            Chapters

            • 00:00 - 01:30: Introduction: Hope and Disease Reversal The speaker introduces a theme of hope and disease reversal, explaining that each color represents a different disease and offering one practical tip for each. They begin with heart disease, saying it can be reversed quickly and sustainably through a happy, healthy, plant-based diet that helps clear clogged arteries. They then discuss high blood pressure, recommending more greens in the diet because they help open arteries and lower blood pressure, with an added benefit related to erectile dysfunction through increased nitric oxide.
            • 01:30 - 03:00: Heart Health and Immune Support Heart health is addressed by recommending a happy, healthy, plant-based diet to help clear clogged arteries and reverse heart disease. The chapter also links high blood pressure to low greens intake, explaining that more greens increase nitric oxide, open blood vessels, and lower blood pressure.
            • 03:00 - 05:00: Cancer Prevention Through Diet The speaker argues that high meat and dairy consumption increases cancer risk and recommends shifting toward a plant-based diet while also reducing sugar intake because cancer is said to “love” sugar. They acknowledge that quitting sugar can feel addictive and offer a delay tactic—eating an apple and waiting 30 minutes before having a donut—to help manage cravings.
            • 05:00 - 06:30: Obesity, Sugar, and Post-Meal Walking The speaker shifts from discussing health broadly to emphasizing exercise as a key tool for breaking cycles of depression, anxiety, and stress. A walk, cycle, or run may not erase problems, but it improves the ability to handle them by releasing helpful brain chemicals. The speaker also highlights forgiveness—letting go of the past—as central to health and something that supports many other disease-prevention tips. They conclude by encouraging continued use of these health principles and noting that health is important, but hope is even more important, found in Jesus.
            • 06:30 - 08:00: Alzheimer's Support with Colorful Foods and Berries The speaker explains that Alzheimer’s disease can be reversed if addressed early, emphasizing a colorful plate of foods, especially berries, as part of the dietary approach. He also links brain health to reducing stress, depression, and anxiety through exercise and forgiveness, noting that these habits improve overall resilience against disease. The segment closes by encouraging viewers to apply the food guidance in practical ways, then shifts to the idea that health is important but hope—found in Jesus Christ—is ultimately the most important outcome.
            • 08:00 - 09:30: Managing Stress, Depression, and Anxiety The speaker closes the chapter with a brief encouragement, commending the guidance offered and emphasizing a hopeful outcome: if these practices are followed, they can lead to improved health, healing, and renewed hope.
            • 09:30 - 10:00: Hope, Healing, and Closing Encouragement The speaker closes with an encouragement to follow the recommended practices, assuring that doing so will lead to health, healing, and hope. • Segment 1: 00:00 - 02:30 to hope. And what we have been doing since we've been here is going through these different colors. Each color represents a different disease and how we can reverse them. So, what I'm going to do in the limited time that I have is give you one good tip for each disease, if that's okay with you. Okay, let's start with the heart. What we have said is that even though heart disease is ravaging the world, you can reverse it. And one of the quickest, best, most sustainable ways to reverse it is get on to a happy, healthy, plant-based diet. What that will do, that will change the arteries from this, clogged up with cholesterol, and clear it up with this. The evidence is overwhelming, ladies and gentlemen. So, to reverse heart disease, a healthy, plant-based diet. Linked to that, now I know this is almost a Lagos disease, high blood pressure. It is very difficult to find somebody who doesn't have high blood pressure. The one thing that will help to reverse it is increase the amount of greens in your diet. I said to you before, when you digest greens, they cause your arteries to open up even more. As your arteries open up, your blood pressure comes down. So, the more greens, and by the way, I did say that those of you who are worried, the men that are worried about erectile dysfunction, greens are the key. That nitric oxide makes more blood flow. You understand what I mean. Next, we go on to autoimmune diseases. Now, autoimmune diseases affect many people across this continent, arthritis, thyroid disease, lupus, multiple sclerosis. they're all the same disease. Now, what one tip can I give you? The one tip I give you is get out in God's beautiful sunshine. If you can't get out in the sunshine, make sure you
