DOCTRINE AND TEACHING || DR. AROME OSAYI| RCN MINNESOTA || 28TH APRIL 2025 Transcription
- 00:00 - 00:30 [Music] and uh the Lord sent us help. But as I stand here now, I have an idea of what God wants to do in Minnesota. I [Applause] [Music] [Applause] have I have I have an idea now. And uh the moment we make our commitments to take over this building,
- 00:30 - 01:00 then [Applause] uh I think I will stop traveling so that so that we can provide pastoral services. And
- 01:00 - 01:30 apart from the snow, this is the best place. So we are going to put our hands to the plow to see that um the revival that the Lord has promised this territory will manifest. I salute everyone that was able to defy the notice that came about a tornado. Is it tornado?
- 01:30 - 02:00 Yes, there is no tornado coming. For those of you that defied it to be in the service today, there's a special blessing for you. When we are done with the Bible study, we will do our normal blessing. You [Applause] know, and so we give you praise, we give you glory, we magnify your name. Thank
- 02:00 - 02:30 you for what you are doing. And we ask that you open the scriptures to our understanding and grant me the utterance to communicate your counsel in simple plain language as Jesus would have done if he were physically present teaching and by all means take all the glory. In Jesus name. Please you may be seated. The Lord bless you indeed.
- 02:30 - 03:00 Hallelujah. So we were trying to dig into the book of Proverbs and um we were able to establish that proverbs in the Hebrew is mish which means similitude similitudes dark
- 03:00 - 03:30 sentences and uh metaphoric speeches. And this is the way in which God communicates deep things. He encapsulates them in proverbs. The book of Proverbs is a carefully determined set of precepts that are occasioned by
- 03:30 - 04:00 God to orient man to focus man in keeping with his strategic purpose in the kingdom of God. It's a critical book that has 31 chapters, meaning that you can finish the whole book in a 31 day month on your calendar. There is much
- 04:00 - 04:30 depth in this book that we want to glean during the course of this study. So in our last study we were trying to identify the reasons for which the book was written in the first place and we were able to look at Proverbs 1:2. According to Proverbs chapter 1:2, this piece called the book of Proverbs is a documentary of facts that
- 04:30 - 05:00 are designed to heighten our discernment in such a way that it will be possible for us to see through wisdom, see through instructions, and for us to have the ability to perceive the words of understanding. We were trying to explain what that means in our last
- 05:00 - 05:30 lecture. Second reason why the book was written is in verse three. The Bible says to receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and judgment, and equity. That's that's big. That's big. And because it's big, I'm going to allow you to study that. I want to jump today. So, we have number one is in verse two. Number two
- 05:30 - 06:00 is in verse three. Number three is in verse four. Number four is in verse 6. So those are the four reasons why the book was written. I was supposed to have handled this once before today, but I will leave you to study that so that I can jump because I intend to begin the journey of precepts from this night. Um, are you with me? Yes, sir. So, the
- 06:00 - 06:30 book of Proverbs is like a manual, a manual that God puts in place in order to ensure that we are operating maximally according to design. So if there's any one in our midst that intends to operate maximally according to prescription according to design then the book of proverbs is a book that you cannot ignore. There are a few precepts in the book of proverbs that we need to
- 06:30 - 07:00 establish before we can enter into deep business in this book. The first precept in the book of Proverbs is what we call reverence for for God. Reverence for God. Reverence is a heart condition of deep respect for
- 07:00 - 07:30 someone or something. Reverence is a heart condition of deep respect for someone or something. According to the book of Proverbs and several other books that we are going to be consulting at this time, you will come to the conclusion at the end of this lecture that man was not supposed to operate without an intentional reverence based
- 07:30 - 08:00 on his heart with respect to God. Come with me to the book of Isaiah. I need to show you something quickly to establish this matter. Because I have found out as a pastor for so many years that uh one of the basic challenges of the people we pastor, the people we preach to is that they do not have any sense of reverence for God. It is because of lack of reverence that
- 08:00 - 08:30 someone can come into the auditorium and he doesn't remember to switch off his phone. Now that person that does not reverence God to that point, that is conscious of how he behaves in his presence cannot attain to so much by the grace of God. He can't attain to so much. And one of the things that we need to do in this time is to uh put some disciplines in place that is
- 08:30 - 09:00 designed to enhance our reverence level. In the book of Isaiah chapter 6, there were a few critical revelations about God in scripture. In Isaiah chapter 6, where we are going to read now is the revelation of the holiness of God. In Ezekiel 1 is the revelation of the glory of God. In the book of Revelation 4:1 to verse 6, you are going to see the
- 09:00 - 09:30 revelation of the appearance of God. These are three very vivid revelations of God. And in each case, as we travel in scripture, you're going to see the requirement of decorum that is needed to interact with the dimension of God that was on display. The Bible says in the year that King
- 09:30 - 10:00 Uzziah died, I saw the Lord also. I also died. I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple, and above it stood the saraphins. Each one had six wings. With twine he covered his face,
- 10:00 - 10:30 and with twine he covered his feet, and with twine he did fly. And one cried unto another and said, "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts. The whole earth is full of his glory." and the post and the door moved at the voice of him that cried and the house was filled with smoke. Then said
- 10:30 - 11:00 I, "Woe is me, for I am undone, because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts." I would like us to take inventory of the procession that is captured in this
- 11:00 - 11:30 scripture. The Bible says in the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord. Now the the presentation of this scripture is um some somewhat in the likeness of a reference. For instance, I have a relative that doesn't know the her birthday, but she was told that she was born few years before the
- 11:30 - 12:00 war. Are you there? So in order for so the person if the person is going to formulate a birthday is going to be in the likeness of maybe 3 years before the war, 2 years before the war. So what is happening here is reference. King Uzziah died and that that year is what is used to reference this encounter that this prophet had. It was a time of morning because
- 12:00 - 12:30 Uzziah was a great chieftain. He brought Israel into a lot of its potential as a nation. So it was a time of morning and everyone was in despair. How that a great king had slept with his fathers. But in the midst of the morning, Isaiah encountered a dimension of
- 12:30 - 13:00 God. And the revelation of God that was on display in his encounter was the holiness of God. Anytime you see saraphins then you know you are dealing with holiness. Anytime you see cherub beams know that you are dealing with glory because the saraphim protect the holiness of God and the cherubams protect the glory of God. And so in the vision that
- 13:00 - 13:30 Ezekiel saw in the book of Ezekiel chapter one, you are going to notice that there were the the creatures that were captured in that encounter were cherubims because he was seeing a revelation of the glory of God. So what we have here is a manifestation of the revelation of the holiness of God. And even if you if you take a look and
- 13:30 - 14:00 take your cue from the attitude of the angelic beings in the environment of that holiness, you will notice an attitude of reverence because they have an understanding of the being that they are transacting with. He's a being that doesn't need to stand to rule. He doesn't need to fight to rule. He rules by decrees and if he as much as
- 14:00 - 14:30 speaks he can change the shape of something. And so there was there was an air of reverence. There was an air of an understanding of his majesty in the environment of the disclosure of this revelation. In fact, the Bible reveals that these saraphins that were equipped with three
- 14:30 - 15:00 sets of wings, one of those wings was used to cover their faces. That was the extent of the demonstration of reverence that was captured in this vision. And when you come to a place and maybe it's your first time visit a house, maybe the house of somebody that is important in society and when you see the way people carry themselves around the person, it's supposed to give you an idea of the level of decorum that is
- 15:00 - 15:30 required around the premises. If by any means you you don't intend to fall out of favor with the personality of which we speak, you need to copy the semblance of decorum that is in the atmosphere. These creatures covered their faces with a set of their wings. These creatures covered their
- 15:30 - 16:00 feet with a set of their wings. So if you see them they were as like flying balls because of the requirement of etiquette that was needed in the presence of his majesty. Guess what happened to our prophet and I need you to understand that this prophet has been prophesying. Let us take inventory of some of the prophecies that Isaiah had released before this time.
