ITOKI pairs office-planning agents with unused-booking release

By OpenTools Team

Portfolio and relocation analysis use documents; Space Matching compares occupancy with reservations.

Planning versus bookings

ITOKI’s November 4 release says its three Office AI Agents are now offered, following February’s announcement. Facility Portfolio supports site strategy; Workplace Insight organizes surveys, interview records and drawings for relocation or refurbishment. These are planning inputs, distinct from changing a reservation.

From absence to availability

Space Matching’s No‑Show Hunter compares sensor presence with bookings to identify unused reservations and release space. Open Now offers available space, including those releases, for immediate booking. That connects occupancy evidence to reservation operations, rather than a property decision.

Stronger cross‑agent data links and tighter Reserve Any integration remain planned. The displayed interfaces are in development and their numbers are demos, not measured utilization gains.
