These individuals will capitalize on their unique human abilities and insights. Amidst the digital trend chase, the chapter argues that the true opportunity lies in human irreplaceability. The narrator mentions a personal investment of over $40,000 into this belief.
            • 00:30 - 01:00: The Painful Truth About Business Strategies The author learned through experience that no business strategy could overcome personal fears, specifically the fear of being seen. The transformation in their business success came not from marketing techniques or sales scripts, but from confronting and embracing their personal weaknesses until these were turned into strengths. The chapter promises to share the blueprint that helped the author transition from a burnt-out corporate employee to a thriving business guide.
            • 01:00 - 01:30: Transition to a Guidance Business The chapter discusses the rise of the digital and Creator economy, highlighting various business models such as content creation, coaching, and online courses. It emphasizes the saturation in the market with numerous individuals making promises of achieving success through minimal work, such as traveling while working only a few hours a day.
            • 01:30 - 02:00: The Saturated Creator Economy The chapter 'The Saturated Creator Economy' discusses the phenomenon where creators continue to offer new frameworks, blueprints, or solutions, yet fail to deliver deep transformation. This superficial approach leaves audiences dissatisfied as they seek more substantial change. The text implies a growing demand for profound and meaningful content in the creator economy, rather than just surface-level solutions.
            • 02:00 - 02:30: Emergence of the Wellness Industry The chapter titled 'Emergence of the Wellness Industry' discusses the growing trend of wellness practices being integrated into the lives of influential figures such as CEOs and venture capitalists. • 14:30 - 15:00 them transform internally but also help them actually you know build a life that they want to live and help them unlock their potential it's probably the most fulfilling thing ever because I really feel that helping others succeed is really what brings us the biggest Joy sure success is Meaningful it's also fulfilling but there's nothing like it when you see your clients succeed get to their goals but also transform internally and ultimately up as these individuals these people that are
            • 15:00 - 15:30 integrated and uh and just living in their alignment and you know most importantly for me I made a commitment to build a business that doesn't compromise on my values right and and and this took time because you know I saw a lot of business models out there you know you have to do the like you have to do it this way or some you know people say like screw your feelings just you know go and DM a thousand people and doesn't matter um you know if this doesn't feel line it
            • 15:30 - 16:00 doesn't matter go for the money and then you figure it out and it just it wasn't feeling right for me and I I was recognizing that okay maybe I'm missing out on some earnings here right or like maybe I'm not becoming a millionaire in two months but I'm doing it my way and I'm doing it the way that feels right for me and I'm playing the long-term game and um and and this is what's possible for you too you can you can build a business without sacrificing your values without
            • 16:00 - 16:30 betraying yourself and um and I really feel that this is what people are looking for they're they're looking to work with people that are living in accordance with their values that are living in their integrity because right now what's happening in in in this year in the coming years you AI is replacing the surface work right if you're a knowledge worker just giving information to people or you're working on all these external things AI is replacing that
            • 16:30 - 17:00 even coding AI is able to code as well as a software engineer now and it's only a matter of time until it can deploy and build apps and you know look at all the context so but what AI cannot replace is this deeper interpersonal work it cannot replace this intuition this human aspect this in a way creativity but really this inner sense of what's true and what isn't right you can look at the external data can give really good information but it cannot
            • 17:00 - 17:30 really hold space for the transformation and and we're seeing this kind of rising Consciousness right if you if you pay attention there's a rise in retreats in people getting interested in psychedelics and breath work and therapy I mean the self-help publishing industry is booming and that's all because people are looking for deeper answers they're tired of these surface Solutions they're tired of you know going to the traditional medical
            • 17:30 - 18:00 institutions and you know just to get a diagnosis of you are depressed here are some pills for you they're tired of these things that are just patching everything up on the top they're looking for you know what is the root cause how can I really heal this how can I really transform and um and and we're really in the Mental Health crisis or in the crisis of a spiritual crisis really I mean the crisis of meaning where people are kind of w waking up to yeah I might
            • 18:00 - 18:30 be making a lot of money but this feel meaning mean meaningless to me or I still feel that I'm not loved or I didn't get to what I wanted and so they're following these kind of societal definitions of what success is but it leaves them feeling empty and longing for something else for something deeper and and so with people craving depth they're looking for someone that is embodying that that somebody that has walked the path somebody who is not
            • 18:30 - 19:00 afraid to say yeah this traditional societal path isn't for me and I'm going to find my own way and I'm going to build my own business or you know follow this path whatever is right for me and and they're looking for someone that can guide them on this deeper level to help them get in touch with what's actually true through them so we're witnessing this death of cookie cutter coaching right coaching comes from this Paradigm
