Yes! Decohere AI is always free to use. You can generate up to 500 turbo images per day, completely free. However, if you'd like to use more advanced features like image upscaling and video generation, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.

How do I use Decohere?

How much is a credit worth?

Generating a video costs 1 credit. All videos are 4 seconds long. Upscaling an image or video costs 2 credits. Upscaling increases the resolution by 4x and adds detail to an image or video.

How many credits do I have left?

You can check how many credits you have left for the billing period at any time by clicking on the user profile button and then on 'Account Details'.

My credits ran out, what do I do?

If you run out of credits for your billing period, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional credits. You can click the 'Buy additional credits' button on the Pricing page to directly purchase credits. You must have an active plan to purchase and use additional credits.

Do my unused monthly/annual credits rollover?

No, your unused monthly/annual credits do not rollover. They expire at the end of your billing period. However, additional credits purchased never expire, though they require an active plan to use.

How do I remove the Decohere.ai watermark?

Upgrading to a paid plan will automatically remove the watermark on any new images and videos that you generate. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the watermark from media that you have already generated.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the 'Downgrade to free' button on the pricing page. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period, at which point you will be downgraded to the free plan.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are only offered if you have not used the service in any way during the current billing period. Email support@decohere.ai to request a refund.