- 16:00 - 16:30 Um, can we go back a bit in your Bible? Um, maybe we'll start from Isaiah chapter 1. Then you begin to see him talking about territories. show you some of his prophecies. He
- 16:30 - 17:00 spoke about the day of the Lord in the book of Isaiah chapter 2. And the day of the Lord, the concept of the day of the Lord is it's just like um if you are a tenant in the house that you are staying and you pay rent in order to have the right to stay on the premises, are you there? If by any means you default in your rent payment or what you call mortgage, I don't know if it's
- 17:00 - 17:30 better presented as mortgage, you default in your mortgage payment. For most of you that are renting your houses, you've never met with your landlord face to face because there's no need to meet with it. All he needs to know is the um the combination of your debit card and so that monthly deductions can be but but by any means you now miss maybe the d the debit card was not
- 17:30 - 18:00 empowered to release the amount that was required in the contract and then the landlord is now compelled to visit you. So that day is called the day of the landlord. Do you understand it? Okay. See, um, how many of you have read your Bible in the book of Genesis chapter 6? And in Genesis chapter 6, you are going to see that
- 18:00 - 18:30 after all the confusion that took place, the spirit of the Lord spoke. He say, "My spirit shall no longer strive with man, seeing that he is flesh. His days shall be 120 years." Now, unfortunately for us, the Hebrew word that was translated days is not days. The Hebrew word that was
- 18:30 - 19:00 translated days is jubilee. Jubilee means 50. 50 * 120 that's that's how much you are not following me. Okay. Okay. Let me leave you. 120 * 50 is 6,000. 6,000. Good. So the landlord is giving us the time that our rent will expire. That's humanity, not Adam.
- 19:00 - 19:30 Humanity. He said his days Are you here? Are you here? He said, "My spirit will not strive with man." He's addressing humanity, not not pastor Kylie. My spirit will not strive with man forever. Seeing that he's flesh, his jubilee shall be 120 years. So when you times 50 * 120, God is saying that our rent will
- 19:30 - 20:00 expire after 6,000 years. After 6,000 years, the next event that will take place is what we call the day of the Lord. Are you there? It means the the the landlord will come and visit because our rent has expired. Oh my god. This my class. This my this my class. The landlord will now have the right to show up because your rent has expired. That is what it means when we
- 20:00 - 20:30 say the coming of the Lord. It is that jubilee that has expired. The rent he gave man has expired. So he has to come back. So are you are you following? Yes sir. Isaiah before this encounter was a prophet of doom. When he looks at a city, he say woe unto you. Take him to to
- 20:30 - 21:00 to I have forgotten the names of our cities here. Sorry. Abolik. He say to the inhabitants of Abolik. Take him to St. Paul. He will stand at the border. He won't enter. He will say woe unto the inhabitants of St. Paul until the day he encountered the revelation of the holiness of God. His reaction there was no evangelist preaching to him. After experiencing the
- 21:00 - 21:30 atmosphere of holiness, the man said, "Woe is me." So the real woe was actually directed at him in the right atmosphere without a preacher. Now that was occasioned by the fact that the atmosphere he saw was equipped with so much reverence and he knew that evil was going to befall him in that kind of
- 21:30 - 22:00 atmosphere. That was the day he remembered that he was a liar and there was no preacher that was there to remind him of his lying. It was a revelation of the holiness of God that was on display that produced that result in the life of this prophet. Are you there? Yes, sir. One thing I want you to see there because in Bible lectures those days,
- 22:00 - 22:30 we're taught a few things. They say if you want to know God, are you there? our our teachers that taught us. If you want to know God, copy Jesus. Take note of everything Jesus did, everything Jesus said. Because everything he did, everything he said was God speaking and was God doing. That's the first thing went up. They say if you want to know God, take inventory
- 22:30 - 23:00 of the attitude of accurate angels. Are you following? So that was the second thing they told us. Creatures that have survived the presence of God. Creatures that have interacted with the glory of God. If you take a good look at them, you will learn how to relate with God. Are you with me? Because there are
- 23:00 - 23:30 many things that angels know that men do not know. Part of which was spoken by those angels in that encounter that Isaiah had. Holy, holy, holy is the Lord for the whole earth is full of what? His glory. So if you check the attitude of the saraphim in that atmosphere, you can
- 23:30 - 24:00 learn something about how to survive the holiness of God. Reverence. The first precept that the book of Proverbs teaches for all mankind is that if you want to do business with God, if you're going to go far with God, you need to have reverence for God. Are you there? And the book of Proverbs does not just
- 24:00 - 24:30 speak things vaguely. He defines them and also shows you the scope of their relevance. According to the book of Proverbs, there are three aspects of reverence that every man must have for God. If you lack any of these aspects of reverence, your life is going to be something diminished from that which God intended from the beginning.
- 24:30 - 25:00 So I want to take us on a Bible journey. My effort this night will be targeted at bringing us into the understanding of reverence and it has three dimensions of realities. The first understanding I need to bring to us according to the book of Proverbs is what we call the fear of God.
- 25:00 - 25:30 Now turn with me to the book of Proverbs chapter 2, the fear of God. Because if I ask you, maybe you need to help me ask your neighbor. Do you do you like wisdom? Do you like it, Sister Charity? Do you like wisdom? You like knowledge? Okay.