            • 19:00 - 19:30 of performance coaching you know it came from sports right like all right let's get you A2B let's make you a performance machine and then you have all these people that are have the best results maybe have the best body but really they're just staying up at night wondering you know who they truly are feeling anxious still feeling afraid of not being accepted and you know internally they're still misaligned and at the same time you're we're seeing
            • 19:30 - 20:00 this kind of death of manipulative Marketing in the online business but also just out there because people are getting sick of you know all these tricks that are used um to manipulate people into buying and and you know the average consumer the average buyer people are getting smarter people are getting more conscious and so they want to buy from someone who's speaking the truth not somebody who's trying to
            • 20:00 - 20:30 convince them of something or is kind of creating this False Image or this false idea they're looking for actual depth and they're looking to feel they're looking to trust and so if you can embody that if you're not afraid to be seen for who you are that's what people are looking for and you know the same with the social media you have surface level content you know here's A2 BC you know here's you need to do all these kind of
            • 20:30 - 21:00 solutions and people are getting tired of these dancing videos on Tik Tok and they're looking for something that is actually meaningful to them that actually makes them understand something on a deeper level or shift something internally and with that there's just this information overload there's just so much out there every day there's new videos new articles content I mean with AI this is just exponential but now there's so much fluff and water and you
            • 21:00 - 21:30 know people just talking about nothing and and this is all coming to an end because you know people are craving something different and what people actually need is this deep presence work they don't want to get on a call with someone that's just going to tell them what to do or give them all the solutions they can go to AI for that they can do their Googling they're looking for someone who can see them for who they are who can reflected back to
            • 21:30 - 22:00 them and that's coming from Deep presence and what this really is is authentic guidance right people that are not afraid to be themselves but then are also able to hold space for the person in front of them and and so they're looking for somebody that can create this transformational space for them they can hold space for them to confront their Shadows to get into touch with their deepest potential to you know heal
            • 22:00 - 22:30 any patterns or anything that's been inherited there and just to really see who they are at the essence so the wisdom economy is really just beginning and we're we're really at the precipice of what's being born here and and so the the potential here is incredible and so for me I believe that you know the The Way Forward is to give
            • 22:30 - 23:00 people that deeper guidance and and the opportunity here is you know the Gap is massive because there's not many guidance businesses out there and you know guidance is not coaching it might have elements of coaching but it's not coaching guidance is not therapy it might have elements of healing but it's not that so you know while you have all those businesses that's that hasn't been working for people and they're looking for something else and and so the opportunity here is to
            • 23:00 - 23:30 build a guidance business that can help you make a living doing something that's actually meaningful and guiding all these people and transforming lives and you know the difference here is as a guide you're really holding space for the person rather than just getting so fixated on the strategy it doesn't mean the strategy is not important but again for strategy people can go to AI or you know read some books but for them to have somebody holding
            • 23:30 - 24:00 space for them to really see them to really guide them that's valuable because the transformation that somebody goes through while they're working with a guide is priceless I mean just think about it if you help somebody go through an inner shift be that heal a certain pattern and get in touch with a certain part of themselves that's there for their life for the rest of their lifetime it's not just some advice that
            • 24:00 - 24:30 they use once and that's it and you know what what does something that lasts for the whole lifetime cost what is the worth of that I mean to me it's Priceless right so so the work that you're doing is transformational and people will benefit from that for their whole lifetime and we're not just giving them information we're holding the space for their transformation and and this is
            • 24:30 - 25:00 really what's what makes this work really deep work and that's not for everyone right you might be thinking this well no that's not what I want to do you know I just want to give them advice I just want to give them some information that's fine and you know there's parts of that too we're still educating we're sharing knowledge we're sharing wisdom but really we're working on a deeper level and and you know but we're also working deeply in our own business meaning that we prioritize deep focused
            • 25:00 - 25:30 work and we're working on ourselves right we're doing our inner work because the more the deeper we go within the deeper the space we can create for the person that we're with and it's the same in the way that we work and that's why I talk about the three-hour work structure and it's and it's not just made some madeup concept to make it aaring that's actually the truth and the the philosophy here what we really want to go for is we work 2 3 hours maybe 4
            • 25:30 - 26:00 hours a day that are intensely focused and that are deep and we're getting done exactly what we need to do and it's all coming from a place of presence it's not just kind of this scattered around running around like a headless chicken for 10 hours a day getting burnt out getting nothing done in reality instead is you know the work that you're doing is also outside of these work hours right what do you eat what's your morning practice who do you interact with all this affects your energy and
