Spoken, screen and chat context reaches connected agents, while a person approves proposed work.
Context and action are different decisions
Tana’s November 3 announcement says users connect existing agent accounts, bringing their connectors, skills and memory. Agents receive spoken discussion, screen content and meeting chat. They suggest work; someone approves it. Approval of a proposed action therefore answers a different question from what meeting information the agent receives.
Where it fits
The launch uses Tana’s desktop app alongside Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. The release does not specify approval granularity. For broader design review, the authority and memory reference asks who may request actions and which memory is trusted; it does not validate Tana’s implementation.
