      Overview

Welcome to K. Shami's unorthodox fat loss protocol where the primary goal is shedding fat quickly, not necessarily healthily. It's built around unique strategies that promise visible transformations. But remember, while it might get you lean, it's not putting health first, especially if you dive into controversial methods like the 'Air Diet' and 'PSL Dinner.'

The methods are as diverse as they are creative. Ever heard of tricking your tongue with constant gum chewing or using diet sodas as an appetite suppressant? That's just the start! Each method, whether it's skipping carbs unless your pedometer hits 10,000 steps or going to bed early to dodge late-night cravings, is designed with one thing in mindβ€”fat loss greatness!

However, the most eyebrow-raising suggestion here is the use of pharmacological aids like retatide for the ultimate fat-shredding experience, warranted only for those who choose results over risk. This risky road is for those who want to leave nothing to chance, willing to embrace cutting-edge chemistry in the quest for the leanest version of themselves.

            Chapters

            • 00:00 - 00:30: Introduction and Purpose The introduction explains the purpose of the protocol, which is a fat loss strategy that prioritizes effectiveness over health. The speaker emphasizes that it is not an unhealthy method, but it does not focus on health first. The goal is to burn as much fat as possible to improve physical appearance, particularly in the context of maximizing appeal. The speaker makes it clear that being neither fat nor skinny is crucial for attractiveness, especially in social contexts involving women.
            • 00:30 - 01:00: Method 1: The Air Diet The chapter titled 'Method 1: The Air Diet' introduces one of the six methods for achieving a lean physique through a fat loss protocol. Despite being controversial, the 'Air Diet' involves chewing mint gum constantly to curb appetite by keeping the mouth engaged. Additionally, it provides the benefit of training the masseter muscles located on the side of the jaw.
            • 01:00 - 02:00: Method 2: The Diet Pepsi Method The chapter discusses methods for enhancing facial features, particularly by developing the muscles in the cheeks for a more defined jawline. The 'Diet Pepsi Method' is introduced as a technique to replace cravings with other options.
            • 02:00 - 02:30: Method 3: Sleep Fasting The chapter discusses the concept of 'Sleep Fasting' where cravings are managed using diet sodas like Diet Pepsi. The key idea is to replace food cravings with zero-calorie sodas, which provide caffeine to suppress appetite and carbonation to fill the stomach. Emphasis is placed on ensuring the soda is always available and chilled, as running out may lead to other cravings. The method endorses any brand of diet soda, tailored to personal preference, to maintain the fasting regimen.
            • 02:30 - 03:30: Method 4: The No Carb Method The chapter introduces 'The No Carb Method,' emphasizing a strategy focused on controlling cravings and snacking by utilizing modern dietary tools like Diet Coke, which is low in calories and helps manage appetite. It also highlights the concept of 'sleep fasting,' a technique where one simply goes to bed earlier to avoid nighttime binging, effectively skipping snack-heavy times of the day and thus reducing calorie intake.
            • 03:30 - 04:30: Method 5: The PSL Dinner Method Chapter Title: Method 5: The PSL Dinner Method Summary: This chapter discusses the importance of getting 8 to 10 hours of sleep, which helps in increasing leptin and decreasing ghrelin levels, thereby reducing hunger. It advises adopting the PSL Dinner Method not just to avoid snacking, but also to ensure adequate sleep, especially for those still growing. The method emphasizes consuming meals consisting of lean protein, fruits, and vegetables, excluding carbs like bread and potatoes.
            • 04:30 - 06:00: Method 6: The Fat Killer This chapter, titled 'Method 6: The Fat Killer,' discusses dietary strategies for weight loss, particularly focusing on managing carbohydrate intake. It suggests allowing carbs only after significant physical activity, such as walking 10,000 steps. The chapter also recommends consuming zero-calorie foods, like sheraki noodles and zucchini noodles, which provide a sense of fullness while maintaining a caloric deficit. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of lean protein consumption and hints at a controversial method identified as 'PSL.'
            • 06:00 - 07:00: Conclusion and Recommendations In this chapter, the 'PSL dinner method' is discussed as a controversial approach to controlling one's eating habits. The method involves watching edited videos of PSL (likely Pakistani Super League) while eating, which triggers subconscious comparisons and self-awareness about consumption. This technique is supposed to reduce appetite and prevent binge eating by minimizing dopamine release. Alternatively, it is suggested to watch something informational instead.

