A free listening tier should not be treated as an unrestricted MP3 generator or a license to publish narration. Premium is listed at $29 per month in the monthly billing view. It adds more than 1,000 natural voices, more than 60 languages and playback speeds up to 5x. Listed features include Scan & Listen, AI summaries and chats, plus Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive integrations. Confirm the selected billing interval and total before subscribing; an annual discount banner is not the same as a verified annual checkout price. Choose a listening speed that lets you follow the material, especially for unfamiliar technical terms or language practice. When scanning a printed page or reading a PDF, compare the extracted text with the original before relying on the audio. Names, tables, headings and page order deserve particular attention. Speechify's general terms describe personal, noncommercial use and identify Voice Over Studio as an exception for commercial workflows. Studio has its own plans: its Free tier explicitly excludes commercial usage rights, while the reviewed Starter and Creator cards list annual prices of $100 and $300 respectively. A paid reader subscription does not substitute for those separate production terms.
