DeepGrove is an AI model organization behind Maple-Preview, a public model card for a ternary-weight 20B-A1B reasoning model. The model card frames DeepGrove around efficient, on-device, low-precision language models that can run quickly on consumer hardware. The organization argues that future assistants should move away from only monolithic cloud LLMs toward smaller, always-active, adaptable models that can run on laptops and phones. Its model card emphasizes natively trained low-precision networks rather than training in full precision and converting later.
