How do I close my account?

On Revenue Share, accounts can be closed anytime. Final payment within 30 days. Guides are unpublished upon closure. On Subscription and Pay-Per-Download, service can be used until the next billing date upon cancellation. Guides are unpublished at the end of the billing cycle.

How do I take down/hide a published guide?

Guides can be unpublished via the Guide.AI website. They become invisible to users, except those who have already downloaded them, within one hour.

How to direct people to my guide?

Each guide has a unique 'Guide.ID' for easy searching. Direct links and QR codes can be used.

Do I have to pay to access my own guide?

Yes, if a sale price is set. You can access it for free via the Author Portal.

Can Guide.AI make the guide for me?

Yes, but there is a charge for this service.

Who owns the content of an audio guide?

The author retains full ownership and responsibility.

What pictures can I use?

Cover pictures: 16:9 aspect ratio. Audio point pictures: 16:9, 4:3, 3:2 landscape; 4:5 portrait (png/jpg formats). Must have permission to use the pictures.

Can I edit the guide once it's published?

Yes. Updating creates a new version. The current version remains available until the new one is published.