- 25:30 - 26:00 because you like wisdom. Focus on the board. Give me Proverbs 2:1. He said, "My son, if thou will receive my words and hide my commandments with thee." Next verse. So that thou incline thy ear unto wisdom, and apply thy heart unto
- 26:00 - 26:30 understanding. If thou criest after knowledge, and lifted up thy voice for understanding, this this looks like prayer. You are not with me. Are you with me? Okay, wait. Wait, wait, wait. I'm coming. Let me use my own Bible. Let me use my own Bible and do this reading. Proverbs chapter
- 26:30 - 27:00 2. Okay. If he criestth if if thou criest after knowledge and lifted up lift up thy voice for understanding. If thou seekest her as silver and searchest for her as the he as for he riches. Then shalt thou
- 27:00 - 27:30 understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God. Stop there. Before we go to verse number five, which is my verse of interest, I would like us to see the verbs that were used in the previous verses before verse
- 27:30 - 28:00 5. First verb, incline than ear. Incline. Second verb Christ. Are you seeing that? Incline is in verse two. Christ is it is what? Verse three. Sekest verse four. Now
- 28:00 - 28:30 incline that means you are ready to be taught. Seek that means you are ready to carry the burden of searching. What's the last one? Cry. That's you are ready to ask God in prayer. Right? So you see you are inclining, you are crying and you are seeking. When God wants to answer you in
- 28:30 - 29:00 verse number five, when he wants to answer you, what does he do? You are crying for wisdom. You are crying because you want to have knowledge. You are crying because you want to have an edge that will put you ahead. If God wants to answer that cry, what he would do is that he will make you understand the fear of the Lord. Now the entry point into that domain, that zone,
- 29:00 - 29:30 that place of depth in God that will put you on the advantage. The entry point is called the passage of the fear of the Lord. The fear of the Lord is the passcode that you must decode in order for you to enter into the realm of the knowledge of God. Whenever you see a man that claims to be speaking for God that you cannot see in his life rever the fear of God that the
- 29:30 - 30:00 knowledge he will give you is not the knowledge of God because the passcode into the realm of the knowledge of God is in the fear of God. The first the first aspect of reverence that every man is supposed to have is the fear of God. You will never enter into the depths of God if you do not begin your journey with the fear of
- 30:00 - 30:30 God. So you're asking for wisdom. You're asking for understanding. You're asking for grace. You're asking for the things that God can give. When you begin to ask, God will now begin to orchestrate circumstances and situations to bring you to a point to understand what the fear of. And if you don't understand the fear of the Lord, you will never find the knowledge of God. Now, let me
- 30:30 - 31:00 give you an idea. Those days while we were still in the university, there were so many people that claimed to love God. So many of them. Even in my class, we had many evangelists full of zeal. Hallelujah. But you know, we stay with the same people in the host and we stay with the same people in the class. Somebody can
- 31:00 - 31:30 be an evangelist in the class, but it's a non-believer in the host. The reason why he has is is schizophrenic s such that he can maintain two lifestyles that are contradictory is because he doesn't fear doesn't fear God. And a man that does not fear God never enters into the realm of the knowledge that you desire. You can even
- 31:30 - 32:00 be seeking it. You can desire it. You can cry for it. You can incline your ears to be taught to be instructed. But if you lack the fear of the Lord, the Lord will scramble his knowledge such that it will be impossible for you to find it. A lot of people have asked me, how do you know that there are angels in the hall? If I knew how to teach you, I would have
- 32:00 - 32:30 used human words to teach you. But that knowledge is not knowledge that is cerebral. That's why I can't teach it. I have the teaching grace. Anything I know I can teach you. If I know physics, I can teach you what I know. Anything I know, I can teach you because I have the grace, the teaching gift. But those things are not within the realm of the intellect. That knowledge is within the realm of experience. So I can't pass it on to you. But the
- 32:30 - 33:00 reason why I was ushered into that knowledge is because of the fear of the Lord. Do you understand what I'm talking about? Good. What will determine the difference between the boys and the men? Fear of the One day I was invited to preach somewhere. A very senior minister in a certain nation extended the
- 33:00 - 33:30 invitation. So my friends knew I won't go. So they sent me messages and encouraged me and said, "No, they've been they've been there. They preached there. It's okay. It's okay. There's nothing wrong." So I now went on their recommendation. When we got to the place, I knew I was in a wrong place, but I was already there. So I began to ask God for mercy. Can we can you just have mercy on me? Can you have mercy on me? Can you have mercy on me? Can you
- 33:30 - 34:00 You know what? God was not there. We were in the pastor's office and many ministers were coming. Many ministers were coming and we were like 12 ministers in the office. The office is very big. And what pastors were discussing, you will know these people don't fear God. The discussion the discussion went off. It went it went south. The
- 34:00 - 34:30 discussion was sick. And meanwhile, we were gathering for a conference. So I knew nothing good will come out of this conference. So I asked God for mercy. It was even difficult for me to have a message to preach. God was not willing to release grace to power me to manifest the calling that I was given. The reason was because so many people have gotten used to God. They are no longer afraid of him. They
- 34:30 - 35:00 no longer reverence him in their heart. And that's why you discover that such a person even if you reverence God before then you stopped reverencing him. You the gates of the depths of God will be shut to you. The first precept for all humankind is reverence. And the first definition of reverence in the Bible is
- 35:00 - 35:30 the fear of God. Proverbs chapter 1 29. Give me the scriptures as quickly as possible. Proverbs 1 29. Hallelujah. Okay. So, let me read a few verses before that verse so that um it will be easy for you to understand how that verse fits into the
- 35:30 - 36:00 context. Are you still with me? Yes, sir. All right. Let's start from 20. It say wisdom crith without. She alterth her voice in the streets. She crith in the chief place of concourse in the opening of the gates in the city. She utters her words saying, "How long the ye simple
- 36:00 - 36:30 ones will he love simplicity?" And the sconers delight in scunning, and the fools hate knowledge. Turn you at my reproof. Behold, I will pour out my spirit upon you. I will make you know my I will make known my words unto you because I have called and ye refused. I have stretched out my
- 36:30 - 37:00 hand, and no man regarded, but ye have set at not all my counsel, and would and would none of my reproof. I will laugh at your calamity. I will mock when your fear cometh. When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a wild wind, when distress and anguish cometh upon you,
- 37:00 - 37:30 then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer. They shall seek me early, but they shall not find me. Why? For they for that they hated knowledge and did not choose what they hated knowledge and did not
- 37:30 - 38:00 choose. So God is crying. Nobody is responding. But you will notice that people will cry to God the day calamity comes and the person is expecting that God will respond to him. But because he did not hold God in esteem such that when God was warning, he did not take heed. Even in the day of calamity, when
- 38:00 - 38:30 it turns to prayer, that prayer will be futile. I can tell you one or two things. Every day people send me mails. Every single day only God knows how many mails I receive in a day. So this is what I do because the mails are addressed to me. I see how many of them I can reply personally. 70% of the males that come
- 38:30 - 39:00 are males coming from people that have ignored God until the day of their calamity because the natural man believes he can get on without the fear of the Lord. And what will guarantee God's intervention in the day of destruction is that you chose the fear of the Lord. So I want to take a few scriptures to
- 39:00 - 39:30 define what the fear of the Lord is. But can we do Proverbs 1:7 9 and 10? Give me Proverbs 7:9 and 10. Proverbs 1:7, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge. That means if you are going to enter into the realm of knowledge, are you there? God is going to start you out with the fear of God. He will start you out with the fear
- 39:30 - 40:00 of God. Do you fear me? And opportunities will come for you to manifest the fact that you do not fear God. Those days when I used to work in the oil industry in Nigeria, there was our establishment was queried that the workers in our office were corrupt.