            • 26:00 - 26:30 your capacity to be present and then when you're sitting down to work you're in this present state in this mindful state in this conscious state where you can get this work done from a place of flow so you know we're prioritizing taking care of ourselves morning presence practice journaling meditating yoga you know going for a walk breath work whatever it is whatever works for you whatever helps you get into that state then you know there's and it can
            • 26:30 - 27:00 look really differently for everyone you know one hour you spend on creating really focused content right so you can really touch the hearts and the minds of people you can write from the heart one hour you spend on a client session right where you're intensely present you're deeply present with your clients and then one hour you spend on talking to other potential clients right our own growth or kind of creating a new offer anything that helps you grow your business but you're doing that from a place of presence so really this
            • 27:00 - 27:30 philosophy is about creating from flow and and prioritizing rest and integration rather than saying oh yeah I'll just rest when I'm dead I mean the quality of your work when you're burnt out when you're running around like this is just not the same so yeah maybe there'll be Seasons maybe there'll be Seasons where you'll work more seasons where you work less but the essence here is that you're aiming for 3 hours of deep presence and you know that's been the case for me
            • 27:30 - 28:00 I mean in the way that I attract clients you know this point you know you every day you want to be consistent and you want to continue doing what you're doing but you know you build your transpersonal brand that ends up working for you I have people sending me messages now that want to work with me and I don't even have spots in my one to one and and I don't have to work with everyone I can also get on the call and feel it out and see if it excites me if
            • 28:00 - 28:30 I'm feeling excited to support and guide this person and you know this is all because I've built a lot of Leverage for myself meaning the brands understanding of my audience a really powerful offer my unique methodology and my system for attracting clients and you know in the same way when I'm guiding people it's all coming from presence right it's it's the value that I'm bringing of course there's all all this knowledge that I've accumulated all this experience but the
            • 28:30 - 29:00 right piece of knowledge is only going to come through if I'm really present with the person if I'm really seeing what they need if I'm really feeling them and and that's incredibly valuable to a lot of people and and the same comes to how I price you know it's pricing from presence it's pricing from what feels right for me right it's not necessarily because this person pric is that or that person pric is this it's more of an internal decision and
            • 29:00 - 29:30 standing by that value so you know when you build this kind of business you can go really fast because you're working from a deeper place because you can spend years working 8 to 10 hours per day but if you're just running around in circles or not moving in One Direction and you know being so scattered you're not going to have that much output but instead if you prioritize your health your presence whatever helps you be in that state then
            • 29:30 - 30:00 you can create work that's actually really transformative so I know that you know when it comes to building a a guidance business for many people that I've worked with there's there's a lot of fears that can come up or a lot of these kind of inner blocks and and you know that's part of being a guide right it's also working in our internal blocks recognizing where is it an old story that we need to let go off right recognizing where are we self-sabotaging
            • 30:00 - 30:30 or holding ourselves back or there's this kind of story that oh yeah you know I'm not ready but actually there's just the fear of being seen or fear of rejection and um and really you know what I talk about in the three-hour guidance business blueprint um and also in general in my continent with my clients is you know your wounds are actually your credentials right and and Carl Yung talks about the wounded healer you know we're never we're never going
            • 30:30 - 31:00 to be completely enlightened and just have it perfectly figured out I mean maybe right but that's not the case for the majority of us and we're not looking to be perfect but people need someone who's already done this inner work that that has faced their own dark KN of the soul and so what you've been through and how you've dealt with it and how you came out of that even if not fully is is going to be helpful to thousands of people if not Millions so you know the
            • 31:00 - 31:30 other feeli that often comes up is I hate selling or I don't want to sell myself or I don't want to be sleazy or I hate all this marketing stuff well that's where we have to reframe that actually we're not selling right because selling is this kind of you know trying to get to something it's trying to force something what we're learning to do instead is to make really powerful authentic invitations right creating magnetic content that
            • 31:30 - 32:00 works for us right and and being in our frequency being in our being essentially who we are so that the right people come to us and want to work with us and and then you know some people say well I have tooo many interests right I am I'm complex I'm interested in this I'm interested in that how can I combine all of that and and that's where I think actually guidance business is one of the best models because you get to use so many different parts of yourself I think it's the the business model for
            • 32:00 - 32:30 the polymaths people that are interested in so many different things because you get to learn about the human psyche psychology spirituality philosophy about business about marketing about how to run the business online about how to guide people Psychotherapy coaching all these modalities of guiding and holding space for people and and you get to combine all of that and it's exactly that that will be useful to your client too so your complexity is your medicine
