Xacti adds event clips and reports to AI camera alerts

Alert AI+ records brief detection events; gate‑perimeter detection remains planned for spring 2027.
From alert to record
According to Xacti’s November 4 release, Alert AI+ began service November 2. Its AI cameras flag entry into restricted areas and missing helmets or reflective vests. Alerts feed server‑stored clips of up to one minute, including roughly five seconds before detection, alongside an alert history.
Reports and roadmap
The next step is retrospective review: AI analysis charts where and when detections cluster and exports PDF or PowerPoint reports. That record is not evidence that the system prevented accidents. Gate‑perimeter detection is planned for spring 2027.