- 40:00 - 40:30 So they launched an investigation on every staff that manages the stamp of the organization on the field. They will check all the documents that have your signature upon it and verify whether those the transactions that took place that day is without any form of ambiguity. If they find you culpable, you will be
- 40:30 - 41:00 arrested and you'll be taken to the headquarters of the country and there is we had this financial police people called the EFCC. You will face their panel and they will prove your innocence or otherwise as the case may be. Those were the days where elders of churches were arrested. Those were the days where
- 41:00 - 41:30 deacons in churches, Pentecostal churches were arrested. I was also in that office and I was a field staff and we did so many jobs on the field. I was one of the first people to be cleared because there was no corruption in any of the transactions that I did. And I was not doing it for for Nigeria.
- 41:30 - 42:00 I was doing it as a representative of heaven. I'm first a Christian before a national of any nation. Now, so so it uh God will give you opportunities to choose, but you see the average person will not choose the fear of the Lord. And when you sign up by refusing to choose the fear of the Lord in the
- 42:00 - 42:30 day of calamity, your prayer will not be valuable in the sight of God. If we want to teach people to have a backing, divine backing, one of the things we must emphasize is the ways of the fear of God. So the Bible says the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and
- 42:30 - 43:00 instruction. Nine. Jump to nine. For there shall be an ornament of grace. That is wisdom and instruction. There shall be an ornament of grace unto his head and chains about his neck. 10. It means that this wisdom, are you there? This wisdom that God wants to
- 43:00 - 43:30 make available to you is going to beautify you. So God has what it takes to get you beautified. He said, "My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not." Why did I read this scripture? Because the first definition of the fear of God is to hate evil. Come with me. It's not enough for you to love
- 43:30 - 44:00 righteousness. The Bible speaking about Jesus said because he loved righteousness and he hated wickedness. That's that's the balance. You love righteousness and you hate wickedness. That is what guarantees a promotion such that in the midst of your equals you will stand out because you love righteousness and you hate wickedness. Hallelujah. If the business idea you are using to make money is not
- 44:00 - 44:30 consistent with the laws of the land, stop it. That's not how God wanted you to make money. Go and sit before God. God will show you an accurate way to make money. The fear of the Lord affects every fabric of your existence. Meanwhile, it is possible for you not to choose the fear of the Lord. It is possible if you refuse to choose the fear of the Lord. It means that you have
- 44:30 - 45:00 exempted yourself from the intricate knowledge that has to do with God. The advantage and the beauty that that knowledge is supposed to give to you. You have decided to exclude yourself from it. And uh you find yourself in a situation where you have no authority against calamity. The first definition of the fear of God, are you
- 45:00 - 45:30 there? It's tied to that scripture because sinners will come and entice you. They will show you the progress that they have made based on fraudulent means. That's when will we know if you have chosen the fear of the Lord. A man that decides to choose the fear of the Lord is not initially going to run as fast as someone that chooses
- 45:30 - 46:00 unrighteousness. The one that chooses unrighteousness will seem to be making more progress than a man that chooses a fear of the law. But if you check the children of that man that use fraudulent means to gain greatness, when you check his children, you will see that that wealth he has doesn't have transgenerational potential. Meanwhile, the man that was walking with the fear of the Lord, when
- 46:00 - 46:30 you check his lineage, you will see the impact of his faith and the impact of his effort. I have done the maths. I did the maths long ago to know that it was better. It was preferred for me to walk with God. All right. There is a guarantee that your seed will be great. We are you with me? Yes sir. There are people like u where did we go and there
- 46:30 - 47:00 was someone that they brought. He's a good man, powerful man, educated man, well educated, but his life was at a standstill. When we investigated in the spirit, we found out that his destiny has been tied up with a a demon spirit that his father worshiped. It is transgenerationally know the quality of what you have.
- 47:00 - 47:30 Righteousness, the Bible says, exalt a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people. A man can be doing the wrong things and getting the right results. The reason why he's not yet destroyed is because God wants him to be fully snared. So, he comes to you and he entices you. If he succeeds, it means you don't have the fear of the Lord in your heart.
- 47:30 - 48:00 Christians today are persons that lack conviction. And if we are going to restore the Christian faith, we need to begin to insist on these matters. Are you here? Yes, sir. Proverbs chapter 8 verse 13. Proverbs chapter 8 verse 13. So that's the first definition of the
- 48:00 - 48:30 fear of the Lord. Number one, the fear of the Lord is what? Is to hate evil. A fear of the Lord is to hate evil. Pride and arrogancy and the evil way and the forward mouth do I hate. God is beginning to unveil to you the things that he can
- 48:30 - 49:00 accommodate. You might be an angry person. If you keep walking with God, a time will come God will say, you know, at this level I can no longer accept this anger. You can be someone that can keep males and your heart is a storehouse. It's a cupboard where you hide grieviances, you hide, you store. God now says, you know, you are too heavy. I
- 49:00 - 49:30 want to lift you to another level, but your weight is too much. Your inner chamber is filled with stuff. The weight can you duse? The fear of the Lord is to hate evil. Once upon a time, politicians began to come to us for
- 49:30 - 50:00 counseling. Some want to know if they will win elections. As much as I had insight, I served them with the insight that I had from the Lord. Then a certain lady who was a wife to a prominent politician took great interest in me. very wealthy and the lady sent hi she'll be watching but don't worry don't worry let me go through it
- 50:00 - 50:30 let me go through the pain she sent me a truckload of rice think about it truck load of rice she sent and on at no I will tell you when we end the ser okay let me [Laughter]
- 50:30 - 51:00 stop let me use another story let me leave this one I I will tell you another story a prominent woman very prominent. If I call her name, maybe one of you will know her. She came to me and told me that uh the Lord ministered to her that if I'm interested in sleeping with her, she's
- 51:00 - 51:30 actually available. May the Lord give you understanding. So, so meanwhile if I accept in my nation I will I will be I'll be operating at grade A. I said sorry I'm a simple preacher and I'm a my faith is
- 51:30 - 52:00 childlike. Jesus is the only stronghold I have and because of that uh your request is beyond reach. The reason why I politely formulated those words is because of the fear of the Lord. It's not as if I did not see the advantages that it will bring. Now you see Joseph was in the house of Portifa. If Joseph had slept with Portifer, Joseph would have been
- 52:00 - 52:30 promoted. In fact, the woman would have pushed because there was no news that Portifer had a child. Portifer's wife was barren. The woman would have pushed that Portifer should adopt this guy to be a child of the house. Are you with me? That looks like promotion for a slave. His life will be covered. He won't be looking for food to eat. He's already managing the estate. So, he becomes official manager. His his name is now Joseph
