Segment 1: 00:00 - 02:30 Welcome back to Slob Live. This is honestly just kind of sad. You may or may not be familiar with a YouTuber known as Grandma Crackers, who is an 81-year-old grandmother who's been playing Minecraft in an effort to raise money for her grandson's fight against cancer. So far, the GoFundMe is up to $16,000 raised, and her grandson's cancer is now in remission. And now on to the not so wholesome news. In a video she uploaded yesterday, she announced she had been swatted. Supposedly, someone had made a fake 911 call telling the police that she had been shot and killed by her grandson with their supposedly being 20 police cars and five SWAT vehicles that showed up. Her stream was live at the time, but she was currently asleep. Thankfully, she seemed to be unfased by the situation and actually saying it was kind of fun. Laughing that her grandkids were hugging her and she doesn't get that much attention normally, saying it was the first time she'd rode in a police car and she'd never felt more protected. Also saying in her video that she had more important things to get back to, like her Minecraft world, bragging to her grandson about her recent hall of 60 nether warts. But yeah, truly despicable behavior from whoever called it in. Anybody trying to get someone sorted is already the lowest amount of scum on Earth, given that people have been killed countless times due to swatting in the past. But there's got to be an extra layer of evil if you're not only swatting an 81-year-old grandmother, but it's when she's trying to raise money for cancer as well. There's no news on the investigation into who did it, but we can only hope that they are found. She's actually currently live right now playing Minecraft until she beats it. and she's on day 16. So, I'll leave a link to that below as well as the GoFundMe if you happen to want to donate. Thanks
