Observe.AI separates guidance from display

Enterprises choose where events appear.

Routing

Observe.AI’s November 3 release describes Headless Companion Agent as a deployment option for its existing assistant. Structured events go to customer‑configured endpoints; the enterprise decides which outputs appear in its human‑agent desktop and what actions they trigger.1

Choices

The visible Companion option remains. Endpoint integration and presentation therefore stay separate decisions. The release describes SoFi’s initial after‑call workflows, without measured evidence of savings or better outcomes.1