- 52:30 - 53:00 Potifer. But that young man said, "How can I do this thing, this wickedness and sin against God?" It was not sin against Portifer. That was the fear of the Lord. The fear of the Lord is the antidote that you have over and above enticement when no one is supervising. No one is supervising. Where where were
- 53:00 - 53:30 we? We were in Ethopia. And if you use Ethiopian Airways and you come in today, you you have a flight 5:00 a.m. in the morning. They are going to take the responsibility of lodging you in a hotel. If you go to Skylight Hotel Ethopia, remember because you will you will pass there. Those of you you sky skylight there are two lifts go and use lift A don't use B I am telling you from experience I am tell I am telling you
- 53:30 - 54:00 and I I I the lift A was was congested so I now went to lift B some ladies just heard me and say just take me to your room. There was nobody there. Philip was not there. Philip used lift. Hey, Philip wasn't there. My wife was not
- 54:00 - 54:30 there. And for information, the ladies were very beautiful because the fact that you are burning for Jesus will not affect their beauty. It was the fear of God. as she tried to touch me. The irritation in my spirit was intense. It was the fear of God. And we've had instances like that all over the world. So much so that we we came to
- 54:30 - 55:00 one country. I had to ask Philip to go and check. Let him go and inspect the rooms because Oh yeah, you are not with me. You are not you are not with me. Inspect and confirm that there's no human being inside. Those were the days. Those were the days that pastors had vowed that they are going to set me up with a woman. I'm telling you, pastors vowed that this man that is
- 55:00 - 55:30 making noise everywhere will set him up. So before I enter, Philip will go and when you see Philip, bless him. There is a way you will configure your life if you fear God. If by any means we ever meet with politicians and we minister to them, we don't receive anything from them. That's a that's a policy that what we did is in
- 55:30 - 56:00 service to the nation. You don't need to know nothing. No. Because I've seen people, that ground is slippery, that ground. I've seen people that went through that door and never came back. And the fear of the Lord is supposed to be a rear guard, a safety net that keeps you perpetually insulated no matter the intensity of darkness in the territory. The Bible says the fear of the Lord is
- 56:00 - 56:30 to hate evil, pride and arrogancy and the even way and the forward mouth do I hate. You know those days someone some people said that my wedding ring was a power ring that I went to collect. You are aware of this story. So for 12 years I did not wear my wedding
- 56:30 - 57:00 ring. So the Etopia experience I'm telling you about was without my wedding ring. So after the Etopia experience I say it is time for us to go and look for. So when you saw that we did renewal of vows it was pro it was provoked by Ntopia. Remember skylight use the Use lift a don't wander
- 57:00 - 57:30 into you will see opportunities every day to go the way that is inconsistent with the principles of God every single day. In fact, Satan will set people up around you to entice you along the lines of his preference in order to make you vulnerable. But the fear of the Lord is the passold into the realm of
- 57:30 - 58:00 wisdom. So God will always visit those that fear him. Have you heard the scripture that says that the eyes of the Lord run through and through the earth? He doesn't see everybody. He only sees those whose heart are right toward him. Hallelujah. So the first definition of the fear of the Lord is to hate
- 58:00 - 58:30 evil. You need to go and type something and print it. I hate evil. I hate pride. I hate arrogancy. I hate the evil way. I hate a forward m. You put it and you say it, you say it, you say it, say it, say it until it enters. The day you want to respond in pride, you say, "I hate pride." You calm down. You calm down, you say sorry. The person should tell you sorry, but because you remember this
- 58:30 - 59:00 scripture. I found out that being humble does not reduce your anointing. I found out and I also found out that the places where I go to that people despise me the most, God anoints me the most. I was invited as a guest speaker to minister somewhere. When I came, the ushers took me and put me at the back where your wife is. Then another set of ushers now took
- 59:00 - 59:30 us and I put us the second row here. Then when the pastor the the senior pastor came in then another set of users now came and moved me from there. So I I had three [Music] trips three just movement movement like that. I was just looking at them and I was just
- 59:30 - 60:00 laughing that if God has called you to serve your generation and this is the protocol you built around yourself. How many are you people that you build this protocol? is an indication of the fact that you are a small man in a in a big body. Cuz when you start serving 10 million people, 10,000 people in one event, 25,000 people, you will stop all this nonsense. They move me, then they
- 60:00 - 60:30 put me somewhere. Me and my wife, we we're handling we're handling. But it will not take it will not reduce the anointing. So as they are doing just follow them as oh oh I'm so sorry. Oh sorry sorry sorry it will not reduce the anointing. The pastor now he looked at me. He looked at me he now sent me a note said please you will take offering
- 60:30 - 61:00 today. So I now replied with all joy sir. So he considered me a threat. Meanwhile I came to serve. Said I will take off. I say with all joy sir. So he now gave me the opportunity. I took the offering with joy. Ah he was happy that I was not offended. He called me and said you you
- 61:00 - 61:30 deserve a drink. He now brought took me to his office brought one soft drink cold drink. say I should drink trust me I will drink it even though I don't drink those kind of sweet but for that day just so that he will know that two years later in that same city the Lord raised me up to the
- 61:30 - 62:00 heights and he was ashamed of trying to come close because he knew what he did. God will elev you see you. Oh my God. God will elevate you. You don't need to don't don't fake it. Hallelujah. Amen. So the first definition of the fear of the Lord is to hate evil. Hate evil. Proverbs
- 62:00 - 62:30 14:2. Hate evil. Are you there? Proverbs 14:2, "He that walketh in his uprightness fearth the Lord, but he that is perverse in his ways despisth him." So the proof that you fear the Lord is going to be revealed in your upright conduct. Your upright conduct.
- 62:30 - 63:00 upright. Hallelujah. Proverbs, give me Psalms 45 verse 6 and 7. Psalms 45 6 and 7. Thy throne, oh God, is forever and ever. The scepter of thy kingdom is a right scepter. Next
- 63:00 - 63:30 verse. Why? Because thou lovest righteousness and hateth wickedness. Therefore God thy God has anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. Above thy fellows Genesis 39 verse 7-9. Genesis 39 7-9. So that's the first
- 63:30 - 64:00 definition of the fear of the law is to hate evil. And it came to pass after these things that his master's wife cast her eyes upon Joseph. And she said, "Lie with me." Hallelujah. But he refused and said unto his master's wife, "Behold, my master would not what is with me in this
- 64:00 - 64:30 house. And he has committed all that he has to my hand. There is none greater in this house than I. Neither has he kept back anything from me but thee. Now there's a teaching I'm going to do which is the forbidden area and I will show you what makes people
- 64:30 - 65:00 die before their time. the forbidden area. You will notice that the master gave him everything but the only thing he kept from him was the woman because thou art his wife. Now then can I do this great how then can I do this great wickedness and sin against God? This is
- 65:00 - 65:30 the way a righteous man thinks. How can I do this great wickedness and sin against God? There was there was there was there was there was a reverence for God that was upon his heart. A mighty reverence for God that was upon his heart. And that reverence was a check that stopped him from entering into the forbidden zone.