Fat Loss Protocol (NOT Basic Advice) Transcription

            • 00:00 - 00:30 This isn't a health channel, hence why I'm drinking from this microplastic. Probably the worst brand of water you can get, the Sunonni. I'm not sponsored by them, by the way. Point is, this protocol is my fat loss protocol that's very much effective. This protocol isn't going to be too unhealthy. It's just not going to put your health first, right? It's all about burning the most amount of fat that you can to get you to your goals, to make your face look better, to make your body look better, etc. When it comes to maximizing your appeal, especially with women, it's really just about not being fat or skinny. But, you
            • 00:30 - 01:00 know, to lean out your physique from whatever you have, you're going to have to follow a fat loss protocol. So, I've laid this out for you guys. As you can see here, these are six different methods that are going to help you achieve that leanness that we're going for. So, the first method is going to be not so controversial. Actually, this one's pretty controversial, my bad. It's the air diet. What is the air diet? you're just going to be chewing gum constantly. Mint gum specifically to curb your appetite. It gives your mouth something to do. You also get the benefit of training your massitor muscles which are located on the side of
            • 01:00 - 01:30 your face, you know, for that extra width in your jaw. It's not going to be too drastic. It's not going to ascend you. It's not going to fix your jaw, but it's just a nice bonus to have stronger and more developed muscles on the side of your cheeks, especially if you're lean. So, a great diet right there. So, I recommend mint or cinnamon to curb your appetite. And you can see here I did a little drawing of a of a mouth chewing gum. I tried my best here to illustrate to you guys what each method is about. So bear with me. So that's the air diet. Moving on, we have the Diet Pepsi method. Again, what we're doing is we're replacing cravings with other
            • 01:30 - 02:00 things, other distractions to get your mind off of food. So the Diet Pepsi method is going to be great. You're going to be replacing every craving with a cold can of Diet Pepsi. It doesn't have to be Pepsi. It could be anything. It could be it could be Coke if you're a Coke guy. It could be any brand as long as it's diet. Zero calories. Not only is caffeine from the drink going to blunt your appetite, you know, it's also going to fill your gut with carbonation. And you want to keep it in the fridge. Always keep it in the fridge. And you never want to run out. Never run out of your soda. Never run out of your soda cuz as soon as you run out, next thing you know, you need something else to
            • 02:00 - 02:30 fixate on and it's going to be food, your snacks, your cravings coming back to you and it's going to be food again, right? And I'm sorry if you're fat, the last thing you should be worried about is whether or not it's healthy for you to be drinking Diet Coke. Drink that Coke, get lean, and then afterwards you can quit it. Use it as a tool. You're in 2025. You have drinks that are zero calories and they taste amazing. They're going to curb your appetite. So, use them. Sleep fasting is amazing. Basically, what you're doing is just going to bed early. It's very, very simple. But this maneuver is going to steer you clear from nighttime binging. You're essentially going to be skipping time, skipping that nighttime snacking.
            • 02:30 - 03:00 8 to 10 hours is also going to higher leptin and lower your grein, which is responsible for making you feel hungry and basically your stomach telling you to eat more. I highly recommend you instill this method not only for the benefit of, you know, not snacking, but also the benefit of getting your sleep in, especially if you're still growing. The no carb method every meal is going to equal what? Lean protein. And I'd recommend a fruit and vegetable only. That's your dessert. Lean protein, fruit and vegetable, no carbs, no bread, no potatoes, none of that stuff. Only if
            • 03:00 - 03:30 you've walked 10,000 steps, then you can have carbs. Okay? Let's make that very clear. Now, on that note, you can also look into zerocalorie foods. There's a lot of foods out there that are going to fill your stomach up with volume to make you feel sad. In reality, they're very much zero calories, like sheraki noodles or zucchini noodles. They're very low in calories and can fill you up whilst keeping you in a deficit. So, definitely look into that. Sheraki noodles and zucchini noodles. And yeah, no bread, just keep eating lean protein. The next method is a little bit controversial. It's called the PSL. The next method is