            • Segment 2: 00:00 - 02:30 have lots of vitamin D3. Vitamin D3, it suppresses the bad immunity and boosts the good immunity. And by the way, everything that's good for your immune system is good for cancer, too. Next. Let's talk about cancer. When I showed you the China study,
            • Segment 3: 02:30 - 05:00 it showed that the more meat and dairy products you consume, the greater your risk of cancer. So, again, we need to transform from that heavy meat diet to a plant-based one. I would also add on top of that, in terms of diet, lower the amount of sugar. Cancer loves consuming sugar. The less sugar you have in your diet, the better you're going to be. Obesity. Many of us are battling with this. The one thing I link to cancer is reduce the amount of sugar. Now, I know it is difficult. If I say to you, "Stop eating sugar," some of you is like trying to break a an addiction like crack cocaine or something. No, sugar is difficult, but you can overcome it. Let me just give you a little bit of a tip. And it's named after some doctor Dr. Chitty. Look, when you see that donut calling your name, never say, "I must not eat the donut." You only want it even more. Instead, you say, "I will eat the donut, but I'll have it in half an hour." At the same time, eat yourself an apple. That will slowly increase the sugar in your bloodstream. After half an hour, you'll have enough energy to overcome the desire for the donut. And it's called Dr. Chitty because it stands for don't resist, choose to have it, but delay it. Don't resist, choose to have it, but delay it. That is the Dr. Chitty method. Moving on to diabetes, we know there's so much diabetes on this continent, and it's increasing. The one tip I'm going to give you to help you reverse type 2 diabetes, and I say most of you, in fact almost all of you who have type 2 diabetes do not have to live with it. It is totally reversible. The one tip I'm going to give you is immediately after you put your fork down of your meal, you go for
            • Segment 4: 02:30 - 05:00 a walk. What that does, it causes the muscles to absorb much of the free sugar in your bloodstream. It lowers the sugar, therefore lowers the amount of insulin you need, and then your cells become insulin sensitive again. So, immediately after your food, go for a walk. Alzheimer's disease, what we have found is that up to 90% of the symptoms of
            • Segment 5: 05:00 - 07:30 Alzheimer's of Alzheimer's disease can be reversed. And if you get it early, you do that by eating a colorful plate, especially especially berries. Okay. And last but not least, the black and the gray, we talked about it before. Stress, depression, and anxiety. What tips can I give you quickly to help you break those cycles? The first one is exercise. You know, even for people who are depressed, if you go out for a walk or a cycle or a run. Now, your problems don't go away, but you have the ability to deal with them better. The chemicals that are released in your brain give you much more potential to overcome the issues. So, exercise is key. And obviously, we have talked about forgiveness. Letting go of the past, not allowing the past to pollute our present. That is one of the keys to health. In fact, I would say it's at the heart of just about every disease we talk about. Stress, anxiety, depression, they they seek at the heart of those illnesses. Now, the interesting fact is Okay, they've come back. Somebody was trying to cut me off. The interesting fact about this is that everyone of those tips helps every other disease. So, I haven't just given you nine tips, I've given you 81, 9 * 9. So, look, use them. And when I'm not here, continue to use them. You can stop, you can reverse these diseases. But, you know what? I've talked about health an awful lot. I've talked about food. If you don't know how to put this food together with spice and panache, I guarantee you will do once you've looked at that. Click on the QR code, it will take you to plant basis. Health is wonderful, but this is just the beginning. Health is not everything.
            • Segment 6: 05:00 - 07:30 Because even if you have health, or you don't have health, the most important thing is to have hope. And that hope we can only find in Jesus
            • Segment 7: 07:30 - 10:00 Christ. I commend that to you. And by the way, if you do these things, you will obviously arise in health, you will arise in healing and you will arise in hope. Thank you and goodbye.