- 65:30 - 66:00 It is only the wisdom of God that can keep you from trespassing into the forbidden zone. That's why the Bible is saying that the fear of the Lord that is the beginning of it because it is the principle through which God can constrain you. God can stop you. And for many of us, God cannot stop you. It means there's no break over your life that you can step on and say it's time
- 66:00 - 66:30 to stop. The fear of the Lord is that break. How how then can I do this great wickedness and sin against God? I was preaching in South Africa. I now raised my right hand and I said, "If there is any woman
- 66:30 - 67:00 anywhere in the world that I've slept with before or now, go online and put me to shame." And there was great repentance in that meeting. Great repentance. And I was waiting for someone to come and put me to shame. The reason why I was bold was because we were taught, we were raised
- 67:00 - 67:30 by men that knew God. And they told us, "You have a calling. Let Satan never touch your body." We were told that nothing will make God's presence depart from [Music] you like illegal sex. We were taught by the old prophets, by the old
- 67:30 - 68:00 seers who were instructed in the ways of chastity and purity. And I'm not saying if by any means you had that experience before you gave your life to Christ. I'm not saying that is against you. I'm saying that the devil is going to exploit that exposure that you had until you find the grace that we close up the door that was
- 68:00 - 68:30 open. Satan doesn't play according to the rules. He will he will enter into your space using any fault line any crack whatsoever. If I tell you stories of moments that I overcome temptation across the world, you will not even believe some of them. So the fear of the Lord is is
- 68:30 - 69:00 something that you cannot If you want to go far, it is something you cannot avoid. We were doing deliverance, me and my friend, they say the lady was running mad and they came and disturbed me and my friend say he wants to follow me that you know we are in ministry together so let's be dealing with these issues. I said you're welcome. We went there. The
- 69:00 - 69:30 moment we went there, the person that was possessed rose up and told my friend, you you cannot pray for me. He said, "You you pray for me." Instantly the girl began to reveal some strange things that I was not aware of. And then the the young man say, "Shut up." The girl did know. Ah, we were It was a It was a funny moment.
- 69:30 - 70:00 When we finished from the place, I now called him. I said, "Don't mind. Don't mind." But so demons know about you. In fact, his presence there was he complicated the the whole deliverance process. It complicated it. The fear of the Lord it is
- 70:00 - 70:30 missing. I was sitting on my desk today praying and preparing for this meeting and text messages began to enter. See this pastor was just exposed now that his church church members rioted against him that he's been sleeping with all the women in the neighborhood. This just happened. Now you know what is
- 70:30 - 71:00 wrong with the church today? Fear of the Lord has been thrown out of the window. As God is casual, the people relate with God casually and all kinds of stuff is going on. If we are going to make a difference, then we must understand the truth. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge. Hallelujah. This is what Joseph said. How then can I do this
- 71:00 - 71:30 great wickedness and sin against God? Hallelujah. Number two, Proverbs 14:26 is the second definition of the fear of the Lord. The first definition is to hate evil. Proverbs 14 verse 26. Please help me on the screen with Proverbs chapter 14 verse
- 71:30 - 72:00 26. He say he say in the fear of the Lord is strong confidence. So this fear of the Lord that we are talking about the manifestation of the fear of the Lord in your heart is strong confidence. If you are not confident confident like that my friend when we went he I was standing here he
- 72:00 - 72:30 was standing at the back but asking the girl to shut up. You see there's no confidence. The reason why there's no confidence is because the fear of God is not there. So you have trespassed the boundaries that would have situated you in a place of confidence. The Bible says that the fear of the Lord is strong confidence. Strong confidence is not another thing. Strong confidence is a manifestation of the
- 72:30 - 73:00 fear of the Lord. It that strong confidence is the fear of the Lord. That's second definition of the fear of the Lord. strong confidence and his children shall have a place of refuge.
- 73:00 - 73:30 of my missions and then a witch rises up in the in the hall. Oh, okay. Let me tell you the from the beginning. I was in Lagos and those of you that know Lagos and there's a city that is 5 hours drive from le Lagos. I was supposed to go preach in that city. There were nine times that we almost had
- 73:30 - 74:00 terrible accidents on that 5hour trip. Nine times. In fact, one of the times when we escaped, we were we were in the bush and then the driver had to drive from the bush to come back to the road for us to continue the trip. I was at the back just speaking in tongues. So the boy I was training in ministry, he was with me on that trip and he asked me are we going to arrive
- 74:00 - 74:30 alive? So I told him it's a wrong question. If you ask the right question I will answer you. He said okay why are we having so many accidents. I said right question. I said the reason why we're having all these accidents is because there is a witch on that side that doesn't want us to come there. So he kept quiet when we got there. I preached the first day. There was no encounter with any witch. Preach the second day, no encounter. And I
- 74:30 - 75:00 dropped the mic to go sit down. Then the witch stood up. And God said that if we deliver that which revival will break out in that place because that which is connected to a certain coven that has held the city in captivity. If we deliver that one the alignment of the coven will shake. The witch was not a woman was a
- 75:00 - 75:30 man. and he stood up and began to do some incantations and began to speak by the power of the altars that he had serviced. Oh, and you know me, I like it. I before before I go into that fight, I will I will celebrate first. I will take I will take a moment and
- 75:30 - 76:00 celebrate before I go. I will not just go into no I will I will celebrate. While I was still celebrating the hand of God disarmed him. So that my boy was asking me were you not afraid in the fear of the Lord is what is strong.
- 76:00 - 76:30 And that was how the wizard fell down began to manifest. You need to see his tools. He came ready. We broke the power of the tools. He began to salivate. Strange foam started coming out of his mouth. And then the demons began to come out. The demons be when we finished with him, he was like someone that has fainted. So we had to stay around him for him to recover. And indeed there was a mighty
- 76:30 - 77:00 move of God in that place. After that meeting that was what Satan wanted to avoid for which we're having accidents. I was flying from Lagos to a place called Aeri in Nigeria and I don't know what happened to the engine. the the I don't know what happened but we were hit by a strange wind and the plane just flipped like a and
- 77:00 - 77:30 everybody I had prayed all night and I wanted to utilize the time of flight to sleep. So while they shout they were shouting I was sleeping. Then the woman sitting by my side gave me a slap. I woke up. He said, "You are young. Is people like you should be crying
- 77:30 - 78:00 now." I told the woman, I I said, "Dear woman, if you if you know what I know, you will sleep too. So sleep." Then I turned from her. Then I I sleep. She woke me again. I said, "Okay, okay." Okay, for your information, the name of the place I'm going is Aeri. I am sure I will get there. I don't know of you, but me, I will get there. So, don't worry. I went to sleep again. It
- 78:00 - 78:30 was the landing that woke me up. So, when we were waiting for our luggage, the woman ran away from where I was. That's this. No, it's I'm not using anything. The fear of the Lord is strong. I was hearing the praise and worship in the meeting I was going to preach. That means I'm going to be there. Even if the the plane can go like this, go like this. Can throw all of us in the river, I will I will. But I know I will
- 78:30 - 79:00 get I will get there. I will get there. The fear of the Lord is what? So if I check your level of confidence, I will know if you are rooted in God. If you are rooted in God, if you are rooted in God, our crusade team, our crusade team just, if you listen to Nigerian news, there's a place
- 79:00 - 79:30 where they are insurgents, they are all that stuff, a part of Nigeria. Our crusade team took a crusade to that place, held a crusade The people in that area said nobody has ever come to look for them. Gave them food, gave them resources, gave them what we could, give them clothing. People of strange religion were
- 79:30 - 80:00 converted to Christians. They coupled their vehicle and they drove off. The people were crying when we leaving. Why the fear of the Lord is strong confident? They they sent me the pictures of the places they have entered. In fact, our crusade team if they hear there is crisis somewhere, they will drive that truck there and set
