Kaltura’s Israeli school pilot starts with grades 7–8 STEM

Hebrew and Arabic are available; language subjects remain planned.

Initial classroom scope

Kaltura says classroom use is underway after teacher training in a one‑year pilot across 20 schools serving approximately 2,000 students. Its November 3 announcement places initial work in seventh- and eighth‑grade mathematics and science during 2026–2027, with Hebrew and Arabic available.

Avatar conversations, practice and teacher progress dashboards describe the workflow; the release supplies no independent learning‑gain evaluation.

Expansion remains prospective

English and other language studies are planned next. Extending across grades and subjects nationally is a programme goal. Administrators should distinguish this cohort from later expansion; the announcement does not establish public enrolment or student‑data retention terms.