            • 32:30 - 33:00 right you you wouldn't do the world of favor by just being so specialized in running a specific formula in Excel for accounting or something again that's replaced by AI your differentiation is in your uniqueness and that uniqueness is from you following your unique interests and and this is what allows you to be someone who somebody might need out there and then some people might say well it's
            • 33:00 - 33:30 not practical enough you know guidance all this inner work spiritual work you know helping people shift their beliefs or you know be be aligned with who they are and you know to be honest I know people that would have paid everything they have to have that inner transformation and you know yes you can help people lose ยฃ 30 L you can help them make
            • 33:30 - 34:00 $3,000 whatever but realistically how much is that going to change in their life whereas again if you help people transform on a deeper level that's priceless and yes sometimes it is difficult to communicate that to people that haven't experienced that right so so you need to learn how to use specific language specific storytelling techniques and you know different ways of communicating this powerfully right through your imitations through magnetic content but really I know some of the
            • 34:00 - 34:30 guides that charge really the highest fees out there they're not doing practical offers they're just being who they are and they're embodying something that you know the people they work with aspire to and they're helping them transform internally and that is priceless so this inner work is actually so ripe for premium pricing and then some people you know kind of say well there's no time I don't have time to build a guidance business I
            • 34:30 - 35:00 have I have a job or I have my family or I have my kids or whatever it is and and again that's why I say that you know what we're going for is the model of working three hours a day and and for some it can be even less than that or again you can work in Seasons you can work less while you have your job build the structure and then leave right and and it's Progressive that's the idea we're not building a business overnight I'm not here trying to sell you you're
            • 35:00 - 35:30 can become a millionaire tomorrow that would be a disservice you know building a business takes time that's the reality but what I want you to understand is that you want to be this in for the long term right you want to be here because this is Meaningful to you because this is something that you want to do and it's okay to have doubts and ultimately you need to try for yourself and see if it's for you and you can always find a way that it's right for you right you can always iterate you
            • 35:30 - 36:00 can adapt you can pivot but you know we're not building some business that's just going to exist for three months and that's it right and even if you make money you know you probably just spend that money or it will not feel meaningful to you so you know we're really being Progressive and again you just need to know what are the things that you need to work on while you're working and when you have the right leverage when you know the right strategy when you know what actually moves the needle that's it you just need to do that and then then that in turn
            • 36:00 - 36:30 will make your business grow so you know this can look really differently for everyone but normally what I see you know for people that have been through the three-hour guidance business through the blueprint that I built through the guides that I've consulted and mentored on building their own guidance business is you know it can take 60 to 90 days to get their first High ticket client and high ticket usually means around
            • 36:30 - 37:00 $3,000 all right and for some that can be more for some that can be less some people do that in just a few weeks some people can take more in a few months right but generally the average that I see is within 2 three months they're able to already get their first client and sometimes even more and so you know with the three-hour guidance business blueprint we're building the foundation for those 90 days right so you know what is going to be your offer what is going to be your methodology and then you know 6 months you begin to have this consistent
            • 37:00 - 37:30 income right so you're not just getting this oneoff High tiet client but you have recurring Revenue right where you're getting clients every once in a while maybe you have some other offers that are bringing you passive income and uh and you know with this you can be making $5,000 plus per month some people make $10,000 already within 6 months right it can range for different people but if you have a clear methodology and a cover how you can create that that then you know you're growing your impact
            • 37:30 - 38:00 and and you know you're planting the seed like just think about it you mean the first client that you have even for free gives you a testimonial and that testimonial you can then reuse to find other clients and then those clients then give you testimonials too and now you have Word of Mouth and you have your brand you have the testimonials you can reuse like you start from very little but actually everything goes exponentially if you know the right strategy and the right approach and so and in one within one year you
            • 38:00 - 38:30 can have a a fully sustainable business that can take care of you of your family and you can just work 3 hours a day and and have this location freedom and freedom of time where you can decide whether you working the morning or afternoon or evening weekends work days whatever works for you and for me this is the kind of business that I feel is the most meaningful so that you can spend time with your friends do the things that you love to do you know take care of yourself not just be on this