- 80:00 - 80:30 up the crusade. After that crusade, the people the last time they went to a place there were people with guns. After they finished preaching, all the people with guns came to give their life to Christ. that they are not they don't want dislike again strong confidence and I'm telling you raw experiences we have had on the field the root of these things the fear of the lord and it is high time we started building on the foundation that
- 80:30 - 81:00 will last the second definition of the fear of the lord is strong confidence it's a proof that you are rooted in the fear of God. Isaiah 30:15, which is one of the best scriptures in the entire Bible, and I'm going to stop there for today. Isaiah chapter 30 verse number 15. He said, "Thus saith the Lord
- 81:00 - 81:30 God, the Holy One of Israel, he said, in returning and in rest shall he be saved. In quietness and in confidence shall be your strength. In returning and in rest." That scripture is loaded and if you give me time, I will explain it. in returning and in rest. He's not talking about resting
- 81:30 - 82:00 after you come from work. Okay. Um I hope you know you you have a spirit, you have a soul, and you have a body. You know that. Okay. Every spirit being has an allocation of
- 82:00 - 82:30 rest. Give me Exodus chapter 31:17. Exodus 31:17 on the screen now. Come with me. He say, "This is a sign between me and the children of Israel forever. For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day the Lord rested and was refreshed. Please take
- 82:30 - 83:00 note of these two words, rested and was what? Did you get it? Good. Second scripture, Isaiah chapter 28. Are you there in Isaiah? Isaiah chapter 28 verse
- 83:00 - 83:30 number 11. Let's start with 11. I would have read some more verses but because we are about to close I don't have time. He said, "For with a stammering lips and another tongue will I speak unto this people." Next verse. To whom he said, "This is the rest." Do you still remember rest wherewith ye may cause the
- 83:30 - 84:00 weary to rest, and this is the refreshing do you still remember refreshing? What's the meaning of this scripture? That the first scripture I read is about God. that when God finished creating, he rested and was refreshed. And that's the reason for the Sabbath. The Sabbath is a physical observance. Are you there? That is pointing to a rest that is in
- 84:00 - 84:30 the realm of the spirit. A rest that is in the realm of heaven. Do you still remember when Jesus showed up? Jesus said, "Come unto me all ye that are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest." It means there is a rest he's coming with that he wants to give the sons of men. He said, "Take my yoke upon me and learn upon learn of me for my yoke is easy. My burden is light. Then you'll find rest for your souls." Now this scripture is saying with the
- 84:30 - 85:00 stammering of the lips and with a new tongue speaking I'm talking about speaking in tongues will I speak unto these people that this that tongue are you there the stammering of the lips and the new tongue will I speak unto these people this is the rest that I will cause the weary to rest and this is the refreshing so if I speak in tonesues I speak in tonesues to a point. Have you been afraid before? And you
- 85:00 - 85:30 went to pray and you began to speak in tongues. Began to speak in tones. A time came you touched God and that fear was diffused. You came into the rest that was in this realm of the spirit and it overcame your anxiety. It overcame your fear. That's the place of rest. That's the technology for rest. So when the Bible says in returning and in rest, it means every day you return to stammer until you find a locus of rest in the
- 85:30 - 86:00 spirit. Don't enter any day unsettled. You will lose that day. You will lose that day. You will lose. And I tell you as a missionary that has been around the world preaching the gospel, if you see us with our bags traveling, it means we we we we have won already. We have entered into the rest for that
- 86:00 - 86:30 mission. He said this is the rest that I will cause the weary to rest and this is the refreshing but they will not hear. So the Bible says in returning and in rest shall ye be saved. Go back to my Isaiah chapter 30. In returning verse 15, in returning and rest shall ye be saved. In quietness and confidence shall be your
- 86:30 - 87:00 strength. The strength of a believer is not noise. When I've secured a conviction, I am strong because all the manipulations of the enemy in the environment will no longer affect my soul. My soul is anchored upon what God has said and I cannot be defeated.
- 87:00 - 87:30 I told I told one of our members I said I've seen your admission later the time I told him admissions have closed are you following me so he went to the office and say I came for my letter he didn't tell them that his pastor said he has seen his admission just went there and say I came for my later. They drove him. The next day he
- 87:30 - 88:00 went back said I came for my later. You know why? He was the highest highest in the score but they did not give him my admission. I was on my knees praying and I saw his admission. I said go and take your letter. He went there and said I came for my later. When he went the third time they said how much did you score? He told them his score. Hey they became afraid. Everybody was running health. Then in the evening the nan smuggled his letter and gave him. That letter was not
- 88:00 - 88:30 existing. He only existed in the spirit. But as I spoke to him he believed me and he went there and he later came out. That guy went to school and got a first class from that course that his name never appeared on any notice board.
- 88:30 - 89:00 I saw someone that was born without an eard drum on this ear. I was preaching and God said he will heal the deaf. When I began to pray, the lady without the eardrum started hearing. You don't need eard drums to hear because I can't explain how the ear is hearing. For as long as she has
- 89:00 - 89:30 lived, she has never heard from that ear. And they investigate. I'm talking about Europe. They investigated it and found out she had no eard drum. Oh, you don't have eard drum? But I have the word of the lord. He said he will open someone's ear. Amen. In returning and rest shall ye be saved. In quietness and confidence shall be your strength. Her ears open. I've seen someone that was cle
- 89:30 - 90:00 cell. The genotype was cle cell in London. I was sitting in a conference like this and the Holy Spirit said go out. So I walked out and I didn't know why I was going out. Meanwhile, she had walked out hoping that something will bring me out. And the Holy Spirit said, "Go out." So I met her there. I said, "What is your problem?" said she slept. I held her. I said, "Lord, change her genotype." Then
- 90:00 - 90:30 I left her. I came back into the conference. She she was expecting me to speak in tongues and do like this. She went to the lab and they tested it. The genotype had changed. They detained her. You know the meaning of that? The meaning of that only the creator can change your genotype. It's impossible. It's medically impossible. So the first thing they wanted to investigate was to find out if she was an impostor because it's not
- 90:30 - 91:00 possible. The fingerprints have not changed. The means of identification has not changed. The only thing that changed is the genotype. They moved her to Oxford where some small senior doctors were examined her. The genotype changed. Then they wrote a 26page report. Just those are medical that you
- 91:00 - 91:30 and me cannot understand. Those are medical ways of saying God heals up. They they would have been humble just to say Jesus healed her. We Jesus healed her. But they wrote a report all kinds of terminology. You don't want to read it because when she showed me the report she now circled one side and said this is the one that concerns me and you they this they the hey you need to see the English that was collocated on that
- 91:30 - 92:00 script just because they were too proud to say God yielded. The only thing I came within that meeting or for that meeting was confidence. and confidence in God could change physical situation. In returning and rest shall you be saved. In quietness and confidence shall be your strength. So, so he's expecting us to return to the place of rest. Don't just go on the field and
- 92:00 - 92:30 keep going. Return and seek rest in the spirit. When you seek that rest, when you enter into the realm that is quiet, that is where a realm that is not disturbed by your problem. It's a quiet realm. It's a governed realm. When you enter into that realm, that is where your confidence is forged and that confidence will be your strength. The fear of the Lord is
- 92:30 - 93:00 confidence. Let us pray. I came to tell you I came to tell you that the things you think are impossible, they are not [Music] impossible. The things you think are impossible, they are not impossible. God, I've seen it many times. He has made that which men say is
- 93:00 - 93:30 impossible possible. Can we pray and say God father can you can you put a desire for the fear of you in my heart? A desire for the fear of you. A desire for the fear of you. a desire for the fear of you in my heart that my life will be
- 93:30 - 94:00 regulated by your fear. My life, the choices I will make, the things I can do will be a function of your fear. Talk to him. Talk to him. Yahweh, we will worship you. Yah way. Yahe.