            • 03:30 - 04:00 kind of controversial. It's going to be the PSL dinner method. Essentially, what you're doing is you're getting your plate of food. you're sitting in front of the TV or whatever screen you're in front of and you're going to play edits of PSL 9's and 10 on your screen. This is going to instinctively make you compare yourself and thus making you self-aware of what you're consuming. Like I said, it's going to trigger comparison subconsciously lowering your appetite. It's also going to serve as a reminder of what you're not because no dopamine means no binging. Simple equation. Now, jokes aside, you can watch something informational that's,
            • 04:00 - 04:30 you know, going to help you with your presentation, your health. So, you can watch any health YouTubers, me for instance, or bodybuilders. I don't I don't recommend it, but yeah, anything that's going to get you a bit more self-conscious of what you're eating is going to help you in the long run. Now, the next method we have is the fat killer. This one's controversial. It's essentially pharmarmacology. If you're under the age of 18, please, of all these methods, don't look into this. What you're doing is you're getting a peptide. It's called redutide. There's other ones out there, but there's always new stuff coming out. And reachide is known as a triple threat. It's going to target your appetite, your insulin, and
            • 04:30 - 05:00 your basil metabolic rate. Think of ampic as a predecessor to this. It's been out for longer. It's FDA approved and whatnot, but it only targets one pathway, which is going to be your appetite. It's going to suppress your appetite. So, it's great for soccer moms. And then we have something like Mjurro. I don't even know if I said that right, but Murro is definitely better than Ozmpic, but retoid still moss. So, I'll definitely make a separate video on pharmarmacology on its own, but I figured I'd mention it here because it truly is the way of going about burning fat if you truly don't care about your health and you're just trying to get results. And it's not a steroid and it's
            • 05:00 - 05:30 not a SARM. It's just a peptide. Research chemicals that you're injecting in your body. You do it like once a week and it'll appetite suppress you, boost your metabolic rate. There's a whole lot more benefits when it comes to it. And the side effects are really just nausea and a couple of, you know, little things, but long-term we're not too sure. Keep in mind, it's still in clinical trials. And if it reaches that stage, usually that's a good sign. That means humans are trying it out. There's thousands of people using it and, you know, they're using it recreationally without supervision. But the other ones are available with supervision. So you can get ompic, you can get anything else
            • 05:30 - 06:00 that's going to assist you with your fat loss journey, I highly recommend using retatide. If you're of age and if you really don't care about the long-term risk, if you're very keen, you don't care about your health and you want to use the best thing that's out there, it's going to be reatride. But if you want under supervision, you care about what the FDA has to say, then you can try Ozmpic or even Manduro. So that's what I have for you guys when it comes to your fat loss protocol. It's going to be the best way of going about losing weight. I'm talking about fat specifically here. I do not recommend losing weight if you're under the age of 18 or you're still growing. Keep
            • 06:00 - 06:30 yourself nourished and try your best to grow the most that you can during that time frame of your growth. So, that's my fat loss protocol. I'm going to let you know right now. I could have made this video like this whole scientific thing like every other channel and video that talks about weight loss where you get your maintenance calories and then you want to calculate how much your deficit should be every day. I feel like that's already a ton of information you can find elsewhere. So, do watch videos on how to calculate your calories and how to count them. Personally, what I do is I just get rough estimates when it comes to what I'm eating. I'm not too crazy when it comes to counting calories, but you can do that yourself. You can use apps out there. There's an app called Skin IQ. I use this for also bloation.
            • 06:30 - 07:00 So, I take pictures of my food and it tells me the calories. Of course, it's not going to be too accurate, but it does give me an idea of what I'm consuming and how it's going to bloat my face. So, that's something that I recommend. Speaking of bloat, I have a debloating powder coming out very soon. It's going to be a month from now. So, if you'd like to sign up for that, it's going to be in the description below.
