AgenticOS’s November 4 notes say 1.47.2 clears uploaded‑document parse copies in MEDIA_DIR/_rag_tmp after terminal ingest outcomes, after deletion commits and hourly when documents are gone or no longer processing. The maker says earlier copies remained on disk after deletion.1
Exceptions
Pending retries keep copies. The first sweep after upgrading excludes still‑processing documents and files written within the last hour. This concerns scratch files; it establishes no erasure of backups or other stores.1
