• 00:30 - 01:00 prepared we we had an idea of where we were going um but it really is a team effort uh that they know their world inside note the business knows their world inside out and then the supplier knows theirs and it's a way to communicate in all three groups to to to mesh together um and i think that was the biggest change
• 01:00 - 01:30 that uh that our uh information technology group uh discovered that um the building department was prepared with somebody like myself that could could speak a bit of their language speak all of my language and it's like almost like three different countries with three different languages you gotta find some way to interpret um that you know everybody has their acronyms
• 01:30 - 02:00 and short forms and what they they may use a word like um you know they're all three groups could use the same word but it's totally different meanings uh and i think that's that was the biggest uh challenge is to to not only bring the the it group into my world but me into their worlds that we could communicate
