It's almost exclusively a matter of genetics, a matter of how you store your body fat. Some of that has to do with age. Generally, as people age into their 40s and beyond, they store more fat in and around their midsection, which, you know, future medicine will solve. But until now, women know an older king when they see one. That's when I guess you have to have Scott enough money and status or something like that to counterbalance that, I guess. Absolutely. If you're too soft and you can't see your abs and if you have some poochie poochie going on, that definitely starts to be a downside. Some women do like the ultra cut look, but the majority prefer what's called athletic leanness, which is I hate I just want like an athlete, which is not wrong, Betsy, but uh that's what people call it. Contest shredded mode is just not a requirement and not even a net bet

Which means women are not going to put you on the scale. They just won't. There's no scales around. In clubs, there's not usually a scale within reaching distance. If you see a cute guy in the street, this is not a thing. But visually, you need to be able to take up more space than they do. And most people
- 16:30 - 17:00 in their brain some kind of subconsciously kind of know roughly how big they are. And they know what they like when they like it. They know what they like when they see it. Generally speaking, a very rough number to kind of put in your brain, part of your mental model is about 35 lbs heavier. Scott, I assume your ideal girl weighs 90 lb.