- 94:00 - 94:30 Yahweh. Yahe. We worship you. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. [Music] Yahweh we will worship you. [Music]
- 94:30 - 95:00 Yahe Yahe we will worship you. Put a fear put your fear put your fear in my heart. There are big things that God wants to do in your life but we have to settle the matter of the fear of the Lord. The fear of the Lord must be settled in my heart. God is the one that has the capacity to do everything that I'm desiring, everything that I'm expecting. Father, put your fear, put
- 95:00 - 95:30 your fear in my heart. Let my life be governed by your fear. Let my life be governed by your fear. There is something the angels know that men do not know. It is that which the angels know that make them cover their faces in reverence in the presence of his majesty. Is teaching us the fact that you cannot go far with God without
- 95:30 - 96:00 reverence. You can't go far with God without his fear. [Music] [Music]
- 96:00 - 96:30 disco in returning and in rest shall ye be saved. In quietness and in confidence shall be your strength. The fear of the Lord is confidence. Is confidence is confidence. The Lord wants you to be
- 96:30 - 97:00 rooted in confidence. And that will become your portion when you embrace his fear. The Bible says, "Cast not away your confidence, for therein lies a great recompense of reward." Father, we sign up today as people that fear you. We sign up today as people that will be governed by your fear. Our
- 97:00 - 97:30 hearts will be governed by your fear. Our decision making processes will be governed by your fear. Our life will not will not stray because your fear will restrain us. Your fear will keep us in check. Your fear will keep us in line in the name of Jesus. [Music]
- 97:30 - 98:00 [Music] Your fear will keep us in check. You will keep us in check. You will keep us in check. You will keep us in check. You will keep us in check. By your fear, we will not stray. Our feet will not sleep. We will not run out of line. We will not trespass the lines of your commandments because of the spirit of
- 98:00 - 98:30 the fear of the Lord. We ask oh God that you invade our hearts. Show us what you saw the saraphins that made them to close their eyes to cover their faces to cover their faces and cover their feet in your presence. focus in your fear. Let us function by your fear in the name of Jesus. Let us
- 98:30 - 99:00 function by your fear. In the name of Jesus, let us function by your fear. [Music]
- 99:00 - 99:30 for inch.
- 99:30 - 100:00 [Music] for in the name of Jesus. Please do not take your reference as a Christian from another Christian. Your reference is the word of God. Oh, because in these days I need to tell you and this is a prophecy. This is a
- 100:00 - 100:30 prophecy. In these days, you are going to be hearing and seeing a lot of pastors exposed in this day. Just watch it. The ones you never expected because God has began to purge his church. He wants to bring revival so that that visitation will not amount to judgment. So, he needs to purge his house. So you're going to see
- 100:30 - 101:00 a lot of exposures and all of that. And I say this is a prophecy. But listen, a lot of people have said, "Oh, my pastor fell. That's the reason why I've decided to leave church." No, it means you made your pastor your reference point. The scripture, the scripture is the reference point. Hallelujah. We are not planning to fall, but the scripture is your reference point. Is that clear?
- 101:00 - 101:30 Can you can let it enter you that the scripture is my reference point. The prayer today is Lord take me beyond that place where somebody's feelings can affect my faith. See your confidence your faith in the Lord is a great treasure. He said do not cast it off for there in lies a great recompense of reward. There are many ways Satan fights your faith. One of the ways is that someone that is held in reputation that
- 101:30 - 102:00 you you see as big person you now see his feelings and then you say ah if this one can fall no as long as the fear of God was not in the heart of that person you are going to see that the person will become cheap prey in the hand of the devil the person will accept things that he's not supposed to accept will go to places that he's not supposed to go because there's no restraining factor Can we cry and say, "Lord, plant your
- 102:00 - 102:30 fear in my heart. Plant your fear. Plant your fear in my heart." There is a spirit called the spirit of the fear of the Lord. And that spirit is supposed to invade the end time church. If we are going to achieve the dream of God, if we are going to achieve the agenda of God, then that spirit is going to invade has to invade the end time church. Can we cry and say, "Plant the spirit of the fear of the Lord on my
- 102:30 - 103:00 heart. Plant it on my heart. [Music] Let us pray that prayer.
- 103:00 - 103:30 Thank you. Wonderful.
- 103:30 - 104:00 Hallelujah. [Music]
- 104:00 - 104:30 music. In the name of Jesus, I pray. in the name of Jesus. Father, we give you praise. Blessed be your holy name. In Jesus name we have
- 104:30 - 105:00 prayed. Amen. Let us stretch our hands to God's servant. Jesus said, "Vet you left me." Let us pray tonight that this fountain will not run dry. That grace be multiplied from glory to glory, strength be
- 105:00 - 105:30 multiplied. Open your mouth and pray that upon this head, upon this life, Jesus will continue to be magnified. [Music] [Music]
- 105:30 - 106:00 As he and his team continue to plow for the souls of men, grace be made available that the word of God, the wisdom of God will never be scared. [Music] [Music]
- 106:00 - 106:30 As the Lord used him in his vineard, he will continue to be his protection, his deliverer. He has shared testimonies. But God will continue to keep him, keep his his steps, preserve his life, his soul, his family, the ministry.
- 106:30 - 107:00 And for all of the effectual doors that have been opened, adversaries that will arise, our God will deal with them in the name of Jesus. Gracious God, we give you honor praise for in Jesus name we have prayed. Hallelujah. Let's put our hands [Applause]
- 107:00 - 107:30 together. Every time I say I don't know how we have survived until now, some people just they just laugh. Hallelujah. [Music] [Music] This is God's word. You know it. Scripture says they told themselves, "Did did our heart not burn?" Let's say, "Papa, thank
- 107:30 - 108:00 you." Even though it was almost practically inconveniencing, but he still made it. Thank you, sir. Thank you. God bless you. Amen. And I will release him now to to to to go. But uh he he promised to to you know do something for us. Ah we don't forget that one. Hallelujah. All of the announcement I we just rushed them. Yes. This is precept
- 108:00 - 108:30 precept upon precept. Hallelujah. He keeps building on it. And today we have seen reverence. Hallelujah. Amen. And by the grace of God, the disciplehip conference is happening here May 9th through 11th. Please, wherever you are from the ends of the earth, make sure you find your way here in the name of Jesus.