            • 38:30 - 39:00 Edge all the time and anxious that you don't have the time the energy so you know and that's that's not for everyone right and you know some people prefer to be in an office job and that's fine um I don't want to judge necessarily that path um but you know or some people like to run around being burnt out and and do all kinds of things but you know usually it comes from this restlessness that they kind of just sit with themselves right so but if you're feeling this calling if you're feeling
            • 39:00 - 39:30 this resonance and you've watched and have listened up to now then this is not a coincidence and take this as your sign because there's something here and you must be feeling something intuitively and and again there's a reason for that because we're really at the precipice of something big where you know because of this rapid change that's happening in the world politically and technologically with AI coming and the old ways of coaching and manipulative
            • 39:30 - 40:00 marketing dying this new wisdom economy is emerging because the pendulum is swinging from the surface level to depth and people are looking for something deeper and the the choice is yours I mean I really see there are two paths you might feel those calling but you might stay in the old ways and you might choose to hide and to just keep consuming self-help books and just keep dreaming about what life could be without taking
            • 40:00 - 40:30 any action or without making any change and that's fine there's no judgment but wouldn't it be a Pity when you get to the end of your life and you look back and you just think well I played safe and I never invested in myself and I never tried I never even give it a chance and at the same time you can choose the other path where you work through your inner blocks you you invest in yourself you learn from people that
            • 40:30 - 41:00 are a few steps ahead of you you fully express yourself you find your own medicine right rather than trying to fit yourself into a specific path and you're making an impact with your work and making a living with something that feels meaningful I mean just that possibility is enough to get you excited and to try it out because there's nothing to lose you can always go back to a boring old job that you know you hate but to make something really
            • 41:00 - 41:30 meaningful takes courage and again it's not for everyone and I and I don't want to judge people that don't go for this path and they choose to hide that's fine I've been there myself I spent years hiding or you know thinking that my medicine is not needed or who would even buy this or whatever but then at some point I said screw it I'm just going to try and see what happens and yeah it took time I made mistakes but here I am and I'm living in my deepest alignment and I'm doing what
            • 41:30 - 42:00 fills me up from the depth of it so you know here's where I invite you to connect to your deepest knowing right and and and feel into this and and if you feel resonance I invite you to join the 3-hour guidance business blueprint because in there I took everything that I used to build my guidance business business I took everything that I've figured out from
            • 42:00 - 42:30 helping over 150 other conscious entrepreneurs to build align businesses with many of them being guidance businesses too but many other business models so I figured out what works in terms of doing authentic marketing and sales that doesn't feel manipulative that can come from your essence I figured out ways that you can package all your interests and all those different sides into your unique methodology so you can create your own powerful offer that will sell itself and
            • 42:30 - 43:00 again this path is not for the lighthearted so you know if you're looking for some kind of getrich quick scheme or you know you don't want to work on this deeper level that's fine maybe there's something else out there or even if you're calling to that maybe the blueprint isn't right for you and that's fine too all I invite you to do is follow what feels right for you and and have the courage to follow your calling have the courage to take the
            • 43:00 - 43:30 risk of you know investing into yourself trying out this business putting yourself out there because again you don't have anything to lose and um and you know for me I I really want to offer this to the world because I've guided many people up to now but in the end what fulfills me the most is when I help others learn the skills of this art guidance I mean
            • 43:30 - 44:00 guidance to me is really an art more than anything yeah there's some science to it also but you know I it gets me really excited because you know in the past I was guiding entrepreneurs like Founders you know it help one at a time and sure they would make some shifts and their company would change but then people started coming to me and they wanted to learn well how do you actually guide people and I started to teach what I've been doing for myself and to see them then offering that to many many other people I see this cascading effect so if
            • 44:00 - 44:30 I can offer this and instead of me just helping one rich person I help you build a sustainable guidance business where you can make a living guiding others but also you can help others then it's an incredibly cascading effect and you know we're creating so much impact here so I'm really excited to put this out there and um I'm dropping the blueprint soon so if you're feeling the residents join the weit list I'll leave it below in the
            • 44:30 - 45:00 the bio and uh if you're on the weit list you'll get Early Access you'll get early bir priz too and um and yeah and you'll get some fun emails for me also where I share a few other tips and kind of behind the scenes of building this actual blueprint so I'm grateful that you chose to listen today and that to spend time with me today and I hope you take take something away from from it today whatever it is
            • 45:00 - 45:30 what is one thing that stood out to you what is one thing that's still kind of ringing in your ears from this video put a comment below send me a message tag me on social media and um I'm excited for your journey because again this is not random and you're here because something brought you here
