            • 00:00 - 00:30 this is me in the first 6 months of lifting weights weighing 65 kg standing at 6t now I'm not saying that I'm the biggest guy you'll ever meet but when it comes to my bulking transformation I'd say I've come a long way and with that I've learned a lot of dos and don'ts I made a ton of mistakes on the way especially in the kitchen now when I first started on this journey I was spoonfed some absolute horse manure like you should only eat dried chicken and rice to bul up all calories are the same good and bad and you can't bulk properly
            • 00:30 - 01:00 unless you spend half your wage on food but after improving my diet and actually making significant progress in the gym I can tell you that's all complete rubbish so with all that said let me show you what I'd normally eat when bulking up [Music]

            • 07:30 - 08:00 it alongside the grated cheese is just so sweet okay and now to finish off this meal I'm going to devour this 25 g of protein yogurt pot now moving on to the third meal of the day which is a red pesto chicken pasta containing 987 calories and 65 g of protein firstly boil the kettle and add the water to the pan next add a drizzle of olive oil and add two chicken thighs
