block per call. Slow‑motion output length is not that meter. Block lengths and rates are not given here. The older October 23 entry established a separate API USD balance.
